Dunkin'

I can honestly say this is probably the nicest D&D I’ve ever been to. Clean and Set up to look nice. I saw 2 tables of people having a business meeting & 2 others of kids working on their hm/wk. I made a mistake on my order & they guy fixed it without a fuss. The brisket breakfast was ok. The meat was a bit fatty & not enough of it.

So right now it is Saturday, March 22 and it is 2:54 PM I am at the Dunkin’ Donuts right now in the guy that is at the register is some white guy with long hair not really sure his nationality but as I’m trying to order a brown sugar shaken espresso I’m here telling him that I do not want the amount of oat milk that they normally put inside of the drink. I wanted a little bit less Instead of him just making the drink how I like it he sits here and argue with me. I never experienced this at any coffee shop before if a person does not want the drink how they normally make it in suggesting a different way they should just make it. What’s the sense of arguing with a customer then as I order a sausage wake up wrap, the sausage is old and rubbery. I went back in to tell them that I didn’t want it anymore instead of him just making me another one. He’s telling me I have to come back in the morning. I have to speak to a supervisor. The customer service is horrible at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible I will never ever ever come back here again. If you’re going to have people working inside of your store, you need to tell them or teach them. Customer service is the first thing if a customer does not like something just make it over or get the manager is no sense of sitting there in arguing. life is too short to have a messed up attitude or to be taking your frustrations out on someone that does not deserve it.

Easily one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to since moving to Florida 10 years ago. This place is always clean, the staff is attentive and kind. This Dunkin' is setting the gold standard for places in our area, and there are a lot of store managers/owners who could learn a lot from the people who work here!

This location is deplorable, horrible customer service. My husband and I were treated poorly this morning at this location when questioning if I had three espresso shots in my coffee. I was told there were three in it. You tell me what you think.

Cup of Milk Macchiato and a cup of Milk Latte, oh and Plain bacon when I asked for the seasoned one. Love drinking milk with a sprinkle of espresso and a pound of sugar!

Store was chaotic and super disorganized. One of my drinks was ready for a good 10 min before I went back to the register to ask for it. I get that its fast food, but this location in particular is managed so poorly.

The customer service was soooo freaking bad that the $10 that I spent for coffee, a lemon loaf, and apple fritter, they refused to warm it out ..I had to tell them to cancel the whole order ... the lady in the register was so unprofessional.. and rude and show no care for anything I ask and when I ask for refund she said the manager was cooking and I will have to wait and they make me wait there until they did refund ..... wow... do not go there, at least not on a Saturday AM around 11.50 a.m.. The service is AWEFUL !!!!!

I was so amazed even for before I even looked at my food. The other dunkin donuts in the morning are usually so busy this was amazing.

Paul the cashier at the front is awesome! He really is so friendly and remembers my order ! Makes a crazy morning easier. He definitely deserves recognition for his hard work and friendliness

Dunkin' (or if you are old enough to remember them as Dunkin' Donuts) is an iconic brand that has been serving the public since 1950 when they opened their first location in Quincy, Massachusetts. From that one location, they have become a global company and have built a dedicated and loyal following. This particular location is in the Quantum Town Centre in Boynton Beach, Florida and is not far off of Interstate 95. Whole parking can get tight, as ot was this morning, it was not a huge deal and by no means a deal breaker. It is a small location and definitely geared more towards takeout. The store was extremely busy, but I received my order rather promptly. My only issue was that the woman who took my order was obviously annoyed with being there. It was not just me, the guy behind me also asked why she was so angry. I will say that I hope her day got better. All in all, I will give this location five stars despite the unhappy counter person. I do hope her day got better.

The wifi service is terrible and is always going down, it's the performance of a 20 year old network. They need to invest in a new modem, router and service. I will update the review once this is fixed.

I usually go to this dunkin, every employee is different. Some greet you and some don't. I got my usual French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar, and an order of hash browns, nothing crazy or special about my order.

