Top notch. This is one of the best if not the best hotel in Dubai. Our room and view was amazing, extremely clean. Staff was great, and the food at the Club was excellent. We were really impressed with everything. Will stay again in a few months. And room cleaning staff name is sabbir

Hotels staff and cleaning was amazing all pf them are nice. Dear Manju at room cleaning is so nice, polite, friendly and quickly solved any issues. She helped to solve the locker problem. Hotel atmosphere and surrounding are really good specially for families with kids. Pools are clean. Kids playhouse is also an attraction for kids they really loved the area. Food is good quality and fresh. The reception staff are also friendly and always smiling. Hotel management overally is amazing. I totally recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. To be honest, I read many negative comments about this hotel, and I was really worried when I booked it to celebrate my son’s birthday. But once we arrived, all those worries disappeared. We had an amazing time! The resort is beautiful, full of greens , very relaxing, and the staff are extremely polite and welcoming. Our experience was completely different from the negative reviews the bad comments are simply not true. It is truly one of the best resorts in Dubai. ❤️ A big thank you to all the wonderful people working at the hotel for making our stay so special. ❤️ We will definitely be coming back again!

Fantastic hotel with private beach close to centre of Dubai. Its resort style is very nice with tress and flowers amongst the 2 storey villa/ apartments. The staff are all very friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. The food options were amazing, especially the beach bar menu. The breakfast was great with loads of choice. 24/7 reception who let us check in early as ours landed very early morning. Taxis by the entrance 24/7. Rooms very quiet, comfy beds and good air con. A little dated but very clean and tidy. Only a small thing was music by beach a little loud. We shall be back soon I hope. Thank you!!🙏🏻

Great place but conditioners blowing right to your head while you sleep. Pillows are also booty very comfortable - tinier will be better (head was too high without an option to somehow maker it lower) Beach is very good, stuff is very friendly and helpful. One more cons - I found nothing interesting around the hotel
