DUER

I own a pair of their pants for a little over 2 years. I contacted the company because the zipper has come misaligned. Unfortunately, they cannot do anything about it past the 1 year mark. Now I have a pair of pants that I had to shorten at my own expense, worn about 10 × total, and are now garbage. I can't recall having an issue like this with a zipper on a pair of pants in my entire adult life. Would not recommend.

I truly like the quality and many of the styles but I'm not sure if the lady that helped me lied or just doesn’t know her stuff — she said stuff like bleach stains would be covered by the 1 year warranty cause I was nervous to wear them to work. I got some nasty oil stains that won’t come off but another store associate said things like stains aren’t covered. So for the price I paid, it’s upsetting I wouldn’t have bought it if it wasn’t covered or never worn it to work.

I feel like I have been searching for the perfect pair of pants my whole life and have finally found them. these pants are stylish, comfortable and extremely versatile. Also, Devan was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will be buying many more DUER pants in the future.

I got my first pair of DUER pants a couple months ago, and I pretty much stopped buying any other pants. When I get home, I legitimately don’t even bother changing into my sweats, cuz these are so damn comfortable!! The No Sweat Pants are a total game changer. And I get TONS of compliments on them. And then I love the Live Free Pants, cuz you can adjust the button at the bottom so that they are like joggers!! Also - Miguel is the store manager, and he makes it worth it to shop in-store. Cuz he’s crazy knowledgeable about the product. And he gives you good feedback about color combinations and even knows how certain pants/fabrics/fits will lay with different styles of shoes.

This store is wonderful! The aesthetic is awesome, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also host cool events! Big ups to Chloe, Devin, and Durryl for a fantastic customer experience and also for just being cool people!

Really happy I found this store. The sales people were really helpful and knowledgeable. Oh and also very friendly. Miguel helped me while I was in and was honest and really just a great asset to the store. He set me up and even showed me some stuff for the next time I come in. Very personable and just made me feel welcomed to the brand. Clothing feel and look super high quality and will last, look forward to working with this brand to cloth me in the future.

Best trousers I have ever had. So much that I crossed the town to come to the shop - which was closed even during opening hours on a Friday before Memorial Day. Strange way to retain customers.

Very flexible and comfortable jeans

I was unfamiliar with DUER, but their sidewalk display was intriguing enough that my husband and I went in to check out the clothes. Although they sell both men's and women's clothes, it seemed as though the men's side had a greater selection, and my husband tried on a few pairs of pants and shirts and bought one of each. What made this transaction exceptional: the service. Durrell was welcoming and helpful, explaining the different styles and then leaving us alone to try stuff on. DUER backs their pants with a one-year guarantee, so if, for example, the gusset tears, they will fix it. I've never heard of a brand standing behind their clothing to this extent, and it's great to see a company so confident of their quality that they can offer this kind of guarantee.

This us by far the best store in LA. Best clothing, best service and best prices. The manager at this store has a heart of gold. Thank you Duer.

It's true they do have the world's most comfortable pants. Go check this place out, I promise you'll find a pair of pants you like. Killer customer service, unique style, and clothing and cool atmosphere. Plus, you can pick up a kickass pastry at Clark Street next-door.

The quality of the clothes speaks for itself however the customer service provided by Durryl Washington (store manager), was beyond anything I could have asked for. He was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my shopping experience.
