Ordered chicken basket online with salad and bread sticks. Got order was unsauced wings, paid for a blue cheese and ranch for chicken only got one. When I called to see if they could fix was told they don’t do chicken baskets, the driver cannot come back and pick it up for refund, and to call tomorrow to talk to a manager. I have never heard of there not being a manager. The girl on phones seemed so lost. So I got a salad and bread sticks and nothing else I paid for.

It's ok, pizza is basic. Grew up over south mpls and the family would always order from the lake street location that's no longer there. When my cousin is in town we meet up here for nostalgia. Service was slow as ****. Waitress took our order and never came back the rest of the time to refill drinks. We were waiting for our bill but sat there for 20 mins- we had to go get it. Despite that, she was super nice and so were all the other workers.

Very good pizza from a local favorite. Had the Thai Pizza and was suitably impressed by that and the Italian Fries I had before that. Drinks flowed well and fine, and the atmosphere was clean. As an additional plus they are just far enough from Target Field that the wait was minimal. Only issue was lack of service early on. The couple of staff there were ill prepared for the concert crowd that hit. Somehow they were unawares of the events going on at Target Field.

Ordered room service tonite. Ordering was friendly and helpful via phone. We got a 1/2 pound California cheese burger, large pizza and garlic cheese bread. All the food was amazing! The cheese quality on pizza is a major factor with me and I can honestly say that they use very good mozzarella as well as other toppings. Perfect crispy crust and great flavor! What are you waiting for! Order now!"

Ordered my food an hour and a half ago and still no food. They used to be respectable. Update... It actually took an hour and 45 minutes. Won't be ordering from them again.i tried to call back to cancel and they wouldn't even pick up the phone. Super terrible business! Plus the food was freezing cold! Hope I don't get sick!

Personally, my second time here and it’s been fabulous both times. Tonight, Janissa was our server and was absolutely stellar. Attentive and went every extra mile possible to make sure we had what we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better server and the meal was delicious!

Google
I’ve been getting Dulono’s since they were in Uptown. I had always thought it was the best pizza I ever had. The sharp decline this place has taken is really sad to see. The downtown location often forgets orders, take forever, if I go in and pick it up the restaurant reeks of cigarettes, and the final straw was I got a burnt pizza that must have been sitting out for a half hour and delivered to me cold. I don’t plan on being a customer again until there’s some major changes made. Whoever runs this business ran it into the ground.

Google
Was pretty good pizza (a bit too greasy for me). Got delivery with Uber; it arrived in a timely manner and was still hot.

Yelp
Great midwestern-style pizza. Crust is cracker-like at edges. Sausage was great. Garlic cheese bread was awesome.

Yelp
While I haven't been to this spot, we order delivery here and it's always amazing! Our favorites are the Thai Pizza and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. The delivery is always fast and the drivers are really nice. We would recommend this for pizza delivery any day!

Yelp
I used to never go to Dulono's because Pizza Shack existed, but after hearing that it was similar to the now-closed-down Shack, I had to try it. I was thrilled to find my delivered pizza to be so entirely reminescent of PS! The crust, the cheese, the sauce....it's all there! Dulono's used to be Uptown so I was surprised to learn they moved to downtown MPLS, but it's just as well, same distance and happy to learn they did delivery within 30 minutes of placing my order. Happy Happy cheese pizza moments were had with the giant sized THIN crust delciousness and this will happen again, sooooon.

Yelp
We ordered delivery of pizza, spaghetti, and the Italian hoagie. The delivery was 45 minutes later than the time stated and was Luke warm at best. We had to reheat the pizza to enjoy it. I would rate the hoagie a 6. Partly because, it clearly was in the delivery car for a while, since the lettuce on the sandwich was soggy, and the dressing had seeped into the bread. I would give the whole shebang spaghetti a 6. The portion was large, but the meatballs were dry and the sauce was average. I would give the Pizza an 8. It's old style pizza and would've been tastier if it was not delivery. But, after we re-reheated it, I did enjoy it. It has been a while since we ordered Dulonos. I would recommend picking it up, especially if it takes nearly 2 hours to deliver in downtown area.

