It's a Dunkin' Donuts. The people here work ridiculous hours that can start for customers to enter the business at 4am and leave by 11pm... I would hate working here... except for the doughnuts, which I feel would make me sick after working around them for 2 days. Anyhow, the people here stay friendly, and they will make your order as requested.
The lines can be long during morning rush hour and on the weekends in the mornings, because... everyone loves doughnuts and coffee. Sugar, carb and caffeine fix for super cheap? Why not? The store itself is small and feels cramped, but if you need a fix, it doesn't matter.
They usually have a special for buying the coffee beans, there's often a coupon from somewhere, but either way, remember to tip your servers. This is a grueling job, and I am always glad that the folks here are not rude and spitting in my coffee. This is surprising when the customers tend to be rude and in a rush. There is always parking in the lot.
Not my favorite coffee by any measure, but, if you want a HUGE latte (a quart... 32 oz.), this is your place. It's nice that they have almond milk and lattes, so it kind of competes with the Starbucks nearby... but it's a totally different flavor and feel. However, the hours beat out other coffee shops hands down in this area.
