While I've received spa massages in the past, I've never received a "Hot Stone" massage. I decided to give something fresh a try because I had a terrible back pain. My massage therapist's name was "Anna" in Feelwell Retreat, and I must admit that the therapy I received was the best possible experience. She continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, including that the pressure was not too harsh and the stones weren't too hot. My first "Hot stone" massage may have been my first, but it won't be my last. Highly recommended.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Maria Vimala-Lewis at the Dubai Herbal Treatment Center (DHTC). She is an exceptionally competent and caring homeopathy doctor. I was genuinely surprised at how quickly her treatment worked for me — I could feel the difference so soon! What makes Dr. Vimala stand out is how much time and genuine attention she gives to her patients. I never felt like just a number; she really listened to me and took my whole situation — including my psychological well-being — into account. It’s rare to find a doctor who doesn’t just prescribe medicine but also tries to understand what’s happening behind the symptoms so that healing can happen more effectively. The entire experience at DHTC has been wonderful every time I visit. From booking appointments to the reception staff, the nurses, cashier, and the pharmacy staff — everyone is so kind, professional, and welcoming. The whole center truly breathes wellness and calm. I feel so happy to have found this place and especially grateful for Dr. Vimala’s dedication and care. This is not my first visit, but it’s the first time I have taken the time to write a review — now that I feel so much better, I want to thank the entire team at Dubai Herbal Treatment Center for their amazing help and support. Dubai Herbal and treatment center has State of the art center facilities. From the usual doctors availability to the specified auyerveda expert consultant. The ambiance of the place is so relaxing. They have certified therapist who are expert in their job. Fully equipped and highly maintained relaxing area which includes steam sauna changing rooms and a relaxing area where you can sit and enjoy your green tea with a view of Dubai skyline. They have a pharmacy available with all the herbal products. Also you can fund some healthy snacks options there as well. A seperate kids room is available where your kid can play and spent time. Plenty of free parking area at the location

I have visited the center twice there as slight change in the prices but the treatment is outstanding! I recommend going there to do Chinese cupping with bleeding and message. Kindly if you like my comments give it a thumbs up 👍thank you for your time and god bless

Deeply disappointing experience — avoid this clinic. I visited this clinic for a treatment on the recommendation of a friend, and from the moment I arrived, it was a series of red flags. At reception, I wasn’t asked my name, just which treatment I was there for. Apparently, patient confidentiality isn’t a priority here. Then, during the vitals check, they discovered they had the completely wrong patient file. Turns out someone else had been put into my appointment slot because we share the same first name. This level of disorganisation is genuinely concerning. I was told the doctor “could accommodate me” if I waited - for an appointment that had already been confirmed via phone and email. I was told "about 30 minutes" and waited for over an hour. When I was finally seen, the doctor never introduced herself. She seemed visibly annoyed and told me we’d do the consultation during the treatment. That “consultation” was three questions: whether I drink water, eat protein, and if I’m married. That’s it. If you’re seeking genuine, ethical medical care, especially for GI concerns, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The treatment itself was awful. The doctor was incredibly rough during what should have been a therapeutic process, leaving me cramped and deeply uncomfortable the entire time. It was aggressive, not clinical, and certainly not acceptable. Afterwards, she was impatient while I was in the bathroom and immediately tried to upsell supplements I didn’t need. The pushy sales tone was completely inappropriate, especially after the poor quality of care I’d just received. Then came the final insult: I was charged AED 800 for the treatment (fair enough), but also AED 300 for the “consultation” which, as I mentioned, barely lasted a minute and provided zero value. This clinic seems more interested in squeezing money out of clients than providing respectful, competent care.

I love this place! I came here because i had headaches and then got an acupunture treatment and felt the best ever! Too bad that i didnt have time to get more treatments but definitely will return once im back in dubai
