We were there for 5 days and didn't see a warden at all but we were out a lot. It's a great site. Very clean and tidy. The toilet and shower block could do with some refurbishment otherwise we would have given a higher mark. Used the nearby bus into Belfast which was very convenient. We were visiting family in Bangor and it was less than 20 minutes away by car. Would definitely return.

We were there for 5 days and didn't see a Warden at all but we didnt need one and we were out a lot. We didn't find it easy to find. The road signage could be improved/ cleaned. Probably not helped by all the building work taking place by the lcebowl in May 25.

We've been going here for years and i have to say its getting grubby. Rubbish all around, service bollards knocked over, water taps not working & dog poop everywhere. Locationwise its perfect - close to a big selection of good restaurants. The ice bowl is very close which is great for kids & adults alike. Price - is also great at £15 a night. Just service the place a bit better. The area is very British, quite intimidating for our group. I really didnt feel like i could speak out loud incase id be identified as a Teague.

Nice secure site. Clean amenities. The power went out while we out it would have been nice to have been notified we spent a while trying to figure out why we had no power.

Great place, clean and well organised. Of course a shame the toilet block is closed in winter, but at least it‘s still open otherwise! Great location next to ice rink and restaurants.

This place is in a great location but not kept up. Showers and restrooms are so gross. But if you can over look that free wifi and a place close to restaurants and supermarkets. But no toilet paper in restrooms and they are so gross

A convenient and well run council campsite with clean and modern facilities sufficient for the number of pitches available. All pitches have electric hook ups and water, and facilities for washing up anf toilet emptying. Handy if you like the modern fast food businesses about 5 minutes walk away, and close to link roads to Belfast and beyond. Happy to use again if we're passing this way.

This campsite is all about the location as it is very close to Belfast. Some people complain about the noise but we didn't find it intrusive. You're very close to a city center so I'm not sure what people expect! They also complain about the fence surrounding the site but we didn't mind this as it kept everything secure. We were sent a code beforehand and didn't have any problems using it.|There's an amazing cycling/ walking path right next to the site called the greenaway, which is an excellent facility. We used it to cycle into Belfast which took us about 30 minutes. The cycle ride was 99% on the greenaway/ cycle lanes and the other 1% is on a very quiet road. The majority of the ride is on the greenaway until you get close the the CS Lewis square but we used google maps to get us into the city. I definitely recommend cycling into the city center. |We walked to Stormont which took about 30 minutes and is well worth doing, Before we went lots of people recommended the Titanic museum which I wasn't bothered about but we went and it was excellent. However the highlight was a black cab tour of the Troubles. This was another thing that we were uncertain about but our driver was excellent and very informative. It turned into he highlight of our trip to Belfast.
