Dunkin'

Dunkin food is great but locations and service vary so greatly. I would drive further to go to this location over others. My order is correct and staff are knowledgeable and the service is great. Absolutely worth the stop you guys are doing great!

1st ordering kiosk was out of service and apparently staff was not aware. Lots of staff but running around like chickens. When finally waited upon it took two people to complete my order. 1/2 dozen and two coffees. Simple request for a coffee carrier tray took five minutes only to be told they did not have one.

I ordered a dozen donuts through GrubHub this morning. I'm not sure who's order I got but it wasn't mine. Two out of the 12 donuts were correct 10 donuts were not. I tried to call the store twice and let it ring for several minutes somebody picked up and hung up. I called back same thing just very disappointed in their this restaurant service.

Terrible customer service at the 156th and Ida brand new location. They don't respond to anything. I orderd over the weekend they got the order for pickup wrong and the quality of the new Halloween munchkins was terrible. Half coated half not on those and a box of assorted ones that are all plain. Would not recommend and will not do business again if they can't take the time to respond to issues. Don't waste your hard earned money on this location!

I took my daughter to get a donut this morning to the store on 162nd and Evans plaza. We walked in and nobody acknowledged us. We placed an order at the kiosk and sat down to wait. While waiting all we could hear was 2 members of the leadership team talking extremely negative about the staff. This conversation being heard by everyone in the building. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the team that was there working. It took over 15 minutes for someone to get us our donut. The only positive that came from this experience is that I told my daughter that if she ever takes a job in an environment where the leadership treats their team this way she has my permission to quit. As a business owner, I'm appalled that employees are being treated this way. While I understand not employees are great, it is up to leadership to set the tone and the tone in this establishment is that leadership has extremely low standards. We won't be coming back!

This was the best they had of their donuts! First pic was what I was given. 2nd pic was the replacement. This has happened the last 3 times there. And they out of chocolate eclairs 95% of the time.

I will never stop here again! Worst drive through ever. Tried to order 2 $6 meals…pretty simple. Lady was speaking English and Spanish at same time and got NOTHING on order correct

Every goddamn time I order something they make it wrong. It’s like all the workers are totally incompetent. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and it’s not that hard to read a ticket and make it right. They have never once answered a phone call either. Whoever manages and works at this store is completely lazy and clearly doesn’t care at all.

The maple breakfast sandwich was absolutely awful and inedible! The cheese wasn't even melted and the so called bacon was nothing but fat and undercooked. The "energy drink" tasted like a soda when the syrup goes out from the fountain machine. Took two drinks and dumped it. Also ordered 25 glazed donut holes. Only got 23 plus two chocolate. They were all so dry!! Will it be back to Dunkin. I honestly am unsure how they are still in business.

I genuinely cannot fathom how this location is still open, it's abhorrent. They probably cost my door dasher several orders worth of money, making him wait an hour to tell him they didn't have the sandwich. Careless, disappointing service from a company this big. There's a problem every time i order delivery or pick up; whether it's time, wrong/missing items, etc. They don't care. Even if it's at the price of customers and drivers. My drink lid was not all the way on, top to bottom this location is the worst coffee shop in town & should be shut down now that i'm reading other complaints.

Food was amazing and delicious!! The service was incredible as well. Staff was super nice and friendly. The ambiance was super clean.

I go here everyday for breakfast sandwich. People are friendly and the food is delicious.

Ordered from here twice, only because of the AMEX credit. I ordered through the app. It has PICTURES, how do they mess up a coffee and donuts? That's their whole schtick.

It was pretty good. I ordered a half dozen donuts (It had two Boston creme donuts , one bavarian,one glaze, two powder donuts) They were very soft and delicious. I also ordered a strawberry mango refresher and hash browns. They hash browns were very mid and boring taste. But the refresher I got needs a little more flavor. So if they can change that it will be a five stars!