Now do yourself a favor & go to this Dunkin'. The staff here are very customer oriented extremely well manners. Since covid I've hated going and putting in a order in person because of the staffs attitude makes you want to leave. Not sure about anyone else's experience here. Out of all the Dunkin's I've been to this one is my new favorite.

I remember when it was hard to pass Dunkin Donuts but no more. I found out why when I overheard a conversation. I can't vouch for the veracity but this guy claimed Dunkin's donut makers bid on the work so the donut you had last month might not be as the same as this month but my taste buds tell me they stopped tasting good as soon as they farmed it out no matter the month. He also said the bagged coffee you buy in the supermarket is not the same as in restaurant. False advertising? No idea if that's true and no opinion as I never bought their bagged coffee. Miss those good Donuts.

This is my local DD and I prefer this location over others as they are a larger store and more clean / modern. On the weekends, I always manage to grab the same booth and enjoy breakfast with my son. The staff moves quickly and gets people in and out. There's always plenty of nearby parking and even allotted parking for 10 Min parking!

This place is downright disgusting. I watched one of the girls there rub her nose and then continue to make my sandwich. This Location is so poorly ran. The staff socializes and forgets about your order. The health inspection needs to be done in that place. I would've put zero stars if it would've been an option.

Wonderful location I work for a major appliance repair company and it was hard to find a meeting point in the area to have 6 to 8 employees meet. I found this location that has a conference room that meets all of our needs. Jessica makes the process simple and easy and we appreciate her assistance. The room has a big display screen with all connections you will need and ordering is made easy with the friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this location and will continue to have my monthly meetings here. Thank you Jessica

This Dunkin is hands down the best Dunkin, I've ever stepped foot inside many years ago. The owner, Jeff, is absolutely incredible. I miss seeing his presence whenever I would stop in at 6 am or when I'd post up at a table for hours, he would always come by to say hi, always accommodating or just to chat about Boston. I understand why he no longer spends as much time at this store + wow was his beautiful wife, Jessica just the absolute best manager at any Dunkin I've ever stepped foot in. She would see me walking in + have my drink and/or food ready to go. Neither ever left me waiting but even if they did, I wouldn't complain or mind. The staff adored her + admired her and did everything they could to keep the store running smoothly and quickly. The coffee is always fresh, as is the food and if not, they never had any issues correcting it or remaking it. I don't go in as often as I'd like to either, I miss it but I did go in this morning and as I was pulling out, I saw the owner running in which is what prompted me to write this review bc I desperately wanted to say hi but unfortunately didn't have the time. I love the indoor/outdoor seating, the cleanliness + the staff. They may have had a rough few years, in addition to Covid, but they all did the best they could. People are allowed to have bad days + even when this place suffered a tragic loss of their beloved manager; they still showed up to serve you as best as they could + for that alone, earns them more than 5 stars

Messed up my order yet again. The only reason I stop at this location is because it's right by I95 and on the way to work. I clearly specified it I don't eat bacon. I placed my order inside. The cashier taking the order picked the option "chicken croissant without bacon." But, to my dismay, the sandwich still had bacon. What made me upset me the most is how I found out it had bacon - I was biting into the sandwich. Can't say I won't return to this Dunkin Donuts. But, it's certainly not my first choice

This location is absolutely atrocious. From customer service to wrong orders. If someone comes in for their morning coffee boost, as an employee you should greet with a smile and be cheerful being that you are starting someone's day. Why do you choose to work somewhere your not happy? Beyond me. But I'm tired of the poor hospitality I've experienced. It seems to be a younger person problem. I think hiring older people would be better as they are more patient. Giving attitude is not in the handbook. I'm a chef and in the restaurant culture, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.. our business is what gives your staff hours and if this continues, I don't see why a boycott shouldn't be put in place and make y'all lose business or shut down. Get your staff in order!

