Dunes Holiday Village is located within a few metres from the sea. I found it challenging to sleep in the cottage as the netting didn't seem very effective against mosquitoes. Once you have a shower, the bathroom is flooded and you will end up walking on a very wet surface. Very basic accommodation, although I was happy for one night as I struggle to sleep in eco resorts. As there are a few cottages around, there are a few people staying nearby, which can get noisy at night.
The restaurant was superb! Me and my husband enjoyed their impressive menu with a great selection of drinks. It's a perfect place to watch the sunset while you are having food. I tried Russian salad, veggie momos, Thai soup and fruit salad. Everything was fresh and yummy. The prices were great! I highly recommend trying the restaurant.