Yelp
This is an old-school Minneapolis bar and pizza place, I used to frequent a couple of their previous incarnations, but had never been to their downtown location. Sorry to see there isn't really any dine-in service, though I suppose one could sit and eat at the bar. I hope they add more seating. I needed a good meatball hoagie, and Dulono's did not fail me. It was huge and delicious, and if you're in the mood for this kind of food, they have the good stuff. We'll be back.

Bill J.

Yelp
I just spent about $30 on a 14 inch pizza that was to be delivered. Where do I begin. 1) It took over 2 hours for it to be delivered. I live in a high rise, and he left it at the front desk and didn't call to say it was finally delivered. I 2) $30 is exorbitant for a 14-inch pizza. 3) I had to microwave it because it was stone cold when I got it. Microwaved pizza doesn't taste good at all. Never, never order a pizza from Dulono's. They have gone to hell. I am challenging the credit card payment.

Yelp
It took 2 hours to get a pizza. Dulano's is in downtown Minneapolis, and where they had to deliver was between Lake Street and 31st and Lydale Ave S. The pizza was very dry. The crust tasted old and like cardboard. The toppings were so small that you couldn't even make out what the toppings were on the pizza, very nasty pizza. I remember back in the day, they were very good when they were located on Lake Street. They always reminded me of Pizza Shack after Pizza Shack was closed down. Heggies pizza from the grocery store tastes better. One positive thing about this experience was that the person who took the order over the phone was very nice and the delivery guy was very nice, otherwise .

Yelp
This place has the good good pizza! XL is a decent size and they deliver and it's quick. The staff is all super friendly. Dulono's Delight never disappoints.

Yelp
Trash. This place has no respect for their customers. They're conveniently located... and that is it.

Staci S.

Yelp
Eat here at your own risk. We ordered pizza and they KNOWINGLY sent a regular crust when gluten free was ordered. The woman was rude on the phone and argued with me about what I received. She finally asked the cooks and they said, "we were out of gluten free." There was ZERO indication it wasn't gluten free! The woman tried to hang up on me and never offered a refund for the wrong item that could literally harm my husband with celiacs - they did not care.

Yelp
It's troubling to write this because I frequented the Dulono's in Uptown (RIP) quite a bit on nights of a few libations. Their "2 for 1" beer specials and greasy were pizza were just what you needed to cap off a night. I hadn't been there since it closed and got dinner last night from the downtown one, and man, I"m sorry I did. I got the Philly hoagie. The roast beef was TERRIBLY tough. It literally tasted like leather. Given that the meat of a Philly is supposed to be the star of the meal, this made it quite disappointing. The sandwich came with chips that clearly came out of a huge bag and were basically a generic version of Ruffles. While there are other side options on the website, GrubHub did not offer another choice. The lone bright spot of the meal was the massive amount of food that they gave you. If the sandwich was good, it'd be a steal for its price. However, 1.5 pounds of subpar food doesn't really do much for you. Perhaps it was user error or just a bad night. I always had an enjoyable experience with the pizza, but I'd definitely stray from the roast beef if you can.

Yelp
Yikes - what happened to Dulono's??? Used to be my FAVORITE pizza in the Twin Cities, it now looks like it's been emptied of most tables and chairs, and liquor too, by the way, and feels like should just turn into pick or delivery only. The place used to be hopping and buzzing with crowds and energy. There was no silverware or condiments on any of the high tops, only 2 stools we could find so four of us could sit at a table, we were served water in plastic beer cups, and no bar drinks were offered. It felt like perhaps we came the day they'd sold everything off and decided to close their doors. But saddest of all, the pizza was not the same. The crust was different, the sauce was different, the entire experience felt very sad. The lone front of house staff was friendly enough, but it was all so odd. Only 4 other folks in the place which I guess should have been a sign, and no one else even seemed to be ordering pizza. Very strange, very sad...

