Dunkin'

Walked inside and had to get someone's attention to be served. Unsmiling owner (?) took my cash and then without washing hands or donning gloves scooped and served ice cream. No "thank you" or "have a good day." Same experience a year ago. No reason to EVER return.

I have never been to a Duncan donuts that gets your order wrong. Then has a nasty attitude when you show them on your mobile app that the order they gave you is wrong. Instead of fixing it they tell me to just take my order in such a nasty way and just wave me off as if I did something wrong. This happened on Oct. 13th around 12:22 pm and my order number was #683 on the mobile app and #6683 on my drink. I was not disrespectful in anyway to deserve such attitude and bad service for their own mistake. The cameras that record audio and video can prove that. That's why I put time and date. I had on Grey pants and a black tee shirt as well. Horrible service! Also during that time a gentleman in front of me also had to make sure his order was corrected. All around the same time. Stay away from this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The staff was extremely rude, especially the older gentleman with glasses. He showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills and came across as very disrespectful. It felt like they had no interest in helping or even acknowledging customers properly. It’s frustrating when people working in customer service don’t have the courtesy or common sense to treat others with respect. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday. Da employees put the pan[sweet bread ] in the dumpster for the homeless glucoseeans. I Ranaldi (Craylin) Harris take them to people that sleep on the street like in front of PNC bank but the white lady who goes in at night through the back door and unlocks Tesla cars for people to take. Kinda stopped me from doing g it anymore. I just cut off the power to buildings that are closed so Odin and Zues don't have to fight so much over my eyes me (Horace)

I won't return. Second time they've given me extremely stale, inedible donuts, plus the ham/swiss croissant tasted spoiled and was also inedible and the peppermint mocha hot chocolate was bitter. A total waste of my money.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts they lied to me three times I ordered them fresh. They said it is fresh but when I open it old donuts, I will never go there.

This location has been our Dunkin base since moving to the area in 2021. Our family has a very specific order and this location ALWAYS has all the items we need, when others often tell us they do not have our donuts in stock. Employees are very friendly and are always happy to see us. Thanks again!!!!

I love Dunkin' Donuts. I have been going to them since high school and I'm close to retirement. The location on Memorial drive makes me want to call Dunkin' Donuts so they can rescind their franchise license. They will replace an order with something of their choosing should they run out of a product; for instance - order a Carmel something and receive a mint chocolate something. I had to go back, show my receipt and Still get poor service and a very nasty attitude. Once I went in and it smelled of wet dirty mop, no way I'm eating here. It's Horrible.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin' in GA. They're always so kind, so efficient, and my order is never wrong. They also give my pups a whipped cream cup when they're with me. I've started using mobile order and now I'm in and out in no time at all.

Had to go back because they forgot the hashbrowns, it's the only thing my 2 yr old will eat from there currently. The person at the window didn't believe the item was missing and got the manager. They asked to see the receipt, I gave them the receipt. They asked to look in the bag and I told them it was at home, with all the items except the hashbrowns. The irritation of their interrogation got to me but I did finally get the item after telling them this was Highly unnecessary and rude at the best. Horrible staff & terrible service. Never go here if you can help it.

The health score is a C I'll see you later the service is slow. I came here on the way to work nobody in front of me ordered a bagel people came in behind me leaving before me. I will never set foot in here no matter what

I'm just getting off work. So I wanted to buy my daughter a ice cake ( oreo ). Ok so they some people hanging out around there. But I got my stuff quick cause it was in the refrigerator. 24 dollars I'm so happy for her and she getting her driver's license too. Pray for me y'all lol but they clean and organized so come back

Worst service ever! We're ordering and the guy goes "can you hurry up?! We have a line!" What?! There were 2 people behind us. So rude we were very tempted to just leave after that comment.

I live close by and I feel blessed by this Dunkin'. They have the perfect ratio of coffee and milk and they WILL make it sweeter or less if preferred. They care about the Dunkin' name and it's arguable the better chain coffees. Especially done right. It feels how up North cares about their Dunkin' coffee. One of the better coffee chains.

