Dunkin'

I went today to get the usual drink that I ALWAYS get and I asked for extra cold foam LIKE I ALWAYS DO. Every time I ask for extra cold foam and only charges me a dollar and change today they decided to charge me two dollars and change. When I got to the window, I explained to them my problem and the girl at the window was so rude. I explained to her I wasn’t trying to be difficult and she still gave me attitude. She had them take the cold foam off of my drink. Just an overall terrible experience and this is the most convenient one to me and now I will have to go to the other one for the simple fact of these store employee suck.

Ordering the donuts was difficult as they made little to no effort to try to tell me the donuts that could be ordered for a box. Ordered coffee box and the employee stated thats not normally done and we'd have to wait.. when we said that we'd wait .. there was an audible sigh and she shook her head angrily the while time making coffee..

Okay, I have been frequenting this place for a while and I feel it's time I write my review. The food is wonderful! I love their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagels, the hash browns, and the loaded hash browns. The wife loves their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, the sweet black pepper breakfast sandwich, and she also loves their loaded hash browns. HOWEVER, I have noticed a lack of consistency with this location. The staff seems to get confused and mess up either my coffee or the wife's coffee whenever we order food alongside it. We catch it every time and we have them remake it. But it's just rather annoying sometimes that when I want something to eat with my coffee, I see my coffee coming out not as expected. I love my iced mocha latte, and the wife loves her cereal and milk latte and her iced vanilla lattes, but only if they come out right.

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Dunkin’ location, which was my mistake. However, when I went to this store and explained the situation, the staff showed no care or willingness to help. Instead, they just told me I would need to pay and order again. I understand mistakes happen, but good customer service is about showing understanding and trying to help the customer when possible. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it left a bad impression

I had the worst experience here. The employees are so rude! And for it to be the manager that acts that way is crazy! Very disappointing. I didn’t even want my drink after the horrible customer service. I wouldn’t even rate this a one star

I recently visited Dunkin' Go (drive-thru only), and I was thoroughly impressed! The experience was fast, friendly, fresh, and absolutely delicious. As someone who’s picky about customer service, I have to say they exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, polite, and genuinely friendly. Even with a long line, they were hustling and keeping the energy up, ensuring everyone was taken care of quickly. It’s clear they care about their customers and delivering top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I don't go to the Saratoga Walmart Dunkin' location because the staff is consistently rude and mean. Not always to myself, just witnessing it. I actually don't have high expectations from any f&b establishment, I only expect staff to not be mean to people. Anyway, it happened enough times that I stopped going and I even deleted the app. This is a new location that looks like it's a drive through only which works for me. The staff wasn't mean to me, and even better was very kind and helpful. I like Dunkin breakfast so this is an exciting option as it is on the way to my commute to work. Cold brew coffees, wraps, sandwiches, donuts...tons of options.

I really wanted to like this Dunkin' on Weber, but nearly every visit ends with something missing from my order-whether it's a donut, a drink, or a breakfast item. It's frustrating, especially when you don't realize until you've already driven off. The staff is polite, and the food is decent when it's all there, but the lack of attention to detail is hard to overlook. Double-check your bag before you leave- or better yet, consider another location until they tighten up their service.

Always order on the app and Nvr had a problem here..yes they run out of items but depends on time day you go. Nvr have to wait long for anything. I would rather come here than the Saratoga location

They're SUPER S-L-O-W, and almost Never have the food you want! Plus whatever they're using and calling equal sweetener is a lie! It's nasty AF! AND They're should remove stuffed croissant from the menu, they NEVER have them!