This is our normal favorite place. The only reason for not five stars is since they started doing delivery dudes things have gotten messed up. It seems the more delivery dudes orders they get the less they can handle the in person order and we wait forever for our order. This causes upset customers and we have seem people walk out due to this because they can't wait anymore. We have even gotten upset waiting 15 minutes for our stuff. Also the pick up people for delivery dudes are very rude and demanding. They push their way through and expect to be accommodated right then and there. There has to be a better way to serve all people. We love this location and the people the work there but Dunkin' choice to add delivery dudes is so not good or not thought out well.

I stop at this Dunkin' Donuts pretty regularly on my way to the gym on the weekend. I'll stop here to "fuel up" before my workout with a breakfast bagel and doughnut and will sometimes get a box of doughnuts to bring to the gym (for all the other starving people working out). I've always had pretty good service here and have never had much of a wait. The place is always reasonably clean and the staff is polite. This is pretty much what I expect a Dunkin' Donuts to be.

I would've given them a zero if I had the option. The employees act as if they don't want to be there. No one greets you nor thank you for your business. Management needs to train all the employees about good customer service

It's nice that it's right off the exit to 95.i was craving a donut it was about 9pm I didn't think they would have any. There was a nice selection and the ones I had tasted fresh. The place is pretty big with lots of room to sit and it was really clean.

This location need to be shut down . The employees appearance is terrible. They look like they jumped out of bed and put their clothes on.The manger needs to do something.

This location is absolutely awful! I am not one to write reviews but I sure hope the manager reads these. All the girls who work here are extremely rude and make you wait for your order, even when it's an online order. They are always standing around talking to each other while people are waiting. Their customer service in non existent. It's very obvious they don't want to work. I ordered My drink with whipped cream and the girl with the tattoos along the neck refused to give it to me saying it wasn't on the ticket. You can tell the ticket was cut off. I went back to look at my order and sure enough it was specified there was whipped cream. She pushed the drink back to me and said "sorry baby". You don't treat customers like that who pay for something specific and then refuse it to them because they are lazy and you're cutting into their social time at work. There is one gentleman who works there and he is wonderful! He always gets my offer right and is so nice. 0 stars for the girls! 5 stars for the gentleman.

Shoved my food in the bag. Lack of care preparing items and missing part of my order. Take your business to another place that will actually get it right.

Everyone knows what Dunkin Donuts is so this isn't really a review about Dunkin Donuts so much as it is about 2 employees at this location. I didn't get their names but if the Mgr. or Franchisee happens to see this (and I pray he/she does) I hope you know that the 2 male employees that were working Saturday, Sept 1st @ 5:21pm take EXCELLENT care of your store. First of all, although I've only been to a few other locations this is the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. But also, these 2 employees were extremely kind, professional, patient and accommodating. When we walked in there were no other customers and one of the employees was sweeping the floor. As we walked by he was conscientious enough to stop sweeping while we passed and he smiled and greeted us. Then when we were deciding what to order, because I haven't been in a Dunkin' Donuts in 20 years I went into full on, stereotypical, confused, old person mode, asking questions and changing my mind. They were both much more patient than I was probably deserving of or at least I could have been. But then...... (deep sigh) when I finally did decide on what I thought I wanted (a Mocha Frozen Coffee) It was way too sweet and I didn't care for it.‍ In my flailing defense.... I get the frozen mocha coffee at Chick-Filet all the time and I love it. But, without hesitation when they were aware I didn't like it, they immediately offered to change it and make me something else. Now, there are posters around that say something like "if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will remake it or replace it" but I could tell that it was less about that policy and more about them sincerely wanting me to like what I purchased! Maybe it's just my experiences or my perceptions, but the service and professionalism these 2 employees displayed I rarely come across. Because of that I felt it was worth talking about......"