Yelp
I should know better to let someone order for me. I asked for Margherita Pizza and he said they had one. I open the box to find my pizza "drizzled" with one of my most despised, over-used, inauthentic ingredients- "balsamic vinegar". More like sticky, sugary syrup. Stop it. Just stop. Good balsamic is too expensive to pour on a random pizza. This was likely tinted, thickened and sweetened vinegar bought in a gallon jug. I don't expect to get sticky from pizza. Greasy, yes. Next time, I will read the description myself. As for the crust, it's like a cracker. Not a chewy yeasty crust, more like an unsalted saltine cracker. It's good if that's what you like. Pass the salt.

Yelp
After paying for a quick round of drinks before a Timberwolves game, I was surprised to find out there was a 18% gratuity added to my bill without any mention of it. I asked for a tap list or a drink menu when I sat down at the bar, and was told there wasn't one. Two tap beers, which cost $9 and $8 respectively, came out to 20.06. I had to do the math myself to realize what happened, even after asking the bartender why the tab was so high, no mention of the automatic gratuity.

Yelp
We were drunk after a concert and needed some carbs and grease to ensure no hangover. It was within walking distance from our hotel so this was the pick. The pizza was... pizza. Nothing special, the crust really didn't support the mass amount of toppings. Sauce had almost no flavor. The pepperoni was flacid and had no kick. $30 for a small specialty and a medium pepperoni. Dear lord. I'm assuming these prices are so high because it's a big city and you have high rent, but holy crap. If we would have had access to an oven, I would have gladly eaten Digiorno over this stuff.

Yelp
I have always enjoyed pizza from this place. I still need to try different versions before I can rate a five star. This last one was good. I miss the Lake St one that was there for years. But this is one of my favorite spots.

Yelp
this used to be one of my favorite places in Minneapolis far as pizzas goes. I ordered a pizza at 8:30 told me it would be an hour when I called. I had the worst service and customer service experience ever. They told me he was out for delivery with orders, after an hour and 15 minutes goes by I called again to see if they knew where he was or if they could track him. I don't know is what I was told. No, we don't track him and I got hung up on. I proceeded to call back and explain that I am a maître d' at the Capital Grill Minneapolis and I knew of the owner and I thought it was very rude , how they spoke to me just want to know where my pizza was. Hell I was very hungry and worked all day called back after two hours and they tell me where close he's been out for deliveries well where is my my pizza? Can you contact him to see how far away he is with my order? She says no so I waited a few more minutes. I never got my pizza. yes, I am extremely pissed off. No phone call no sorry no nothing. Not sure if I'd ever go back ever again but I will be following up with the manager and the owner. Very very bad customer service skills they should not be in the business of taking care of their guest.

Yelp
I've been getting pizza from here since the early 90's on lake street and since they moved the pizza didn't change one bit,no grease on the pan, just crispy crunchy cracker crust with plenty of cheese and toppings, best pizza in Minneapolis!

Yelp
We came in tonight and there was no bar tender and the manager was very apologetic and super amazing ! We had such a great time with drinks and food even while being short staffed ! Can't wait to come back :) thank you so much !

Yelp
There are such mixed reviews, so I was prepared for anything when I ordered a pizza delivery during the busy dinner hour. I loved it! Reasonably priced, still warm -not piping hot when it arrived, but not disappointingly cold-, tasted amazing, and delivery guy was great! I ordered the chicken alfredo pizza through DoorDash and would absolutely order again. I was annoyed because the Dulono's website didn't work, so I was really taking a chance ordering something I couldn't see except through a third party or google search of the general idea of their food. I'm really glad I took the chance on them! I do wish the price was a little cheaper -tax and delivery fee weren't bad on their own but add up all together-, but I would recommend Dulono's at least from this experience! I only gave 4/5 stars because of the website and was sad they wouldn't accept any special requests on orders, so instead of requesting no mushrooms, I picked them off. Not a deal breaker for me when the rest of the pizza was so good!

