The cafe is small and cozy. My fried egg and Jamon croissant was very delicious. Service was slow due to staffing, the server was polite and friendly. I recommend for a light breakfast.

We booked the "double bed" and private bathroom Very disappointing way to what was a great trip until we arrived here. After a long flight and arriving here, all we wanted to do was take a nice shower and rest a little. First of all, the shower holder is broken which sucks but whatever we can deal with that. I start showering and a couple minutes in and I notice the water is all over the bathroom floor, basically flooding the bathroom. The drain was clogged.. I couldn't shower, the drain was not draining one bit. I go see reception, they send someone to try to take stuff out the drain for a couple minutes and then she says it's clogged and we need to call a plumber. She says you guys don't have to stay and wait, they'll have the key and when you're back later it will be fixed. It's about 2-3 PM at this time. We return around 8-9 PM, there's still whatever crap she pulled out from the drain sitting in the bottom of the shower, and nothing was fixed. I go back to reception and the guy says we didn't hear back from the plumber.. Yeah cause there's one plumber in Malaga. Clearly not much effort put into trying to solve the issue. I mention how we paid extra to have the private bathroom and the guy says just do a complaint to booking.com they'll fix it up for you. So obviously we had to use the disgusting shared showers that to us is the last thing we wanted to do, hence why we paid more for the private bathroom. I emailed the hotel since there was never a manager there during our stay, it was only employees. Meanwhile, I did a complaint to booking.com and all of a sudden the hotel decided to answer my email 3 days later saying they'll inform the manager about the situation. A few days go by, and booking.com says they could not reach an agreement with the hotel and all that booking.com can do is give us 16$ credit on a future booking. What an absolute joke. I rather get 0$. Horrible "customer service" if you can call it that. Might as well nitpick, hopefully your luggage is not too heavy and don't have a room on the second floor going up those tight spiral stairs. Also the walls are paper thin. I can hear people fart, cough, sneeze, snore, etc. Pay more and go elsewhere tbh. They should stick to serving coffee. *hard to see the water in the picture but you can see it accumulating. I stopped the water before it came out again.

This was once one of our favourite cafes in Malaga. Tbis morning the ciffe was undrinkable, which the staff argued about. The rreplacement had almost no coffee just milk. The eggs benedict and bacon was served cold. When we ssked not to be chargwd for the coffees, again tbe staff argued. A disappointing experience. There are many other places in Malaga.

Great hidden gem in Malaga for lunch or an afternoon snack. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and made to order. I’d recommend trying one of their crepes or the acai bowl. You can take your order to the rooftop terrace as well.

We were looking forward to staying and booked specifically after reading guest reviews, we arrived at 1pm to be told that we could store our bags and return anything from 2pm, we returned and after quite a bit of messing around, we were informed that we were actually booked in their sister hotel, Picnic, this was very disappointing but we didn’t want to lose time in Malaga and so walked 17 minutes to Picnic hotel. We arrived there to be told we didn’t have a room at all and that Dulces dreams had been over booked via Booking . Com, we then had to spend over an hour speaking to booking . com, in the end had to pay £150 more because the city was all booked up as it was a Saturday night, it was a total disaster and Dulces dreams just palmed us off and sent us to a different hotel to avoid the issue, very unreliable, a hotel to avoid

The hotel is well located, however it should be noted that there is a nightclub directly in front of the balcony, which makes it very noisy at night and difficult to sleep. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work on the second floor where my room was located, and the staff said that this was normal.

Went here for the Cafe. Excellent carrot cake and coffee. Lots of seating. Clean and well lit. Recommended.