Out of all the Dunkin' this is the worst location. I do not recommend this place at all every time I mean every time I come here they screw up. My order services is bad. The people taking your order ring up or don't get the order right it's ridiculous to go through this every time I come here Duncan, I go to Service. Here is the worst at any restaurant not they offer horrible service but all they say is have a nice day after they ruined your day. Ridiculous. I wouldn't even give it a one star a zero star is what they should get and I don't even complain about life. This place makes me lose my hair and stresses me out.

Acianna was Super sweet and quick with my order. I saw this location didn't have the best reviews so I was a little apprehensive. They were really busy but worked fast and well together to make sure everyone was happy. She most definitely definitely deserves a 4 star review.

I would give zero stars if I could! This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! I've tried giving this location so many chances because they are so close to my house, but they are awful! From the horrible unkind staff to them never ever having glazed donuts! I mean, what kind of donut place doesn't have glazed donuts at 8:30 AM!? This place sucks!

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Multiple visits and has been the same every time. 20 minute or more wait just to find out they don't have half of the items on the menu. Lobby is usually closed due to staffing issues. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Seriously giving the franchise a terrible name

This location sucks. Apparently the baker decides what types of donuts to make and how many no matter what their menu says they offer. Unless the baker is the owner or partner, he needs to be fired. They never have enough eclairs and their selection of donuts to purchase is very limited.

The wait at this location is ridiculous. I placed the order on the app around 10:00 am and I was told at 10:40 they were still working on it! Never coming back.

This location is horrible. Went thru the drive thur at 8:30am. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Got to the speaker, ordered 3 donuts and a coffee and was told "we don't have any donuts". Is this not Dunkin' DONUTS. But they don't have donuts. Whatever!!!! Find someplace to go. This is a waste of time.

By far the worst Dunkin for service, friendliness as well as speed that I have ever visited. Been waiting 22 mins for 1 donut and 1 iced drink. Would like to say this is a 1 time occurrence but I've honestly been here 4 times now and it is nearly the same every time. This place is so lucky that Dunkin has a strong brand because it would be out of business by now if not. Might be better to hit Hurts or Krispy Crème if you want a good experience.

Stood there for 5 minutes and heard people having a conversation in the back and no one came to the front. I even called them 3 times and no one answered lol see why you guys have a 1.5 rating!!!!!

Horribly slow service. Line was 10 Deep inside and drive through was also full. 3 employees in no hurry and no kindness. Left after 25 mins without food.

I frequent this location almost everyday. The staff had always been friendly and accommodating. This location does get busy as should a coffee shop in the mornings. Usually the drive thru line moves fast, but we are all human and things take time especially if they are busy! They do seem to run out of bagels and doughnuts later in the day but the early bird gets the worm!! (May I suggest waking up earlier if you want the freshest doughnuts?) I have never had a bad experience here and I will continue to be using the App for my orders!

walked in for some donuts, stood there awhile waiting for someone to wait on us. This girl was right there, but she told someone, "I don't have time to wait on them". We left.

Slow, dirty, and out of lots of donuts at 7:30 am. Do not go. You will be disappointed.

Ordered via app to pickup a coffee order in the lobby. The lobby was closed and locked, at 11:00 AM on a Saturday, so I had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive through line. It sounds like this sort of thing is a regular occurrence.

Hate to do it, but the service here is trash. Slow, regularly messing up orders, lobby constantly closed for various reasons causing huge lines at the drive thru.

whoever took my order today needs to be fired. if she's having a bad day whatever, do not have a snarky voice/ attitude to your customers. also if a customer ask for donuts go look instead of just saying "I don't have any". I asked for a variety of donut holes and apparently they had none of any kind. It was 10 am. I've never had problems at this place until today because of the employee that took my order. Do better.

Just order a Light ice Macho Latte and pay $5 bucks for ice!!! Fuck this place - I know it was busy but damn this shit is pricy already

This place should be closed. they run out of donuts and seem to be relying on the twenty minute drive through business, which was wrapped around the building. The door was open, but the surly employee informed us that the dining room was closed because the furnace was broken. I told her that I would like a to go order, and she said that the cash register inside didn't work, then turned her back on me and went to handle the window traffic.

