Dunkin'

Attempted to get a side order of bacon. The bacon was presented as a ball, not strips. When asked questions about the bacon was told that was bacon. The server then took the bacon and threw it away. They started to make another order which looked the same. When asked to speak to manager the manager was the server. Just left without bacon. Not sure when bacon started looking like a ball.

So the drive thru gets there coffee but when you go in side no service?Such rude staff yes definitely under staffed but the two employees that were working were so rude I can’t believe they spoke to me in the manner they did I asked if there able to take my order staff statement was if you want to work here go ahead we are hiring bet you couldn’t last.

I ordered through Uber. I got everything but my two half dozen donuts. The app only let me pick a variety option and they told my driver they had no donuts!!! I called and they said they didn't have the variety. I stayed so you only have one type of donut and they said no we have all different kinds I said that's what variety is!!! My driver went back to get my donuts.

I was very disappointed by the atmosphere. The tension and hostility between staff members were palpable and made for a very uncomfortable experience in the lobby. It's clear that management needs to improve how the team is managed. Guests should never be exposed to such unprofessional behavior. I actually felt bad for the employees who have to deal with that kind of environment every day.

The worst. (customer service is terrible) They deleted my last review… I’m guessing if they kept the negative reviews this one would be a 1 or 2 ⭐️ . I drive past this DD now and go to the Sebring one by Home Depot. PS: The men’s bathroom didn’t lock for 5 months.

This Dunkin Donuts has terrible customer service with the entire crew looking and acting like they hate their job ! Might want to have a pep talk with them to adjust their attitudes !!!!!

Friendly Customer Service. The turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant was delicious. Coffee was nice and steaming hot.

Always getting the order wrong. Very honestly I don't see how Dunkin' donuts stays in business. Order one thing in a certain way can you get completely the opposite.

Whew! This place has a boatload of bad reviews, and I just don't get it! I am an expert at this location. * I've been going here for almost 8 years. * I average about 4 times a week. * I buy hot and iced lattes and once a week I buy donuts. Occasionally other stuff. * I use their app 100% of my visits. With credentials like this, you know I know what I'm talking about. Drive Thru- I almost always use this and rarely go inside. They very rarely mess up my order. I've never had a rude employee. Availability- Occasionally they run out of something like a particular type of donut. One time their truck was late, and they ran out of milk! That was a riot! I almost always get what I want. Staffing- Like most small retail operations, if someone calls out sick, it's a big deal and you'll get some delays. A bunch of bad reviews are during the pandemic. Give them a break! That was a crazy time for all of retail. Idiot Customers- Folks complain about drive thru times and I get it but much of the time it's due to customers that have the IQ of a golf ball! If you're going through the drive thru with three young kids and you let them all order separately, you're an idiot! If you have a drive-thru order of over $100 you're incredibly inconsiderate! I've seen both! The App- Works well. Like most retail apps, if you take the time to figure out the angles, you can get lots of discounts and free stuff! I'm sticking with four stars!

Try their Mahoghany Donut (they call it Old Fashioned or Plain). Reminds me of fresh sawdust. Have not had a fresh one since 2021 in a different region of the country. I now only stop in yearly to see if anything has changed. Nothing yet. Doesn't matter which store, as they use a central kitchen. If you ask for Sugar, double check the label as they have used artificial aweeteners without indicating by voice.

I gave this Dunkin a 2 star ONLY because the food was good. Today I went in to this location to use my coupons and they would only let me use one coupon! This is the first time this has ever happened. So I guess I will be going back down the street for my coffee and pastries. Also I used my $3 coffee app coupon on a separate purchase and wasn't given the discount. So that aggravated me too.

I once gave this place a bad review and manager addressed my concerns. Thank you!! The staff is A+

Fresh donuts and really good coffee are an excellent addition to start your day. One donut at a time or by the dozen, you will be happy with their selection! The breakfast menu is pretty good and the coffee selection is on point. On the weekends the line is usually to the door...it is worth the wait!

I took my daughter to get a frozen chocolate. I was asked very rudely by someone named Kimberly I believe if I wanted a frozen hot chocolate or just a frozen chocolate. I was a bit confused because how can u have a frozen "hot chocolate". I then asked what was in the turtle latte. Once again very rudely answered. I was almost tempted to drive off because I knew ilmy order was going to be messed due to the one taking orders was rude and obviously don't care a out her job. I pulled forward and I was correct. I handed my drink back and told them it wasn't correct and the one thay took my order once again had something rude to say about it. Maybe this dunkin needs train there employees how to show a little respect to there customers and listen to what the customer is ordering so they don't have to wait for it to be corrected and the people in line doesn't have to wait either.

This place is the Greatest of All Time! The frozen coffee and the donuts here are legit. The staff is super friendly, the wait times are short, and the donuts are always fresh. If you're in a rush and are in the mood for something hot and tasty, drop by Dunkin'!

Overall they are pretty good but DO NOT get the refreshers ...they taste like tarte water !!!

Cashier was rude, my coffee had a pound of sugar at the bottom of the cup and our donuts looked like they had been sitting out and melted. We will never go back.

So, to start off...the employees in the store are barely wearing their clothes. Standing at the counter I could clearly see the guy who was filling my order underwear...not just the top, the whole boxers. Very unprofessional to say the least. Then, being a donut shop you would assume that a variety of donuts would be available at any given time they are open...and that you would listen to what the customer is requesting. Of the variety we had to pick from they still picked the wrong ones we asked for. For example, glazed donuts, he gave us glazed but with filling. Donut holes they only had chocolate flavor and no variety. We will choose to drive extra time to a different DD before returning to the Avon Park location.

My grandfather and I have recently tried to go to this establishment around 8:30 or 9:00. Both times we try to go in, the doors were locked. There is somebody there, they are at the drive through talking to somebody. The first time we went in when they were open, the lady there was too busy talking to her friends.