Dunkin Donuts is no longer your momma's donut shop. In the past few years, DD has morphed from a simple donut and generic coffee shop to a quick service restaurant with a large variety of their staple donuts, higher premium coffee drinks and food choices. With breakfast the fastest growing segment among customer desires, it's nice to see DD try to keep up. However that's their downfall. Even with most of their breakfast food supply cooked before coming in store, the process and tools are so limited it takes an extraordinary amount of time to prep and deliver what appears to be the simplest of items, such as a small wrap with bacon, egg and cheese. This is an issue in many DD restaurants, not just this specific location. Another DD issue is a lack of consistency among their hot food offerings. I was once given a bacon egg and cheese wrap at this store with cold cheese and the egg at the bottom of the bag -- not even in wrap. TIP: if you're getting just one or two chocolate donuts, ask for them in separate bags. You'll thank me later because more than one chocolate or frosting covered donut in a bag because a mess! Donuts are great and so are their drinks. Just don't expect to get in and out quick. The line is often slow moving. GETTING HERE can be tricky. You park in the back and often you don't see the sign until it's too late. DD is located across the street from Publix on Gateway. BONUS: This DD has a small conference room available for business meetings, etc.

Absolutely best Dunkin in Boynton, always fast, always on point with my food and coffee. 100% recommend to anyone in the area

3:25pm 4/16/19 Waiting in line with no one else in front of you for litteraly more than 5 min is way too long guys...not sure if you need more employees in the afternoon or you just dont care..I left after waiting with no service. The one star goes to the crew at this particular time of day. The mornings are busy but they get you put fast.

This Dunkin Donuts has the best customer service, friendly staff and always clean! Today, Daquan served me with a pleasant smile. My sandwich was made perfect and he took the time to hand me the bag personally. The Dunkin on Boynton Beach and Congress is closer to me but I go out of my way to come here!

Absolute terrible location the manager is a complete child has no idea bow to lead fights with his workers I went in to get my online order and chaos broke out and the manager started fighting with a young employee it went on for about 10 minutes the entire time no one out of the 6 employees in there made my order I walked out after the employees walked out and They didn't even make my order like if you need to go to a dunkin avoid this one at all cost the management is absolutely not there and cannot handle a business correctly.

Employee was on her phone while doing wake-up-wraps and other orders. Which it is totally gross because she touched the eggs and then her phone switching from left to right. Honestly the worse Dunkin' I had stopped by.

I'm not coming to this Dunkin' anymore. We stop here every Sunday before church and the two coffee orders are ALWAYS wrong. When I ask them to fix it, they give me attitude.

This is the worst Dunkin'. They don't know how to make Tasty lattes. Every other Dunkin I've gone to make correctly I tried this location a few times and it's always terrible don't recommend going here except for black coffee.

Rude staff. We had some coupons that are in the mailer and they wouldn't use them due to one being a bit ripped. It was not expired or used and they said one number was on the mailer still so we got it out of my bag and they said they can't use. I've never heard of not being able to use it if when tearing it one number gets ripped. He wouldn't honor it or anything. Working in the service industry myself I know it's not someone fault if the code rips there are other ways to allow them to use. He didn't even offer.

Although I'm not a fan of huge chain restaurants, for Dunkin Donuts I make the exception! The coffee is spot on perfect EVERY TIME! This location in particular has staff that takes pride in their work! They have learned my coffee order before I even place it. There are many option out there for your morning fix, but this is the only place for me!

Normally, no matter which Dunkin Doughnuts in the country that I choose to go to, I never expect decent customer service due to past experiences over and over again. However, I had a complete change of heart this morning when I had Moe as my customer service rep and she was not only the most kind, gracious, exceptional person I have come across in a long time, but she was extremely informative and knew the answer to all of my ridiculous 6am, (before coffee), questions. I want to personally thank Moe for just being an amazing person and for changing my entire opinion on Dunkin Doughnuts as a whole.

I love this location. It's never really crowded in the morning. It's clean. The employees work at a good pace and are pleasant early in the morning. This is my favorite location. Just wish 1 donut wasn't $1. I know that's not their doing though.

