Dubai Palm Hotel

Location is good. Service is fair but the cleanliness is poor. There was food left in the refrigerator and we asked for it to be removed and cleaned. Transferred us to another room with the same food left in the room from the previous guest. If you are not Indian I advise not to book. It feels more of an Indian hotel than foreigners.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stayed at Abjad Crown Hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The overall service was smooth and pleasant. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night because of the clubs downstairs, but if you don’t mind a lively vibe, it actually adds to the atmosphere. Great value for money!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Abjad Crown Hotel was a pleasant stay! The rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the service was great. It can get a bit noisy at night because of the clubs inside, but honestly that’s expected and didn’t really bother me much. Overall, a good place to stay with a lively atmosphere.

Worst hotel i’ve ever been in. 4 days tv didnt work, phone didnt work. Asked every day, they fixed late night on my last day. Last day ac didnt work. Cockroaches everywhere. Water barely got hot. There is a disco/brothel in the hotel, so you wont sleep untill 03:00 when they close. Parking is paid and some days you wont find anywhere to park. Drove around for more then an hour one day to park. Its literally only indians everywhere and the hotel felt like a prison for me. Probably worth $20 a night.

Bad service and there is no cleanliness. I booked a room and I couldn't get parking. I spent more than three hours looking for parking and I didn't find it. When I told them that I wanted to cancel the reservation, he told me it's not allowed. Then I told him that the room is not clean. I want to change the room. It was not accepted, so I don't advise anyone to stay with it.
