Whew! This place has a boatload of bad reviews, and I just don't get it! I am an expert at this location.
* I've been going here for almost 8 years.
* I average about 4 times a week.
* I buy hot and iced lattes and once a week I buy donuts. Occasionally other stuff.
* I use their app 100% of my visits.
With credentials like this, you know I know what I'm talking about.
Drive Thru- I almost always use this and rarely go inside. They very rarely mess up my order. I've never had a rude employee.
Availability- Occasionally they run out of something like a particular type of donut. One time their truck was late, and they ran out of milk! That was a riot! I almost always get what I want.
Staffing- Like most small retail operations, if someone calls out sick, it's a big deal and you'll get some delays. A bunch of bad reviews are during the pandemic. Give them a break! That was a crazy time for all of retail.
Idiot Customers- Folks complain about drive thru times and I get it but much of the time it's due to customers that have the IQ of a golf ball! If you're going through the drive thru with three young kids and you let them all order separately, you're an idiot! If you have a drive-thru order of over $100 you're incredibly inconsiderate! I've seen both!
The App- Works well. Like most retail apps, if you take the time to figure out the angles, you can get lots of discounts and free stuff!
I'm sticking with four stars!