Now I know why they have such a low rating. They have no service, run out of donuts at 9:30am on a Sunday, and don't want walk up business. Horrible experience. I'll never go back there again.

Have we found the worst Dunkin in America? Possibly. They are constantly out of donuts, messing up orders, and the staff is rude, unprofessional, and look like they could use a shower. Every time I go, I ask myself "why do I keep wasting money at this terrible Dunkin'?" Do yourself a favor and go to the Caribou in Hyvee or Starbucks in Target. And I say this as a Dunkin fan!!

I am give Dunkin' 3 stars because they have excellent coffee, but they are usually out of donuts the later in the day you go. So, don't count that your donut order will be accurate if you order ahead on the app. They do make a coffee with 2c the caffeine I love. Worth a try, other donut places make better donuts though.

Same story as the other reviewers. Filthy, very disorganized help. Dont take it out on them assuming no one has trained them properly. Watched two people walk out without even being noticed.

My usual Dunkin Donuts is efficient and the people are always very friendly. This is not my usual location. I stopped at this one for a dozen donuts because it's in my neighborhood. There are two things I won't tolerate from employees: treating customers like they're a nuisance and swearing in front of my child. These ladies did both. They were both in their 50s or 60s and seemed to have some kind of drama going on between them. They fought over who would help us (because neither wanted to) and where the empty boxes should be stored. At one point I actually had to interrupt their profanity-laced conversation to finish my donut order. We left without even another word from the woman who took our money. Dunkin Donuts is fine. But this location is dirty and I won't be back.

Terrible service and cold food. The girl at the drive through this morning didn't read back my order or even let me know she got it. I decided to roll the dice and pull forward after not hearing anything back for 30 seconds or so after giving my order. Once at the window the only thing the girl said to me was the total price of my order. She handed me two bags and said nothing else. I had to ask her if this was my entire order and I still had no idea if she even heard everything I had ordered. That was all the interaction her and I had. It was absolutely abysmal customer service. My breakfast sandwich was cold to the point that the cheese wasn't melted. The order of hash browns consisted of 4 bite sized pieces of mushed up soggy potatoes. While the donuts were okay they were just thrown into a bag with no paper to separate them and no effort put into making sure they didn't get smashed. Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time but based on the service and food today I won't be back and can not recommend this location.

I come here all the time, almost daily and they only get my order right 40% of the time if that. They always mess up my coffee and today they gave me the shittiest excuse for avocado toast. It's burnt, has no seasoning, and the smallest excuse for a piece of bread. I paid more than $3 for this piece of shit. Not to mention the workers shitty attitude. The managers daughter specifically. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Unless I'm desperate.

Went to try their donuts for the first time today at this location. I love donuts, but the quality of the ones at this location are terrible. I've never seen a donut look so sad. The chocolate cake glazed doesn't taste like it usually does; it's hard to pinpoint what's missing. The chocolate creme filled ones have nothing filled in it...last time I checked they filled it full and put little sprinkles on the end that stuck out. Overall I was very disappointed with the donuts I got. Probably calling a manager or something, because it's ridiculous how well they can make their donuts taste terrible.

My son and I stopped in on a Saturday around 1 o'clock in the afternoon. We were highly disappointed because the donuts were very stale and the customer service was terrible. The gentleman behind the counter was emotionless. He did not even bother to ask us what we wanted but just blatantly stared at us. It was incredibly awkward. I asked for a small hot chocolate and was given coffee instead. I told the gal that I had asked for hot chocolate and not coffee. She proceeded to throw the hot chocolate in the sink. She refilled my cup but only half full of hot chocolate. Again, not making any eye contact or even speaking to me. It was very uncomfortable. Needless to say, we threw away half of our donuts, most of our drinks and left. I am sorry that I cheated on you Lamar's Donuts!

While I will say that I normally don't have issues with the employees in terms of how they act, I did come here to say that my order is incorrect more often than not. I don't have to count each and every munchkin and check that my donut is filled. Once again, today I paid for munchkins and got quite a few less than I paid for. My long john wasn't filled. I'm pretty much done with this location even though it's the closest to our home.