Yelp
I'm still in mourning over the loss of the uptown location. We ordered a delivery zah last night. It was still very good, but I feel like the crust was thinner and not quite as good as the old location. The sauce is still the tangy sauce I love, and the delivery was quick. I also placed the entire order through Yelp vs calling in. I'm not sure if Yelp takes a cut (they probably do) for that service so tip accordingly. I had a bit of sticker shock with the delivery fee - the total for a large pizza with a salad and delivery/tip was $38. That seems a bit steep for pizza. I'm sure that I will give this another try and rerate accordingly!

Yelp
I love this pizza, I love their vibe, I love their drink selection, and they usually play good music. This is my favorite place to go post work for a beer or before a show. I've also never had a problem ordering delivery. The servers have always been friendly when I've been there, and the bartenders are great. My mind was blown reading some of the negative reviews on here about their pizza. It's basically as perfect as it gets for bar pizza! It's wonderfully cheesey, the crust is just thick enough and tastes great, and the sauce is just the right amount. Seriously people, what exactly are you looking for or compairing this too? It's pizza, not a fucking delicacy. Dulono's is awesome, and I think most people who don't have a pretentious and/or nostalgic stick up their ass will probably feel similarly. If people have been experiencing bad service, that sucks, and I sincerely hope that they can hire some better servers and keep this place alive for as long as possible.

Yelp
Great thincrust pizza ( dominating the southside scene for 60 plus years ) avalible til 2 am for delivery..The Bar and restaurant now in downtown Mpls offers nice seating options for large groups, and a large bar with ample seating. Entertainment options include multiple TVs , pooltables and darts , modern trivia games and othervideo game options. This new location downtown mpls is a interesting venue hosting live triva Wednesday and Friday. Happy hour items and specials on drinks are updated regularly. Favorite bartender Raelynn 10 stars!!! Across the street from ramp C , good place to pre or post ... i see alot of issues where the pizzza is late or not cooked right? My experience has been the owners or upper management will take care of your issues? But, I am a former employee so I always tried to make those situations good .. Rae Lynn is the best bartender in the city 10 stars

Yelp
UPDATE: I was just contacted by the owner of the restaurant, who informed me that the employee who was so rude to us is no longer with the restaurant. Kudos to the owner for taking swift action to address this gap in service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: A group from around the country were attending a reception at a local law firm Friday evening. The reception ended around 8 PM and twelve of us asked our host for a recommendation of a nearby place where we might be able to dine. Because we had no reservations, our host personally called this establishment and verified that a group of our size could in fact be served at the restaurant. After we walked a significant distance in the freezing rain (when many in our group had thin coats), we were enthusiastically greeted by the male bartender, who had spoken with our host on the phone. He welcomed us and told us to take to seat in the side room and then a server would be with us shortly. After waiting a significant period of time, a female server came into the side room and told us to leave. We were absolutely flabbergasted! Essentially, she explained that they were shortstaffed and could not, in fact, accommodate us, after all. When members of our group tried to reason with her, telling her that we had walked a long way in the freezing rain and we were hungry and without reservations would stand little chance of going anywhere else, she steadfastly refused, refusing even to extend the opportunity for us to wait a longer time for pizza. We all had a distinct impression that she simply wish to go home early. I certainly do not recommend this restaurant!! None of us have ever experienced this before!

Cynthia P.

Yelp
Dulonos Pizza is the best pizza I've ever eaten. I lived up the street from the old pizza location on Lake Street for the first time in 1978. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Happy you're still here with the best pizza ever!
google avatar

Yelp
Last night I ordered my food to be delivered to my workplace. The driver did not call the number I gave them and by the time I got downstairs he was gone. I called the restaurant and they reached the driver. The lady told me the driver would be calling and over 10 minutes later still had not called. I called back the restaurant and they said wait another 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called back to find out the driver had returned to the restaurant with my food and they had voided my order because it was "too complicated to deliver". That being said, Dulono's managed to deliver pizzas to other coworkers in the same office about 20 minutes later. Guess it got easier. I order Pizza Luce which arrived within 20 minutes and had no problem delivering.

