Dunedin Palms Motel

An lovely stay. The room had all we needed including a kitchenette . This room was great for visitors because it is so close to CBD. you can leave the car and walk. They do offer breakfast and guest laundry,( for a fee). Plenty of off street parking too.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Palms Dunedin. Great location, lovely apartment with separate bedroom, fantastic. Clean and very comfortable. Great hosts too. Thankyou

Stayed here often as its always clean and rooms are a good size. Parking is available on site and if you dont have a car its an easy 5 minute walk and you are smack bang in town. Nice to have the complimentary biscuits too.

Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Quiet area of the city. A short downhill walk into the main city centre. The staff we spoke to were very friendly.

This Motel had everything you could want for a stay and more. I usually sleep with a fan and even a fan was provided. I requested a ground floor studio unit and everything was clean and inviting. The shower was great and the toiletries provided plentiful. Great stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Pro's: Good location walking distance to city centre Con's: Rooms are very dated, furniture extremely worn, bed soft / saggy, seat on toilet loose and slips around. In addition to this there was no soap for shower (not even a pump both pumps in shower had conditioner), no milk provided and very loud pipe water noises throughout day & night from other rooms

Lovely place to stay was our home for a week the people that own it was so lovely and helpful and friendly they made our stay wonderful the room was lovely cleaner was friendly wpuld recommend stay at this lovely place close to everything thank you for the lovely time and the care you gave us

Clean and Cosy. No Sky TV unfortunately. Office hours were a little limited. However very handy to everything we wanted to see.