I call to let the manager know my order was wrong and he said no wrong order and hung up the phone the customer service is horrible I need to speak to corporate

These people are just rude, Dunkin' Donuts before the issue franchises the need to give them some kind of training how to be nice to people who spend money in their establishment. I am shocked

So this is a dunkin donuts with a baskin Robbins, upon arriving all the employees were tending to the drive thru window. It was definitely pretty nice inside, pretty clean. The counter was on the other side of the drive thru, so I had to walk over to the baskin Robbins counter to get their attention. The wait wasn't to long, I ordered a large caramel macchiato. After it was made the barista walks over and gives me my drink and says it's made by a professional coffee maker. I walked back to my car and took a sip, however, the drink was like warm. I go back in and ask them to make it hot. The guy who made my drink before takes it and steams it back up... I get the cup back, however, the lid seemed as though it was washed and it was visibly wet.... I didnt ask any questions, but when i got to my car the drink had more foam and it tasted like it was burnt. I didnt like how that transaction took place, but for some reason I've been having bad luck going places the last few outings at restaurants. I'm not sure if it's just my luck or if it's me, but something's gotta give. I went here last week with no problems, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since this is the main dunkin donuts I visit.

I couldn't understand the guy so I asked him to repeat himself a couple of times. When I came to the drive thru window he had attitude and even slammed the window in my face! Never going there again. I've given this location many chances bc I've had similar interactions like this. All of them are rude.

This place is the struggle. Not good for meeting anyone or doing work. There are 2 columns with electrical outlets that make it pretty inconvenient to do work. The inside feels dirty and it doesn't appear that the staff has even heard the term "customer service". I got an iced coffee (which wasn't bad), but I had to ask for cream. (It wasn't offered) That may be a DD thing though, idk. I had to wipe my chair and table before sitting down. Now I'm not a neat freak but really?!! Overall, it was just a bad idea experience.

For sure the worst customer service you'll ever experience at any place. I only go here because it's close to where I live and still I regret it every time. Food is always in poor condition, extremely rude with no interest in helping whatsoever. If negative stars were a thing then I would give them that. Spent a lot of years in customer service and I try to give benefit of the doubt to everywhere I go but they don't deserve it at all. Hard to believe they're even open.

Came here to order a caramel macchiato which I've always ordered at all Dunkin I've been to , so it can last while i work and never have i heard that i had to pay extra because i wanted the ice on the side and a $1 to that ? And to be rude about it ,I think not thank you

Completely horrible service. After waiting 5 minutes to place an order, the worker named Bhiman took my order with a complete nasty attitude. Once my stuffed mini everything bagels were ready (2 orders), they were completely cold. The front worker Bhiman then proceeded to argue with me and would not make me any fresh ones or heat up the mini bagels. I will NOT be spending my money here anymore.

It never fails even after I swear to myself I will never go and spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I try and again I remember why I said I wouldn't. Shame on me, lesson learned once and for all. They are rude food is always cold after they try to discourage you from ordering food... Unbelievable " it's going to be a 15 min wait on croissant's you still want it?" This is the last time I spend $ for bad service and cold food again.

I'm really only writing this review because I was introduced to the turbo shot here, which i'll get to later. First, if you've been to Dunkin' Donuts, you know the menu...all types of donuts, cookies, muffins (they've got pumpkin muffins going on for seasonal play) Breakfast items are all taken care of here with croissants, hash browns and coffee. Speaking of that coffee, they come in four sizes, small to x-tra large, and several flavors from cinnamon, french vanilla and caramel. If you get a large, which is under $2, that's usually a strong enough brew to wake you up, but let's say it's been a really long night....take on the turbo shot, which is basically pure concentrated caffeine added to your drink for an extra buck. While it has good location, it's in a strip mall that sees a lot of traffic, so parking can be tough at times, although there rarely are long lines or slow service. Friendly staff, strong coffee and a turbo shot if you want it. Enjoy!

I'm a huge fan of sweet black pepper bacon wraps with no egg && chocolate munchkins ‍. I'm mad they took the pumpkin & gingerbread flavor off the menu; welp have to wait 10 months

Ordered a Md Hot Latte... with no warning of the beverage being hot, I took a sip to an extremely hot surprise. I order hot beverages from Dunkin all the time and I've never experienced my drink this hot. Customer service was not the best either, I won't be back.

I just went here for the first time today and they were very pleasant. I went through drive thru and did a mobile order. The man who greeted me was very nice and although I was asked to wait just a few seconds, it was no problem at all. Any time people are nice it goes a long way. My drink was ready for me immediately at the window too and made just how I asked. I happened to be passing by this location so I may not visit often but I wouldn't mind stopping here again if I'm in the area.

This place is unprofessional, slow and the staff continuously act as tho I gave them the job. If you don't like your job, quit. I'd be more then happy to go to a Dunkin Donut a little further away for better, quicker and nicer service. And if you can't speak Hindi/Urdu then don't waste your time coming here expecting to get quick service because you'll be too busy repeating your self to a staff member who could care less about what your getting. Simple tip; THE CUSTOMER IS THE REASON YOU ARE OPEN. THE ONLY reason I'm giving this place a two star is because of the sweet older Indian lady who works during the earlier shifts.