Yelp
Stopped in when I was downtown for a concert and wanted something quick before the show at the Fine Line. Found the bar setting to be adequate, space was not too busy but it did take awhile to be greeted. Customers at the end of the bar seemed to be enjoying themselves, several other tables were also occupied. I noticed that they had a trivia game available on the TV, along with sports. I ordered a single drink, along with water and a vegie burger with no bun. Received everything as advertised on the menu, food delivered hot and timely. If I would have been with a group would have considered pizza the menu appeared extensive for that specific menu item. Convenient to the parking lot I used for the Fine Line.
google avatar

Kristina H.

Yelp
Was always a fan of the old Dulono's...and so disappointed! Dropped in on a Sunday night before a show at the Fine Line. Place was half full and we found two open spots at the bar. No visible employees for about 5 minutes...until one rushed past and said she'd be with us shortly. The guy next to us was waiting for take out and when he finally got his order he had to wait another 10 to pay. He asked what appeared to be another employee if he could close him out and the guy just shrugged, pointed at the bartender and continued closing out his checks on the computer. He was NOT happy, and I can't say I blame him. When the bartender finally was able to get to us we asked if she had any help and the poor girl said no one else on the floor and they just found out there was a big party coming in. Where is the manager of this place? There was a game at Target Center that night and several concerts... Thankfully our pizza came quickly and we ordered two more beers and asked to close our check....just as the big party came in.

Katrina S.

Yelp
NEVER GO HERE! The amount of rudeness and entitlement that came out of the managers mouth was absolutely shocking!!! I do not even have words to describe how horrible she or he was on the phone!!! We said mam because she had a female voice and we did not mean anything by it other than the fact that we did not know her name and then she yelled at us saying that she was not a ma'am and got mad at us for calling her that :( Not only was our pizza 45 minutes late, but when we called to ask about where it was the manager could not even give us an ETA and escalated the situation so fast being so incredibly rude that never once have we ever encountered a business that treats its customers like they are crap
google avatar

Aymie S.

Yelp
I was a loyal, diehard Dulono's customer for five years or more. I cut them a ton of slack for poor food, cold food, forgotten orders and terrible website glitches, because they're open late at night, when few other restaurants are. But that ENDS right now. Tonight, I placed an online order, and Dulono's called me 40 minutes later, on the phone, and canceled it, saying that they needed to "close early -- sorry guys." Instead of apologizing sincerely, or giving me coupons, or a free order via email, or any kind of reparation at all -- at 1:47 in the morning, when NOTHING ELSE IS OPEN, the man on the phone called me "guys" (hey, wow, I'm not a GUY, there's only ONE of me, and my name is AMY -- it's RIGHT THERE on the order), and then he hung up the phone on me WHILE I WAS TRYING TO TALK. He then apparently forgot he'd just hung up on me (stoned much?), and called BACK -- I'm sure it was by accident -- and when I said that I wanted some kind of reparation, since I'd sacrificed ANY CHANCE OF EATING ANYTHING ELSE for the evening, he hung up the phone on me AGAIN, while I was talking. This is BEYOND bad customer service. Beyond. I will NEVER order from Dulono's again. They had the chance to retain a customer and to make reparations when THEY THEMSELVES CANCELED AN ORDER, and they utterly failed. Egregiously bad customer service. NEVER again.

Karla K.

Yelp
Came into town with a big group. We couldn't find any place that would seat us all. Despite several big parties the service was amazing! We ordered several pizzas. The simple house pizza was the best. Chicken Alfredo pasta was great. Drinks are well made also.
google avatar

Allison W.

