Dunkin Donuts

The grandkids had donuts and chocolate milk. They said the donuts were delicious, chocolate milk was yummy. The rest of us had the 5 dollar Deal . The tacos were delicious and the medium iced coffee was fantastic. Customer Service was wonderful very helpful and friendly. We had a great breakfast at a reasonable price.

First, the one behind the counter with the glasses on was the sweetest person I’ve met and I really appreciate her. In terms of the food Dunkin Dunkin’ Donuts had absolutely fallen off. As an original north-easterner we grew up on Dunkin’ Donuts. They never were the best, but it was really all you had, unlike the amazing mom pop donut shops in Texas. There is absolutely no reason to go to Dunkin’ Donuts over any of the Mom and pop shops here. The donuts are absolutely disgusting, no flavor, soggy, not enough glaze or filling, and you can tell they’re never made on site. They shouldn’t even call what they label a bagel as a bagel and coffee is mediocre at best. There are so many options here in Texas you’re better off walking into a random local donut shop versus seeking out any of the Dunkin’ Donuts that are here. Do yourself a favor. Stay away go somewhere else or just save your money because you’re gonna be thoroughly disappointed.

We had the best experience this evening! My daughter and I went for refreshers. The lady at the drive through was so kind. We talked about each others pets. She gave us treats to take home even though they weren’t with us. So sweet! We will definitely be back!

Stopped by here for a breakfast sandwich and a three pack of munchkins. I received my order very quickly. I also purchased one of the Dunkin' dog toys and had a nice chat with the cashier about her dogs. Great service and friendly staff at this location.

The customer service I experienced here is so rare to find these days! I ordered a coffee and it was a tad too strong for me ( no fault of Dunkin’)so I decided to go back through the line and reorder something a little sweeter. And to my surprise when I came back through, they did not make me pay for the second one and said “I want to pay for a coffee you like”. Truly so sweet and made my day! Thank you to the ladies at Dunkin’.

Christina at the register had amazing customer service. Always smiling, super friendly, and great at communicating. She deserves a raise!

I’m in town visiting for the weekend and decided to stop by this Dunkin’ this afternoon and I’m so glad I did! I had a wonderful experience. The employees who helped me were super friendly and welcoming, and my order came out quickly and just right. The store was clean, and the overall vibe was great. It definitely made my day a little brighter. Thanks for the great service!

The drive thru is always fast, but we decided to go inside this morning. I wasn't a fan. I prefer to order from a person and not a machine. The wait was long inside, because there wasn't anyone greeting customers and telling them to use the machines to order. They accidentally put whipped cream on a non-dairy drink and then just wiped it off and gave it back. Not the best service...

Now you use the kiosk to order, should be faster but there's 7 of us standing around waiting. I still love you Dunkin!

The people working there were the sweetest ever! I had no problem once so ever and they offered a free apple pie. The customer service was top notch, and the store itself was so pretty! I would 1000% recommended this store.

Service has always been slow and donuts are never fresh. Coffee takes like water and I've witnessed items be used to remake someone's drink and not be rinsed out for the next drink. Now there seems to be a new manager who seems disconnected with his customers and is adding to the negativity.

This is the worst Dunkin I've been to. They gave me the incorrect order twice after I waited, and then blamed me. They are also very unapologetic. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future.

Very slow service--15 minutes for a large ice coffee and regular coffee, no other customers in the shop! These ladies need more training, more focus on multitasking needed!

5 stars for service to the ONE employee that showed up to work this morning. From opening until at least 645 am the poor guy had to run the inside and the drive thru alone - one car at a time - and he was calm under pressure and lovely. Waited quite some time and a few people chose to exit the line. He was apologetic and let us know when we ordered that he was working alone. When I finally got to the window I asked him if anyone was coming to help him? He stated that nobody showed up and nobody was answering their phones. Pretty sad but kudos to him for handling business solo. Coffee was on point, too. I wish I knew his name. He deserves a pay raise and a day off.
