"Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Caribbean-inspired restaurant, part of the Four Seasons's Ocean Club on Paradise Island, is unquestionably the chicest dining spot on the island. After enjoying your Bahamian conch salad or pizza topped with local lobster, take a wander around the breezy property, which includes a beautiful, colonnaded Versailles-style garden."

This restaurant gets an overall 3 for average. In comparison to other restaurants it was a step above. The setting and ambiance is very beautiful and right on the water. The food was “okay” but certainly it on par with other Four Seasons restaurants we have been to nor Chef-owned quality we have enjoyed elsewhere. The service was slightly better than the terrible and rude service we have been experiencing throughout Nassau. Seriously though, a restaurant that says it is part of Four Seasons needs to be well above the rest and this sadly was not. We ordered steak that had to be returned because was incorrectly cooked, the salmon was very good, the organic chicken was good but not amazing, the lamb chops were okay but the sauce saved them, the beet salad was very good, the burrata was very wet and runny and lacked flavor. The desserts were underwhelming and their presentation was lacking. The children did not enjoy their meals. The last thing that was abysmal was they tossed the sharing plates for the desserts at us instead of placing them in front of us. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Cost was about $180 per adult.

Here's Option 1 for your review, ready to copy: A Mixed Bag: Superb Food, but Service and Price Points Miss the Mark My recent dining experience offered some truly spectacular highs, but also a few significant lows. The atmosphere was undeniably amazing – beautiful, modern, and incredibly chic, setting a wonderful backdrop for the evening. The food was the absolute star. I can confidently say that the salmon was one of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Every bite was a revelation, perfectly prepared and bursting with incredible flavors. The desserts were equally fantastic, a perfect sweet ending to an otherwise superb meal. However, like much of Nassau, this restaurant comes with a very steep price tag. What truly disappointed me was that the service simply did not resonate with the premium price paid. I've had the pleasure of dining at other high-caliber chef restaurants around the world where the service was impeccable and perfectly justified the cost, often at a more reasonable price point than here. While the food is undoubtedly worth experiencing, the overall value for money, especially considering the service, left something to be desired.

Besides getting lost 4 times getting there, the food was the best I had on that island, prices are extremely reasonable compared to everything else. Snapper was perfect, steak was quality and on point, The biggest problem was this NEW money trash that goes there. Yelling nonsense at the bar and no manners.. but welcome to one the money dumpsters of the world. 🇧🇸 (Picture sums it up)

Atmosphere is great. It’s Four Seasons.. Food is okayish. Nothing special and definitely not worth the price. Service is pretty bad. Had to wait for 20 minutes with 3 other family members and at the end was fooled to leave a 35% tip. The guy literally gave me the credit card reader first and I left a 20% tip, minute later he gave me the check which had an included tip of 15%. This is a not great look for this place. I would not recommend this place to honorable people. Stealing is not welcome in a better world..

My husband and I dined here on a Wednesday night out without a reservation. Got there right as it opened and was no problem. The food was all great. I recommend the salmon with crispy rice and save room for the Dune sundae!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Dune was deeply disappointing — especially considering we were seriously considering moving to this hotel, expecting the signature Four Seasons level of service and quality. We ordered the lobster, expecting something refined and perfectly cooked — instead, it was overcooked, rubbery, oddly sweet, and had an unpleasant aftertaste. It was completely off — more like a failed experiment than a proper dish. Even worse, the service was cold and unwelcoming from the very beginning. The atmosphere felt disconnected, and it honestly made us feel like we weren’t welcome. We were genuinely considering staying at this property long-term, believing it to be on par with the global Four Seasons standard — but after this visit, we’re questioning whether this location belongs in the same league. It’s by far the least impressive Four Seasons experience we’ve encountered. To top it off, I felt unwell for hours after the meal — which should never happen at a place of this caliber. A truly unfortunate and surprising experience.

Literally everything about this place is a yes for me. The décor is beautiful — lots of wood, dim lighting, and cozy booths. We ordered a bunch of small plates to share (the spicy shrimp, Korean BBQ sliders, and truffle fries were our faves). The waiter even brought us a free dessert when he found out it was my friend’s birthday. Not only was the food great, but the service was genuine and warm. You can tell the staff love working here. It makes all the difference. Highly recommend for date nights or dinner with close friends.

Very disappointed. The place was highly recommended to us by cove at atlantis but the food was mediocre at best. We ordered the sausage pizza which felt half cooked - we attributed it to being a high end restaurant and ‘new ways’ of cooking. But the next dish proved it failed all food quality levels. Ordered a simple burrata and the cheese was abysmal - for the cost. Overall it was good, but the cost vs quality comparison was just off the charts Do not recommend at all.
