It was about 6 or 7 in the evening. I ordered 1/2 dozen mixed donuts. They were old and hard. Probably been sitting all day. I usually go earlier and have never had an issue. So it's best to go earlier in the day

I really wanted to like this Dunkin' on Weber, but nearly every visit ends with something missing from my order-whether it's a donut, a drink, or a breakfast item. It's frustrating, especially when you don't realize until you've already driven off. The staff is polite, and the food is decent when it's all there, but the lack of attention to detail is hard to overlook. Double-check your bag before you leave- or better yet, consider another location until they tighten up their service.

I visit Dunkin if not daily, every other day. They’re always so kind and helpful. Today’s visit I ordered a new drink and the worker who served me was extremely helpful in making sure it was to my liking. Please be sure to give your employees the recognition deserved. I don’t know their name just that they had beautiful blonde curly hair and an infectious smile. May the Lord bless all the workers and bring joy to their hearts! We ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches both were burnt to the point they were inedible. The donut holes were supposed to be a variety pack of 25. 21 were regular and 4 were different. Absolutely love that ratio. All the other donuts we got were dry, bland and did not deliver the typical flavor we expected. It's sad that HEB and Walmart produce better quality donuts and croissants.

I recently visited Dunkin' Go (drive-thru only), and I was thoroughly impressed! The experience was fast, friendly, fresh, and absolutely delicious. As someone who’s picky about customer service, I have to say they exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, polite, and genuinely friendly. Even with a long line, they were hustling and keeping the energy up, ensuring everyone was taken care of quickly. It’s clear they care about their customers and delivering top-notch service. Love Dunkin but the service here is unfortunate. I guess the speaker is broken because we could barely hear and the employee asked to repeat the order multiple times. So recognizing that there’s something wrong with the speaker, my husband spoke up so she could hear him. When we got to the window she goes, “please don’t yell next time”. We were caught off guard because he literally just spoke up because of the speaker issue. Yall are going to lose customers if you keep hiring people like this or not properly training them for a customer service position.

I don't go to the Saratoga Walmart Dunkin' location because the staff is consistently rude and mean. Not always to myself, just witnessing it. I actually don't have high expectations from any f&b establishment, I only expect staff to not be mean to people. Anyway, it happened enough times that I stopped going and I even deleted the app. This is a new location that looks like it's a drive through only which works for me. The staff wasn't mean to me, and even better was very kind and helpful. I like Dunkin breakfast so this is an exciting option as it is on the way to my commute to work. Cold brew coffees, wraps, sandwiches, donuts...tons of options.

I came in the drive through around afternoon today. The drive through girl verified my order at the speaker box by the menu 1st which was 6 donuts. Drove to the window, girl took payment not paying attention and while waiting for food and card she on the phone talking taking a personal card (can tell how she was talking) and I know it wasn’t another person taking an order because no one was there and now see why no one wanna go there. She was rude and not focused on her work at all. Finally making it home, they only gave us 4 donuts. So definitely not focusing on her work and charging and skimming on peoples orders. Never again! They need to get a new manager or all new staff or shut it down and sell it to a more deserving business with real workers.