Yelp
Great casual spot to grab a late night bite and drinks. This place often flies under the radar due to the surrounding spots - so is typically wide open to grab a table or host a large group. Every time I have been the service been great- even with a large rambunctious group that has already had a handful of drinks. Their portion sizes are sizable and everything is super affordable. I would definitely describe this as "dive bar" food but typically hits the spot. We have only really had the pizzas and love the Italian fries (really just a cheese pizza served with marinara for dipping) - but haven't had many of the other items on the menu (burgers, hoagies, etc.). I would recommend this for late night snack, apps or drunk food vs. a "nice dinner" Also- they have a standard happy hour 3-6pm and a 9-11pm every day with both food and drinks specials.
google avatar

Yelp
Our bitesquad driver clearly had the bag of food fall, to the point where our pizza was just a wad, and it was still incredibly delicious. Had never tried this place, was partially sold on how old it is, and went.with the taco pizza and poppers. Taco pizza loaded with lettuce, olives, jalapenos, tomato and cilantro. The sauce was rich and flavorful, different than most of the taco pizzas i've had. Really nice surprise. The poppers were surpriaingly fantastic, too. Still crisp and tasty on their own and then i dipped them in the sweet purple berry sauce and they soared to rad.

Yelp
Dulono's, we've been together for a long time but it's time to part ways. I'd say "Don't cry," but you really should because it's you, not me. Here's our history: The OLD Uptown Dulono's: Great pizza with a shockingly rude staff who would get your order wrong (and not care) at least half the time. No website? Seriously? Luckily, the pizza was good enough to put up with "those" people and the other ridiculous flaws. Real cheese, all thick, stringy, chewy and gooey! Always delivered quickly and hot! 2 Stars. You can thank the cheese it wasn't 1 Star. The NEW Uptown Dulono's: The heavens parted and everything about this place was like Christmas morning every day! Wonderful, kind staff! A website! A new, delicious menu that went beyond 1976! Oh, the joy! Pizza arrived so hot and delicious it could have come out of your own oven! Fewer mistakes were made but it was always a mystery if your pizza would be cut in pie slices (instead of squares) as you requested and stressed a few times in the conversations. 4 Stars with eagerness to make it 5 Stars if they'd just get rid of that crumbly, cracker-style crust. The CURRENT DOWNTOWN re-located Dulono's: How the mighty have fallen. The people are still great but you can't eat people. (Yet.) The quality of the pizza since the move has suffered. Fewer toppings with higher prices and fees. I live in Uptown and, now that their pizza has to travel from downtown, I can say it does NOT travel well. Twice now it's arrived cold, with less cheese, and looking like day old pizza from the fridge. And there was great weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. Back to 2 Stars. I don't know why they moved but, unlike Hooked on Phonics, it doesn't work for me. Two bad pizzas in a row, higher prices, longer waits... I'm sorry. Second chances are rarely given and third chances are non-existent for me. I work too hard to pay those prices only to get sub-standard (or even average) food. Farewell, Dulono's...
google avatar

Kaprice W.

Yelp
Nope! I ordered online for pick up. Been here before and liked the pizza. I live far so I timed my trip perfectly to find out they forgot to make one of my pizzas. I had to wait while my other pizza was cold the cheese was stiff upon getting it. They did nothing to make up for "forgetting" to make my pizza let alone giving me one of my pizzas cold. I'm very disappointed it was a waste of 50$.

Yelp
I remember going to the uptown Dulono's 10-15 years ago and loving the pizza. Of course I was in college and probably drunk. Regardless, I've wanted to return for a long time and hoping the pizza was still half as good. I went to the newer downtown location around 10:30 pm on a week night. It was very empty and I sat at the bar. I ordered an appetizer and a pizza to go. The breaded cauliflower bites must have come straight out of an industrial size freezer bag meant for institution lunch rooms. The frozen ranch packet was then squirted into a plastic ramekin. Enough said. As far as the pizza I kept it classic and went straight pepperoni. The crust is thin and cut in squares (my favorite). Does everyone love the corners as much as me?? Anyway, the sauce is weirdly sweet/sour with a heavy emphasis on tomato paste. There is a nice amount of cheese and meat though so kudos to that. I guess the food was half as good as I remember so in reality they delivered. Speaking of which, they deliver and are open until 3am. Full bar and happy hour from 3-7.

