Best location, best hostess Nadja! The rooms are beautifully designed with traditional Greek stone and concrete, giving an authentic Mediterranean feel. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The staff went above and beyond. They contacted me before to arrange transportation, then met me at the drop-off point, carried my luggage, and welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. It has a lot of stairs to get too though since it’s in the hillside. My room was stunning—complete with a large hot tub and incredible views. The bed was very comfortable, and the daily refill of bottled water was a nice touch. From the balcony, I could see the Caldera, the Aegean Sea, and Santorini’s famous blue domes. Watching both sunrise and sunset from my room was truly magical. Breakfast was one of the highlights. You simply select your meal the day before, and it arrives fresh, hot, delicious, and right on time. Enjoying a full Greek breakfast while watching the sun rise was unforgettable.

Ducato di Oia is truly magical. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and care. My room was beautiful, with a relaxing hot tub and breathtaking views of the Caldera, blue domes, sunrise, and sunset. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and delivered exactly when I wanted. I’ve traveled to 44 countries, and this is my favorite stay of all time. Ducato di Oia made Santorini unforgettable, and I’m already returning with my wife for our anniversary. If you want beauty, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Ducato Di Oia! Manager Diamantis was exceptional! He arranged our private airport pickup last-minute, welcomed us with wine, checked in often and ensured we had everything we needed. Our suite was right in the center, offering the perfect ocean view. We enjoyed the breakfast and even received a full bottle of wine before leaving. Truly grateful for the staff's outstanding hospitality!

This place is incredible! We spent 3 nights here on our honeymoon and it was amazing! The staff are so friendly and quick to answer all questions even via WhatsApp, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast was so good! We booked the superior suite with caldera view and it was stunning! Breakfast arrived on time each day, and it was so easy to place our breakfast order the night before. The outdoor plunge pools are not heated, so keep that in mind if you go in the off season. However, there’s so much to do on the island, that’s not even an aspect we missed! The staff carried our bags down all the steps, made the bed and changed the towels each day, and restocked the fridge with fresh water. I would absolutely stay here again!

Traveling with a large group of 11 in mid-November, we felt as though we had the whole village of Oia to ourselves. Staying at Ducato, the views are unparalleled. Waking up and looking out our window every morning takes your breath away. The location also is ideally placed. The famous blue domes, windmills, and any sight you wish to see is within 5 minutes walking. The service was exceptional. There are steep stairs cases and staff brought our bags to/from our room. Messaging through WhatsApp, they responded to every need promptly. Breakfast felt like a nice bonus and with an easy QR scan code you could fill out a breakfast order for each new day. Each room is quite unique. Between the 6 rooms we booked. Some feel more cave like than others. If you are exceptionally tall or want to handle less stairs, I would mention that before booking. We loved our room. Each felt so uniquely cozy and extremely private. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private porch each morning. Also, the town itself has many cats. We enjoyed their presence but it is good to note if you are allergic, or are not the biggest fan as they are present morning to evening. The only disappointment would be the hot tub. From the website one may get the feel that every hot tub is large. They each vary in size—some fitting only two. They also were not hot, or the jets did not work. Some in our party messaged the hotel and were able to get their’s hotter. But it feels like the quality there was lacking. Overall, exceptional stay and would highly recommend! Taking a 15-hour flight from the Philippines to Greece was absolutely worth it—and staying at Ducato Di Oia made the trip unforgettable. The accommodation was breathtaking, and the service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. Everything about this stay went perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful (you order in advance), the location in Oia was perfect for walking to the shops. The views were unbelievable as well! Our room was located right next door to the 3 domes!! And an ocean view over the Caldera was breathtaking.