Don't understand why this is a franchise, I've tried multiple locations and different donuts... they are always dry and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are ok. I prefer Starbucks for coffee and sandwiches. I prefer Lamars for donuts.

Closes early. Had to start going to SB so I could get my after work coffee. Been coming here since they opened this location. It is what it is I guess. So long Dunkin'!

I just don't understand the reviews below. Everyone here is always nice and sweet. I am a regular customer here and the one on L. I love Dunkin and this is the one closest to my house I try to go here as much as I can before work even though I have to go in the opposite direction before I can get on my way. Sabrina is always so nice and so is each and every other person at this Dunkin. It does get busy on weekends but they have a lot of people working and there isn't another one super close by so I get it. I am always greeted in a cheerful manner! Love this Dunkin!

3pm on a Saturday went to pickup donuts and they were out of all but 5 kinds of donuts. To think they were open 5 more hours that day. Not what I was expecting.

We went through the drive thru. The employee was demanding us to order right away and we didn't have any time to look at the menu. When we ordered a frozen coffee, we asked what flavors we could get..employees response was "they're in the middle of the board." When we pulled up to the window, she took our card and never said a word to us. With this poor service, I plan on not returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.

We went to this location two weeks in a row on Saturday between 9 and 10am. Service is very unorganized. The lady that took our order was unfriendly and seemed put out by waiting on us. They were out of apple fritters both times. The second time I was annoyed enough to go get donuts elsewhere. I should have followed suite with my drink since they messed it up. After the second trip, we agreed we wouldn't be back. This location needs help.

Man, I've' been waiting to review this place for a few weeks now.... but just been putting it off. Then I come here on Yelp this morning to leave my review and see the other bad reviews. I AM NOT SURPRISED! This place is bad! Been going here about every Monday or Tuesday early morning every other week before i make my long drive to work and every time, there is something bad I experience. It's either a very short (in speech) drive through employee who is never really polite, or never receiving napkins in my take out bag, or always receiving the wrong donuts. I do not think they know the difference from white cream filled and bavarian filled. I'm not even sure why i am giving a 2 star rating.....with the attitude and bad experience, this is more a 1.5 rating. Too bad for this place, as it is still very new (within the year) and already doing horrible service. I need to just go back to Hyee for donuts for now on.

I went through the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker machine. I pulled up to the window and no one was there. So then I walked inside to make sure it was open and the worker was sitting in the booth drinking coffee and facetiming his friend.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Very angry at the service and how i was treated! I went through and was rudely welcomed and very rushed. I ordered one sandwich and a coffee. I pulled through to the window and my total came to $7.42. I gave a 10 dollar bill and received 68 cents in change. Um...??? AND not to mention i got the wrong sandwich and coffee at the price of what I originally ordered. AND the cashier basically THREW my change at me and made me feel as if i was an inconvenience to her. I also work in the fast food industry and customers are our main priority. So definitely will NOT be going back.

Every single time I have been to this location they have been out of multiple types of donuts. The last time I went they were out of they donut I wanted and cold brew coffee, so I ordered an different donut and iced coffee with cream instead. The coffee looked and tasted like a glass of milk with a splash of coffee in it. I don't understand how a donut and coffee shop can't deliver on either.

Stopped by one day to try out the new luscious lemon croissant they advertised. In the picture the lemon filling covered half the diameter of the donut, whereas the one I received was the diameter of a pea in most spots and non existent for the rest. The donut was rather dry as well so I think that's the last time I'll be trying them out. Probably just stick with Krispy Krème.

I pulled in the drive through and told the lady: good morning, id like a small coffee and two donuts, sorry im not sure of their exact names but its the one with cinnamon and the other with red jam in it". The response was not what I expected, in a different tone she said:" I don't know what you're talking bout "!! Not the attitude I need for my morning. And sorry for not being a perfectionist in my donut terminology. Not going there again.

Horrible service. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes and then left. Been there 3 times and always the same. High demand and one cashier and it is so slow.
