Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa

Our recent stay at this resort was far from the relaxing getaway we'd hoped for, marred by a litany of issues that made the experience incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the facilities were dilapidated and poorly maintained. This extended to our room, which was unfortunately plagued by a significant presence of ants and other insects. It was unsettling to find them crawling in various areas, making it difficult to feel comfortable or truly relax. The problems didn't stop there. The air conditioning system in our room was faulty, barely providing any relief from the heat, which made sleeping and spending time indoors quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we experienced a complete water outage during our stay, which is simply unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a resort. The service, unfortunately, did little to compensate for these physical shortcomings. We encountered poor service from staff, both on the beach and from the room cleaners. It felt as though there was a lack of attention to guest needs and a general disinterest in providing a positive experience. Overall, due to the unsanitary conditions from the insects, the dilapidated state of the facilities, critical failures like the air conditioning and water supply, and the unsatisfactory service, we cannot recommend this resort. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your vacation.

Had an exceptional stay, a charming villa-style hotel with beautiful gardens and serene small waterfalls. We were warmly greeted by Aika at the reception. Her attention to detail and helpfulness truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel’s staff, including the accommodating buggy drivers and restaurant attendants, made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit.||A standout feature of this hotel is its exclusive access to a private beach, offering a tranquil escape. Additionally, the breakfast buffet has wide variety of options to suit every taste. The combination of lush surroundings, attentive service, and excellent amenities made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this 5-star gem!

Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful First Impressions At first, I was impressed by the beautiful photos and initial appearance of the hotel. However, my overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The cleanliness of the outdoor areas left much to be desired. The sunbeds were very dirty, with visible bird droppings that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. On the terrace, pieces of bread were lying around for hours without anyone taking notice, which reflected a general lack of care. In-room dining also lacked proper service: there was no option to leave trays outside the door, as the typical covered dishes were not used. This created inconvenience and a lack of hygiene. The pool's water quality should be checked—at the very least or for several reasons.... The room had an unpleasant, musty smell. While the service staff was friendly and tried their best, the overall quality control by management was clearly lacking. For these reasons, I do not consider this a 5-star experience. A 4-star rating would be far more appropriate based on this experience

Every detail was thoughtfully executed, making the entire experience enjoyable. Whether it was the delicious food, engaging activities, or the attentive service, everything came together perfectly. Everything is tops. Tooms are spacious, great bed and mattress and the AC easy to control. The outdide environment is really pretty and green and the staff bery helpful. |The help at the restaurant is great. Very professional and humble and they speak good english. The food is good, and the coctail drinks perfect as well. |The reception staff ate very helpful and always responsive. And the travel agent of the resort, Moustafa is a great guy who not only helped us through choosing the right excursions, but also checked up on us during our trips. Our driver on the desert Safari, Abdullah, was excellent. He was kind, friendly and professional all the way through. He took great care of us all the time. Great guys!|Will choose this place again when I return to Dubai. Awesome experience

I have been staying here the past week and have really enjoyed my stay. From the private beach time to the yummy food and our housekeeper Sabbir who has done a wonderful job keeping everything in our room clean and tidy. He even stopped by and introduced himself to ask if we needed anything else and to make sure he was meeting our needs. I love that extra touch. Thank you for making are stay extra special 💗

The resort offers a pleasant and green ambience with well-maintained villas and rooms. The guest areas are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable stay experience. However, the guest room is in need of immediate renovation to align with the expected 5-star standards in Dubai. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who are doing an exceptional job maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel, especially around the villas, even in the challenging high temperatures. Their dedication truly deserves a special star.

Wonderful resort with green everywhere. They are taking care of there garden and landscape really well. It's green everywhere and you will wake up to hear birds singing. All the staff are really nice especially housekeeping staff. My room was always clean and was filled with all the things I need. Real thanks to my housekeeper as I haven't met him . We will return soon 💓
