Hotels staff and cleaning was amazing all pf them are nice. Dear Manju at room cleaning is so nice, polite, friendly and quickly solved any issues. She helped to solve the locker problem. Hotel atmosphere and surrounding are really good specially for families with kids. Pools are clean. Kids playhouse is also an attraction for kids they really loved the area. Food is good quality and fresh. The reception staff are also friendly and always smiling. Hotel management overally is amazing. I totally recommend staying here.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great service from check-in to check-out — highly recommend this hotel! The housekeeping staff (manju ) made my stay so comfortable and stress-free. Fantastic hotel with private beach close to centre of Dubai. Its resort style is very nice with tress and flowers amongst the 2 storey villa/ apartments. The staff are all very friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. The food options were amazing, especially the beach bar menu. The breakfast was great with loads of choice. 24/7 reception who let us check in early as ours landed very early morning. Taxis by the entrance 24/7. Rooms very quiet, comfy beds and good air con. A little dated but very clean and tidy. Only a small thing was music by beach a little loud. We shall be back soon I hope. Thank you!!🙏🏻

We spent our annual holiday at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. The beach atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was great. Fabian and Shahid were very helpful. The drinks and food were also very good and reasonably priced. We'll be back. Thank you for everything!

The staff are lovely and always can’t do enough for you. Hatim, at the breakfast buffet always greeting everyone with the biggest smile however busy he is. He went out of his way to make sure my husbands specific dietary need was catered for. Aditi was in charge of the cleanliness in our villa and made sure we were always well stocked, room was clean and rearranged tidily. Made my life so much easier. Kabir at the breakfast buffet and beachside always helpful. Can’t fault the hotel for its excellent hospitality and wonderful staff.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The ambiance was relaxing, and the amenities such as the pool, beach, restaurant, and room service were all excellent and well-maintained. Everything was designed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to give a special mention to Mahek at the reception. She was extremely professional, polite, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her helpful attitude and attention to detail made the check-in and overall experience seamless. Staff like her really make a big difference, and she deserves appreciation for her outstanding service. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway

​This was once a great resort, but it is now in a rapid and heartbreaking decline. The entire operation is unprofessional and outdated. ​Major Issues: ​Terrible Check-in: Slow, rude service. I witnessed a loud verbal fight between two staff members at the front desk during my check-in. ​Abysmal Customer Service: Trying to resolve a simple payment issue required multiple international calls, which were often rudely terminated by the reservations team. Email complaints are completely ignored. ​Outdated Rooms: The room sofas are at least five years old, severely uncomfortable, and unacceptable for the price paid. ​Hygiene Disaster: Housekeeping is poor, evidenced by cockroaches in the room throughout my six-night stay. My attempts to change rooms were ignored. Clearly, no one cares about guest welfare or basic hygiene standards. ​Conclusion: ​Avoid this hotel. Dubai has countless better options offering superior value and price. Do not book here—unless you enjoy sleeping with insects.