I was fiending for some caffeine while running around Highlands county area one Sunday and drove by and saw this DD. Looks like a standard DD complete with drive-thru. But service is meh. I gave my order on the speaker, and when we went to pay, had to repeat my order, and took forever to get my order. Iced coffee and donuts shouldn't take longer than 5 mins. Unless you brewed me a fresh coffee, which this one didn't taste very fresh. So yea... Meh...

Went through drive thru ordered the 2 for $4 bagels with cream cheese. I asked if one of them could have no cream cheese (I don't eat that) and the rude annoying teenage girl said that wouldn't count for the 2 for $4?!?! First and only dunkin to ever do that and I know she's ignorant since I recently worked there and that is NOT true hun, I'm saving yall money and time. Just give me the damn plain bagel.

Erica Vargas was one of the most kind and respectful dunkin employees I have ever seen or met. As I was ordering my coffee and donuts I asked her if she could put extra packets of sugar in the bag, I proceeded and got my order but their wasn't any sugar in the bag I was bummed but still kept driving. I ended up driving all the way to the light at the marathon and I saw a girl running towards my car in my rear view mirror. It was Erica, she was drenched in sweat and out of breath but ended up running to my car just to give me my extra packets of sugar. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Extremely slow at all hours of the day, and the service is not any better. On average you will wait 10-15 min for one medium regular coffee. If you go by for an afternoon coffee there will not be line, but you will still be waiting and the coffee will be old.

Don't stop here!! There are 2 others within 20 minutes of this one. The absolute worst customer service and management ever! We travel the state and hit a Dunkin every morning and this one is by far the worst! The girl taking the order was everywhere else except paying attention to what we were ordering. We repeated our order 3 times and it was still wrong when we got it. Then the "manager" has the nerve to say, "charge him for the cream cheese". What?? Spent $29.79 and after all the mess ups they take us back to the register to ring up extra cream cheese! What???

The experience at Dunkin Donuts in Avon Park usually serves poor service but today was ridiculous. I only ordered 1 order of Dunkin Donuts and they asked me to wait in the parking lot til my order is ready.... I watched a whole episode on Hulu so I went inside to check what was taking so long and the bitch was stocking up milk and forgot about me. I got so angry that I didn't even care if I paid for it and just left.

The worst store I have visited. After I place an order and pay, they proceed to tell me they cannot fill it out properly. I ordered 3 Box of Joe and they had no small cups. They did not give me napkins, cream or stirrers.

NO STARS My daughter went to pick up our online order it wasn't ready and they made her park. An unidentified man walked to her car with a bag and proceeded to yell at her that she placed the order wrong. He wore no tag nor a uniform. I called to complain and they hung up on me. I called back and they refused to rectify the incorrect order and told me the OWNER was the one who went to the car. That is UNACCEPTABLE for an owner to scare a customer like that. She came home crying. The store refused any responsibilty.

Seriously the customer service here is really bad. I wanted 4 donut holes, they were out, 1 apple fritter, they were out, at the window I asked what do you have and was curtly told its Sunday night we aint got nothing. WOW How pathetic.

The only donut shop i know that never has donuts. Ive never been able to order what i want and get it but i can go to sebring dunkin donuts and always get good service with every selection available. It amazes me they are even able to call themselves dunkin donuts because they lack one major part of that name.....donuts

The staff was polite and friendly. The coffee was great and the store was clean. My husband and I are very picky about our coffee and this store did not mess it up.

I'd actually give this Dunkin 4 stars if not for the consistently slow & lazy employees. My only other complaint is that on more than one occasion, I've been served bitter coffee, which reflects back to the lazy employees, because Dunkin's coffee is consistently good at other franchises. If you are driving north along US-27, do yourself a favor, and hold out until the consistently well run Lake Wales location.

Sometimes they get the order right. Need to focus on listening to the order. Drive through time was not too long.

Everytime I go to this DD they screw up my coffee. Coffee taste old. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. If you're in Sebring area I recommend the Sebring DD over Avon Park.

This location is newer and owned by the same people as the one in Sebring, however like night and day in their management. I live 5 minutes from the Sebring location and drive up to the Avon Park location, 20 minutes away. The atmosphere is totally different, the staff does''t have attitude, the place is clean, the food is fresh and you are greeted with a smile. Sebring location acts as if they are doing you a favor by performing their jobs. Keep up the good work Avon Park.

This place is a disaster in the morning. I go to a lot of dunkin donuts across central Florida and no one handles morning rush worse. Really every morning I've come here. Much longer then needed waits. Constantly out of product. In the morning there is more drive thru cars parked waiting for order to be completed then cars parked actually in the lobby. Watching right now a poor employee going car to car to car trying to figure out who's bag of food he has. Now I have to move forward to let someone out blocking in their parking spot, because I have no where else to pull to the side considering there is drive thru parked cars covering every inch of the tiny parking lot. Like I said disaster. If there was another Avon park DD I would certainly wouldn't mind driving further to get my DD. Problem be done sooner too. waiting 20 minutes for a box of Joe, they probably forgot about me, considering there is 7 other cars pulled to the side waiting for their to go order. Now I had to move for the 3rd time and walking inside to see what the heck is going on with a simple box of Joe. HORRIBLE

My beloved D&D....always spot on with my coffee. I always go thru the drive-through....never a wait, always fast. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Iced coffee is always good.

Probably the worst customer service, after being open for over 6 months you would think they have it down pat, not! From receiving a warm cup of coffee, having a manger that doesn't take the time to talk to you and walk away from you telling you he was too busy . Without customer you will not be in business long. I have been to a lot of dunkin donuts an this location is the worse. Customer service is bad.
