This Hotel is exceptionally perfect for a family get away. It’s an all in one hotel. Service and staff were impeccable. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it felt like home. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, from swinging pools to beach. Kids club , gym , beach activities , Tennis. Breakfast was great. The whole outside setup is just beautiful. I really recommend this resort.

The ambiance around the rooms is lovely the trees and layout give off a nice resort vibe. However, the beach and pool were underwhelming compared to other spots in Jumeirah. The doors aren’t soundproof at all, so you hear everything from the hallways and even next-door conversations. Water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn’t pleasant, and overall cleanliness didn’t give me the best impression, so I hesitated to order food. On the bright side, their pillows were so comfortable best thing of the stay.

Our recent stay at this resort was far from the relaxing getaway we'd hoped for, marred by a litany of issues that made the experience incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the facilities were dilapidated and poorly maintained. This extended to our room, which was unfortunately plagued by a significant presence of ants and other insects. It was unsettling to find them crawling in various areas, making it difficult to feel comfortable or truly relax. The problems didn't stop there. The air conditioning system in our room was faulty, barely providing any relief from the heat, which made sleeping and spending time indoors quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we experienced a complete water outage during our stay, which is simply unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a resort. The service, unfortunately, did little to compensate for these physical shortcomings. We encountered poor service from staff, both on the beach and from the room cleaners. It felt as though there was a lack of attention to guest needs and a general disinterest in providing a positive experience. Overall, due to the unsanitary conditions from the insects, the dilapidated state of the facilities, critical failures like the air conditioning and water supply, and the unsatisfactory service, we cannot recommend this resort. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your vacation.

The reservation was catastrophic, the rooms are very small and uncomfortable,The rooms are old and need renovation. The furniture in the standard rooms is worn out but thanks to Ms" Omaima🙏🙏🫶🫶 to choose large and comfortable rooms with a great look,She took care of us throughout our stay and made many things easy for us. She is truly a person who deserves all appreciation and respect, it made our vacation really great She is a nice and polite girl who turned our vacation from ordinary to wonderful, without her we would have cancelled the reservation

Had an exceptional stay, a charming villa-style hotel with beautiful gardens and serene small waterfalls. We were warmly greeted by Aika at the reception. Her attention to detail and helpfulness truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel’s staff, including the accommodating buggy drivers and restaurant attendants, made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit.||A standout feature of this hotel is its exclusive access to a private beach, offering a tranquil escape. Additionally, the breakfast buffet has wide variety of options to suit every taste. The combination of lush surroundings, attentive service, and excellent amenities made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this 5-star gem!

Honestly, my stay this time hasn’t been as good as before. The first three days, everything was fine — I would come back from the beach and find the room clean. But for the past two days, I’ve come back to find the room not cleaned. When I asked, they said they were cleaning the room upstairs. I already complained about this yesterday, and the same issue happened again today. It’s frustrating because someone upstairs is staying for free as part of a promotion or ad deal — and it feels like they’re getting better service than me, even though I’m the one actually paying. This is my fourth time staying here, but it will definitely be my last. Even the shampoo — when it ran out, they replaced it with a body wash gel. When I told the staff, they said, “It’s the same thing.” But I’m not convinced — body wash is not shampoo.

I just wanted to share our experience at this wonderful hotel 4 years back, I wasn't active at the time and it would be a shame not to share the wonderful experience we had here.||We stayed here in May 2021 to celebrate my daughter’s 1st month with family. We initially planned to book Rove La Mer but were declined due to their 2-adult-per-room limit. Since we were three adults and one baby, we booked a 1-bedroom suite at this nearby hotel instead—and luckily, it worked out great. It has a private beach, a nice pool, and they offered a baby cot with ample space. The resort also has great restaurants; our company even hosted staff dinners here a couple of times. A wonderful, quiet resort at a reasonable price.
