Dunkin'

It was good experience being at the store. I got some 🎁 gift cards for giving to friends for holidays and Christmas 🎅 I also got half a dozen donuts 🍩 some chocolate, some double chocolate, a strawberry 🍓 a vanilla and creamy donut. It came in a nice gifting box 📦 and kids love such things it came around $9. Staff was nice 👍 to me Store is a cozy one switched at the side of NJ route 18 has good spaces for sitting as well some parking spaces are available. Next to this store UPS, a spa barber 💈 store 🏬 is present. PNC bank is also present next to it. Have a try . Thanks

I love their new CARAMEL CHOCOLATE COLD BREW coffee. If you like coffee and chocolate you will not be disappointed.. except maybe when it's empty. The workers could be a little friendlier but hey, they made my coffee so it's all good!

No wonder the parking lot was empty. Munchkins barely had any glaze on it. Super cheap. Never again.

The location on Rt.18 continues to exemplify great service, product, and people! Prompt service with a smile makes all the difference. The team really knows how to deliver excellent customer service. Consistency is a huge aspect for many with chain locations, and this location hits the nail on the head every time. Thank you as always!

The donuts here were a real disappointment. They were served cold, stale, and lacked any freshness or flavor. I expected much better, but unfortunately, they fell far below expectations. Would not recommend if you're looking for a good donut experience

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Safi at dunkn donuts, and I was thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service. Safi greeted me with a smile and took my order with great efficiency and professionalism. She made sure to get everything exactly right, and her friendly demeanor made my visit much more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back because of her outstanding service.

Even though the quarantine due to COVID-19 is still among us, this Dunkin is following all safety protocols to protect their patrons and employees. They are very professional and trying to make you smile and brighten your day. They deserve a job well done!

Came to this Dunkin’ Donuts this afternoon. The kid at the register took my order on my receipt. My drink was right, but when he served me my drink, it was wrong when I tried to tell him he kept pulling at what I ordered and my coffee did not look anything like the picture, he then poured the Coffee into another cup scraped off what what was the wrong topping and then went ahead and added whip cream and then served it to me it looked like it was nothing but milk in the cup no ice and thought this serve it to me then I asked to speak to a manager he didn’t he got mad then another old man came to the register. I told him I wanted my drink remade. You have to sit here and tell them to stop talking to you because they like to over talk you I’m paying for a drink. I know what I ordered. I know what I want. I never have this issue in the morning the morning. Staff is amazing the night staff is another whole story that Duncan was disgusting crumbs and food all over the place. You can’t even sit down at at the table, which is what I wanted to do with my coffee and my daughter to sit down it’s really sad I’ll take my money somewhere else and go to a different Dunkin then here again

This place is god awful. They're not friendly and take forever. I can't say much else.

Just visited this location. Ordered a turkey sausage, and egg wrap, "no cheese". Not only was there cheese in the wrap, but the wrap itself was cold, not even room temperature. Microwave time definitely needs to be adjusted.... or maybe the microwave needs to be fixed.

If you're looking for the worst Dunkin in New Jersey look no further. They got my order wrong twice and the person behind me order wrong. I ended up throwing my coffee out before even walking out because it was pure sugar and after asking for a latte, I watched the employee put coffee rather than espresso and 8 pumps of syrup for a medium. Never again

This Dunkin Donuts next to Mancini's is one of the largest I've ever been to: sofas, booths, and bar-height stools make this the ideal place to hang out or study. Curiously, though, store management has decided to limit table use to 30 minutes per visit, which is odd because the entire store is often deserted during the day. This location has everything except for a drive-thru: mobile ordering, wi-fi, restrooms, K-cups, an ATM, a drink fridge, a TV, and a sign that prohibits outside food & drink. This location and the one further north on Rt. 18 are the only ones in the area open 24 hours, which means they probably attract a great deal of the late-night troublemakers and night owls in the area, which might explain the seating policy. It's a shame, really, since the retail space is enormous and has some pretty decent McDonald's-quality seating.