Def the best location I've been too. I visit this location every morning. The staff is always so nice and they always remember my order. The usually have it waiting for me at the register :)

I used to come here all the time. It's been about 4 months and I came in today for coffee and what a huge change. I walked in and the floor was a complete mess and so dirty. After waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, the cashiers were so slow and not pleasant at all. The place is awful. What happened? It was such a nice place and now it's a complete dirty junk hole. I will never go back there again.

First, I am a manager in the food service industry, so I understand how frustrating some of these reviews can be, although they do help to improve service. For that reason I don't usually write reviews, but this needs to be said. If I could give them a negative star I would. I had the simplest order and they completely messed it up. My daughter is highly allergic to chocolate, so I ordered munchkins for her on Uber eats with the special instruction of only glazed and jelly donuts. Not only did they completely ignore the request but they basically gave me the total opposite, which of course included chocolate. I can see that the employees there do not understand that dealing with people's food is not something to take lightly! This is a health issue!!! My toddler doesn't know any better and grabbed the chocolate munchkin first! You could have sent her to the hospital!!! Me and my wife are infuriated! Not only will I never order from there again but I will make sure everyone I have a chance to come in contact with knows how little attention is paid to the customer. So disappointing.

Came in for Oreo Coffee on a Sunday morning. They tell me after I paid that they're out of Oreo coffee. So, now I'm walking out with 2 of the wrong coffee's. I asked the manager for a refund, but she wanted to get smart with me, even though it took 20 minutes to make me not what I ordered and already paid for. It's fine, I used to go to this Dunkin every weekend, and will never return.

One of my favorite Dunkins to hang out at. The store is really clean with high ceilings and a great place to meet people. The dining room or even the patio on a nice day is great. The parking is complex until you do it a couple times but you get in and out quickly. If you want to go to a really clean store, this is the place to setup your first date with somebody from match.com!!! Good luck!!!

I've been to hundreds of duncan doughnuts in many states and this one is a step above the rest. Henry and Byeante keep the place immaculate and were extremely friendly and prompt when serving. The coffee was fresh along with my food and doughnuts. Highly recommended!!

I really miss the way Dunkin Donuts used to be- donuts, bagels, coffee-period. The donuts are good here and the bagels are better than average. The breakfast food is intolerable and it always smells like burnt plastic whenever I walk into any Dunkin Donuts location. None of the Dunkin Donuts know how to really serve a good iced coffee... At least not like Barnie's coffee where it was called a "coffee cooler." If you order one of these at Dunkin the consistency is gritty and it's not evenly sweet since they put the sugar in the coffee once it's cold. In general I would give all Dunkin Dunuts 2 & 1/2 stars, but this one is a little better than most so I'm being generous.

The person called for a sausage wake up wrap, I said I was waiting for a bacon wake up wrap. The guy turned around, removed the sausage, added the bacon and then gave it to me, as I am watching him do all this. My coffee did not have the right amount of syrup. I live in the neighborhood and I will start driving further to have a better experience.

I was looking for a nice coffee shop to read and work on the laptop. This has best atmosphere around. They have a loyalty rewards card too.

The service here use to be phenomenal but now I can anticipate my order to be wrong every time I go they are with a very new staff at night and I noticed the most issues when I go there during the evening shift. They are very friendly people but they are nowhere near the day shift quality. The have the potential just need more training. Disappointed because I use to stop her at least 3x a week.

Staff has no clue what "light and sweet" means when ordering coffee! Both coffees I ordered were incorrect. Staff is rude and basically incompetent! It's too bad cause the location is good but this will force me to drive to another location. Staff is ruining the Dunkin brand !!!

I only started coming here because of the location. Very courteous and friendly staff. I love the free wireless and conference room. There is rarely a line, so I get I can in and out fast.

I will go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin. The staff and service is slow, the young kid manager/owner is usually yelling at one of the employees and chances are your order will be wrong most of the time as mine was. Its really is a shame because this location has huge potential and money making chances. Waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and bagel if ridiculous, especially when its wrong when you do get it. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place.
