Dubai Festival City Mall

I recently visited this mall and had a wonderful experience. The overall aesthetics are modern and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the spacious and well-equipped child play area—perfect for families. The layout is easy to navigate, with a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Definitely a great place to spend time with family or friends. Highly recommended!

Dubai Festival City Mall is a great spot to sit and relax, especially outside by the waterfront. The outdoor area is peaceful with plenty of seating, making it a nice place to unwind and enjoy the view. Inside, the mall offers a wide variety of shops and dining options, catering to all kinds of needs. A major plus is the IKEA located within the mall — super convenient for home shopping. Make sure to catch the fountain and light show in the evening — it's definitely a must-watch and adds a special touch to the visit. Ideal for a laid-back weekend outing with shopping, food, and scenic views.

Visited inside Dubai Festival City Mall on two occasions during my holiday in Dubai during April/25. A good selection of retail stores, Cafe's & Restaurants for all budgets. The Mall is defiantly worth visiting & shop until you drop for all ages. I was lucky enough to arrive by my hotel complementary bus, spending a few hours inside during each visit.

Really great mall with a good fountain show. Easy to access via Taxis & close to the airport if you only have a short time in Dubai. Lots of shopping options and home of the Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai. Would definitely return and recommend visiting this mall.

DFC Mall is a mall like any other mall but not so busy, very clean with lots of shops. Festival City conducts events at the Festival City grounds. I went to the helipad, which conducts old-school jams, and it was massive. I got to Festival City by train and boat. Board the metro to Creek and get out from the last stop, which is Creek. Walk 2 minutes to the shelter, and the boat to the festival city is only 2AED. It is a 3-5 minute ride on the boat.

Yesterday, we visited Dubai Festival City Mall to witness the Iftar canon, a years old tradition in Dubai. It was beautifully decorated for Ramadan inside as well as the fountain area even my 2.5 year old noticed. This mall offers something for everyone at every corner of the mall. Many basic amenities like ample parking near your desired stores or restaurants, well-maintained and hygienic washrooms with baby feeding rooms and gender neutral diaper changing facilities are perky, however the prayer rooms are located in far corners. The mall area is extensive which makes it appealing for families with toddlers as the children are mostly interested in running around. It is a one-stop destination for all your daily and occasional needs.

I visited this mall during my holiday, and I absolutely loved it! The location is so convenient, and the variety of shops is impressive, offering everything from trendy fashion to unique finds. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the mall was clean and well-maintained. Even though it was my first visit, I felt so comfortable exploring the stores and enjoying the ambiance. It left such a great impression on me, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We visited Dubai Festival City during Ramadan, and it was an amazing experience! The mall had great stores with fantastic shopping deals and discounts. We took a boat ride from Dubai Creek Metro Station to get there, and the views along the way were stunning. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely visit again!