Terrible terrible customer service. They are so rude! They got my order wrong and said it was my fault It's true that they put half effort into everything and the order is usually wrong. I've been served so many warm "iced" coffees. I pay for extra cream cheese on my bagels and they give a little bit. Go to the location on 2512 Blackmon Dr, it's worth the drive!

Every time I come here the staff is rude and my order (coffee at least) is never how I ask for it, even after clarifying every time. And yet I keep coming back. Maybe I am an idiot but this Dunkin' is the worst

Bizarre Exchange in drive through: Me: Hi, can I get the #3? The bagel and coffee. Is there anyway I can have juice instead of coffee? Intercom: No, coffee only. Me: Okay then, I'll just order a bagel and an orange juice then. Intercom: But it comes with coffee only. Me: Yes, I know. Cancel the #3, and just give me a bagel and a juice instead. Intercom: Did you want the coffee on the side? Me: No, I do not want any coffee. I would like a BAGEL and an orange JUICE. Intercom: But it is more expensive that way. Me: It's okay, I'll pay for it. Intercom: Okay, so only a bagel? Me: and a juice. Intercom: Okay. ............................... I pull up and the girl hands me a bag with a bagel, a juice, and..... a coffee! She says: "We didn't charge you for it. We just had it made already so you can have it for free." AHHHHHHH! I DON'T WANT COFFEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------ Good bagels Cream cheeses: Regular, strawberry, and veggie..all good. Breakfast sandwiches: meh. Ability to order juice: slim.

I love Dunkin Donuts but not this location. I have put up with terrible customer service for the longest and I'm sick of it. The employees are rude and impatient and they often get the order wrong. It pains me to say I won't get back, so I won't go that far. The addiction is real. However, I'll only go a couple of mornings when Faiza, the only decent person there, is working.

Customer service is really bad. I already knew it before I even opened Yelp. Language barrier is a thing here, so speak slowly if you dont wanna repeat yourself again. The cashier has some attitude which makes you feel like you are not welcome here. I came here 3 times and it's not just their bad day. Every time I feel like they just want me to go away :(.

Shitty ass employees! I was over charged and then the Indian guy started yelling at me so I told him I don't want the order because you're nasty attitude then he said what is wrong with you like I wouldn't beat his ass for already yelling at me. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Ok. I'm straddling the fence here. I'm a Dunkin Donuts addict. So when I did a little research a while ago and learned that this location was one of very very few (literally the only other I know is Sublime) donut / coffee (or any type) shops that stays open 24/7 and is remotely close to me, I HAD to come! I come here fairly often, as I freelance and like to get out of the house and work overnight sometimes, without the time restraint. The donuts and coffee here are usually ok. I'm here sometimes around the clock so I have understandably experienced a stale donut or ten, but honestly I get those all the time from most Dunkin. However, and sadly, I don't patronize Dunkin for their donuts, I'm an iced coffee / latte girl. (I suspect they know this in general about their patrons, hence the hint of rebranding). Plus Facility & Cleanliness It's aight. Obviously recently renovated with a new interior. The staff keeps it pretty decent. Anytime I come the restroom is clean. However, sometimes they run out of tissue and drag their feet about getting more. There are about 11 tables, including 3 high top tables. But they fill up fast. I thought there were very limited plugs and outlets. But they are actually hidden on the side of the booth near the floor. Where no one's eyes are. In the dark. See how that's a problem? Customer Service This is a HUGE miss. Not even a hit or miss. Just a complete walk TF on by and miss. The ONLY thing that keeps me coming back to this location are the hours and my crazy work schedule. Most of the time when I come here at night, the staff is very rude. I've experienced ok customer service several times, but in this case the bad outweighs the good. The language barrier, among other things, sucks. Sometimes it's hard to understand the staff and they get frustrated by that. What I hate most is the way they generalize and talk to many of the patrons. As many who frequent the area are aware, Memorial Drive isn't the most "desirable" area. So having a decent place to come and "chill" anytime of day or night in this spot brings everyone from late night study buddies to homeless people looking for a warm place to spend their night. That being said, the staff has no idea what courtesy means. Several times, I've witnessed them mistreating those usually harmless "stragglers". Once because they didn't restock the restroom with tissue and failed to respond when a patron notified them of their lack of tissue, the guy was all but cussed out because he took some of their napkins to use the restroom. A lady was yelled at because she came in to get a few napkins and she didn't purchase anything from them (they could've just run off a future customer). They called the police on a lady who was homeless and panhandling. I understand they are running a business, but there was no warning, just a call. Wasting tax payer money. Granted, idk how many times she has done this, but they were still rude. Most recently, a staffer came up to a older gentleman who was playing chess with two younger guys and just started yelling about the fact that he was an old guy playing games with two "kids" and how late the guy was in there. (You do know you are 24 hrs, right?) Turns out that he just wanted them to move their stuff so that he could mop -_-. Don't even get me started on my own experiences. Rude lady staffer literally walked away from me mid-order to tend the drive thru and was then just staring at me from the front of the store while I was working. I could go on and have probably beat this horse to death, but just informing everyone. My biggest complaint is customer service, but until more 24 hour establishments make their way to my neighborhood and surrounding areas, I'm afraid I'll be here. It sucks, but this is the only time I have been willing to sacrifice customer service. If it gets too dire I'll stop coming.

