Dubwise Cafe

This is the place to be in Kingston. You have to visit this beautiful café with such good music, food and drinks. We loved it sooo much! 💚💛❤️🇯🇲

I visited Dubwise Cafe for the first time 2 weeks ago. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. As I arrived, I was immediately seated. They had fans blowing cool breeze and Reggae music being played in the background. After I made my order, it took no more than 5-10 minutes to come out. Here we have buss up shut with Channa and Aloo, Pumpkin, Mixed Choka, and Mango Chutney. The second picture is Trini doubles. Everything came up to $2,350jmd, including a drink. The food was amazing and very affordable for so much food. This spot is definitely worth checking out!

Great for getting a good feel/vibe of what Jamaica is about. Nice free flowing music. Not a lot of ‘meat’ options, it’s more Rastarants but with delicious vegan, dessert and Indian like foods. Ask for Mr. Green, he’s very knowledgeable and great guy to know. He has all the insights on what’s good in Kingston.

I went here for the opening day of TriniYaad! I had doubles and the banana bread. I’m accustomed to the doubles at this point and they never really disappoint. It was my first time having the banana bread here and it was moist and the sugar properly portioned.