Got a dozen donuts, here's my friends and I review of each flavor!! Enjoy!! LOL. Side note we came here at midnight so I guess we got the end of the batch of donuts. Blueberry: the glazed coating really sealed the moistness of the inside. Since the outside was crunchy. Flavor on point Bavarian creme: by Kevin "the powder was a little smudged. But maybe cuz it's midnight " French cruller : it's good. Supposed to taste stale. The texture is unique ! Light and airy ! Taste like a creme puff without the creme. Mint : make sure you align your mouth with the filling whole to get the full experience. Too sweet but needs more mint ! Mint level up please. Crunch on top adds a nice touch in comparison to the chewiness. Boston creme : it looks a little different than normal. But we're gunna eat it anyway. It was border line baguette... Glazed: was good ! Jelly: were impartial Sprinkle frosted : always good imo ! Chocolate glazed: always good !! Apple crumble : apple crumbs on top. Stale :( But thanks for being open 24/7!!!!!!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. The service was horrible, my boyfriend and I were not greeted by the time we got to the register to place our order. The associate took our order as if we were a bother to her. As I added items she seemed more and more annoyed. The associate also stared at my boyfriend as if he was doing something wrong being there. It was a very uncomfortable experience. We're Dunkin ordering people. We order from dunkin like it's our job! and we've never been treated so badly at any other Dunkin. I would not recommend this Dunkin.

The older man that works here is not gracious and he is very curt. There were only two customers in the store and I was never unkind or rude to deserve his attitude.

This is a good Dunkin located off on Tices and Route 18. There is no drive-thru, which I do not like. I like doing things the quick way, and drive-thru is always quicker, but that's okay that there's no drive-thru here. I got a frozen hot chocolate, and a vanilla donut with sprinkles. The frozen hot chocolate had a good chocolatey flavor, and was very filling. The vanilla donut was good, but felt a little bit too over fried at the end. The staff was nice, and moved quickly, although I felt with my barista, I had to repeat my order a few times, because it seemed like she did not get my order, when I clearly remember telling it to her. But, overall, it's a good Dunkin.

They charge $2.50 for a cup of tap water.

If this is The Dunkin' Donuts on route 18 and Tices Lane in East Brunswick they have false advertisement on window stating that if you buy any sandwich then you get a medium coffee for a dollar and the lady rang up it up as $2. When I asked her if she could honor the signage she refused. I think this is atrocious at a time like this when everyone is holding onto their pennies. Also I walked in with crutches and received a dirty look when I asked for a bag to carry my coffee.

This Dunkin Donuts is probably the most slowest and rudest ever! The staff takes about 10 minutes to get your order? They act like they don't know how to make coffee. Forget about coupons and receipt survey they act like they never even heard of them? Are they not a Dunkin Donuts brand part of the Franchise? Hello you are part of their franchise honor the specials! Tables are always dirty! Check out the sign on the wall by the tables that all tables have time limit to eat REALLY!! I give you my money and you tell how long I have to eat at your establishment. What's your motto hurry up and buy and then get out! This a shameful place that needs to learn the art of service. WE ARE IN AMERICA!

This place is truly awful and the slowest I've ever been to in my entire life. Can't imagine why it takes 10 minutes to get a cuppa coffee ridiculous

I come to this DD because it's closest to my job. However, they have made errors on my orders 3x. The last was it for me because it waisted my time plus got my drink order incorrect. I had come one day to get an ice coffee, the person gave me the total and so I swiped. This person immediately goes to tell me that the order wasn't put in yet (so why tell me the price?!!) and that I just paid for a previous order . This person then goes to tell me to come back tomorrow to get a refund( I don't understand why they couldn't have done it there) but I had to show up the next day to get a refund plus get another ice coffee. I don't know if they did it on purpose because I was there the day before or because I asked them to write on my receipt what they verbally told me as proof, but the lady there gave my order wrong! .... not even closed to what I asked for. Although I got my refund, It's completely ridiculous because I was a few minutes late to work.

This place is terrible. Order food, stand there for 5 or 10 minutes before anyone starts making it.. not the first time this has happened either. They're also famous for screwing up your drink orders too. No more visits to this place for me.

If I could give no stars I would. This dunkin was honestly the worst I've ever been to. I work nearby and wanted to treat my coworkers to some coffee, so I stopped here to purchase some. When I brought it to my coworkers they all had a disgusted look on their face and I had no idea why....When I asked they all said the coffee was burnt and I also tried my coffee and confirmed this. I went back to get new coffees because we are all working long shifts and definitely needed it and at first they said a refund. I didn't want a refund I wanted coffee and I told them that. The manager of the dunkin came out and remade them and I tried it and said it still doesn't taste right. He said "no one else has complained and IT MUST BE YOU!" how rude!? I made all my coworkers try their NEW coffees and they said the same thing. It was not just me and for a manager to say that to me is absurd.