Sarah K.

Yelp
Dulono's is serving romaine lettuce during a recall. Please post this information this time? It might save someone's life. Jared, I have been a Dulono's customer since 2003. Sorry, after the new ownership, your pizza kind of sucks. Yes I do believe that you might serve recalled lettuce during a recall because nowhere on your site do you acknowledge the recall or assure customers that you lettuce was not recalled. Now I know that you are rude and disrespectful. Good work!

Yelp
We've been coming here for years first in uptown then followed them downtown. The Pizza is the best in town but even better is the staff. Our favorite is Raelynn which is why we come here as our Sunday tradition. If your into old school pizza this is where you need to get your pizza! Plus on Sundays is the best bartender Raelynn

Yelp
We placed an online order for the first time the night we moved downtown. We waited for an hour and a half and called to check on our order and the manager had an attitude. He claims the driver came and called but we never received a call. The great thing about online reviews are being able to provide pictures for proof. Thanks for being rude, will never order again. Will await your apology from you

Yelp
I have been eating Dulonos Pizza for the past 5 years and have not been disappointed! The staff is friendly and accommodating and the space is large enough for all sorts of crowds. In the heart of downtown this place is a gem! You definitely get what you pay for, I always end up having enough food to take home. Love this place!

Yelp
I'm not really sure what I was expecting. For some reason, I thought it was thicker crust/Chicago style pizza...well, it's not. It's super flaky and kind of strange (it breaks off in your hands). It would have been a tad flavorless as well, but I added banana peppers and pepperoni and mushrooms which basically is a mouthful explosion of FLAVOR. But that's ingredients, not the crust and sauce. The Greek pizza is awwwwful. It's sauced with a super sweet balsamic reduction. No one could eat it. Stick with meat and sauce. Happy Hour wine is hells cheap. I also did not think it would be a dive bar...

Yelp
Disappointed in Dulono's! I ordered a pizza that arrived as shown in the picture (broken into crumbles like a smashed cracker without cheese, sauce or toppings). Dulono's insisted this is what I ordered, although I clearly did not intend to order this. I am a repeat and loyal customer and my hopes were they would happily take care of the situation by refunding my order, or replace the pizza. They said they would send another one, but it never arrived. Is keeping a long time customer worth the cost of one pizza? Terrible service, nasty staff, and clearly mismanaged.

Yelp
Food is good but overpriced. Used to love this place but since the uptown location closed it's been a sinking ship.

Yelp
Dulono's why did you leave uptown? The pizza is still super duper, but the cozy kitsch flair is gone. I miss good thin crust pizza in Uptown. It's heartbreaking to my tummy to drive all that way and pay to park. The pizza is still great, and the service is too but it feels like another downtown joint. Still, the pizza! Dayum fine pizza.

Yelp
I have been going to Dulono's Pizza since I was a kid. They sold the restaurant on Lake and Lyndale and now have one in Downtown Mpls. I'm so disappointed they have changed everything about their Pizza and it's definitely not the same as it used to be. It's a shame because it used to be our go to place for pizza but not anymore. The Pizza Sucks

Yelp
On Saturday, I ordered a med Thai pizza, hold the onions. I ordered via door dash. The dasher got lost and my pizza was very cold when it arrived. I understand this isn't Dulono's fault. But it was covered in onions. I hate onions. I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointing, especially considering it was almost $30, before all the delivery and tip fees.

Yelp
My go to place for food and drinks before a game or concert downtown! Love the atmosphere and you can't beat the pizza. I especially love the veggie pizza and the cheesebread.