Friendly staff, scary location about sums up this place. I won't go on and on about DD, We've all been here even if it's only been once. The staff is pretty friendly & helpful but you'll probably want your stuff to go.

I think a lot of the problem with this location boils down to communication and customer service. I've been to many other locations and occasionally I will eat something stale. Sometimes I'm so hungry and on the run anyway, that I just don't care to snub my nose about it. I feel I have to be more vigilant to make sure they get the order right. There is really no room to be rude and demonstrative, I just want my breakfast so I can get to work with my belly full. I think at some point they may figure it out but I will keep it simple and talk slower and more deliberate.

Manager Is Absolutely Disgusting, Ive been going Here For the past 25 Years buying coffee. I know the employees for years and for the second time this week the manager comes and checks to see if i payed the correct amount. I find it very sad because i am a business owner and i would never treat my employees that way or my customers. I went inside and confronted her and instead of offering an apology she said "it's her job and can do whatever she wants ."

Worst customer service ever. They leave you in the drive thru line where homeless people boldly walk up to your car and ask for money. No one ever says good morning and the older lady at the counter doesn't bother to reach out the window. It's the ONLY coffee spot in the area so it's always busy but at least me considerate of your customers.

I made the mistake of going here to get 12 glaze donuts. When I got home they were cold and hard. Probably won't be going back here. I rather drive extra 10 miles to Krispy Cream. I do hope they improve there services.

Customer Service : ( I came to the Memorial Drive location after visiting and purchasing a coffee from another location. I drove away from the location with my coffee before tasting it and noticing my order was wrong (My Fault). I was too far to turn around so I decided to stop at the Memorial Drive location to see if I could get the Memorial Dr. location to remake my coffee. To my surprise, I was told to drive back the 20 miles I had just driven from for them to make my coffee. It really frustrated me as loyal customer who drinks DD coffee daily, as well as purchase K-Cups to be told such a thing. My ice coffee was still full which the cashier could see along with my receipt. The manager never once came to speak with me, she/he just simply told the cashier to tell me to revisit the location in which I came from. It seems as though customer service is not valued nor appreciated at this particular location.

Employees are extremely rude. Woman literally threw my coffee across the counter when she didn't give me the correct order.

This is a great Dunkin. They always get my order right and are always fast/friendly. Food and coffee is hot. Also, this is a big restaurant with seating inside and outside. Not sure what else you could ask for!

Sometimes the donuts seem stale and about a third of the time they seem to give me regular coffee when I order decaf. Sometimes there is a struggle with the drive through where the person either doesn't understand your order or cuts off their response to you but, it's Dunkin donuts and addresses the cravings and is fast so I keep going back...

This location NEVER gets my order right. In the past month, every single time I have ordered at the drive they have gotten my order wrong. Today was no different. I order pretty much the same thing every time, large iced coffee and either donuts or a breakfast sandwich. Every time I get to the window to pay, my food is wrong and or the coffee order is wrong. Usually the lady at the window is correcting whoever put my order together, after I have pulled up and she asks what I ordered. Today I pulled up and a lady had a hot coffee ready for me; I politely told her I ordered an iced coffee. The lady goes to have my order corrected, comes back to the window and says "this costs more" while handing me my drink. I told her I would gladly pay. She says no problem, just know it costs more." I only stop here every morning because it is convenient; however, I will be driving another location even though it is out of my way. If this location can't get their act together it's not the fault of the customers.

I've been coming here for 15 years and their new management is terrible! The last two times I came they basically gave me a watered down latte and told me I was the problem for asking them to fix it. Then, they told me I had to pay extra for them to fix my latte that I already paid for. Worst customer service!
