Dunkin'

We just walked up to get coffee and donuts and the door is locked. There is someone clearly standing inside, an employee staring out the window while drinking a frozen coffee who refuses to open the door despite the fact that sign on the door says that they close at 8:00. Their internet hours are also listed at 8:00. Dear person standing at the window staring at us, you're a HUGE liability for the owner. You just watched us and others walk up to your door while you kept it locked knowing full well that you were standing right there at the window next to the door staring at us with a dunkin' donuts frozen coffee in your hand. I sure hope you paid for that cold coffee that you were holding in your hand while staring at everyone trying to get in the building that you had locked before hours. I sure hope the owner doesn't realize that instead of doing your job, you were drinking a frozen coffee that you poured yourself for free while not allowing customers to enter the building that is clearly posted as being open until 8:00.

By far the best dunkin near me. I guess it doesn’t say so much because the ones near me stink, but these associates are always so friendly even in the drive thru and always give extra munchkins especially at the end of the day. The drinks are usually made well too.

Awful place to go. Loved going there until this lady that works at the drive through started being weird. Every time I go there and she’s there she’s always rude to costumers I went there to order an iced coffee she started rolling her eyes at me and left without saying nothing. When I was leaving she rolled her eyes again. Awful person if you don’t like working with people then don’t work at Dunkin just to make everyone have a bad experience.

One of the best places to have breakfast. Love the place. Very friendly and super clean. Can't ask for more

Sign says open for walk-in at 5am, so does the app. Woman working didn't open the door and signed six through the window. Thanks for nothing.

Solid Dunkin, I always go there for coffee and they are very friendly and organized.

Nice new store, clean and open. I just wish the staff was more helpful when getting my food. They just threw everything out on the counter for me to search for myself.

The owner there is very nasty. I asked to make sure they stir my coffee. He butted in and sd,'if you don't like our coffee, don't come back'. He got me hollering. He had the nerve to threaten me. Sd. that 'if I come back he would call the cops'. Like what the cops gonna do?

Been working in LB for a little over a year and I never had an issue with this Dunkin. I have a Dunkin by my house but I don't care for them so I just always come to this one .. the ladies that work here I are always super nice and it's always fast. Everything is always good I love it. Even though I'm really not a Dunkin girl this place makes me skip out on Starbucks lol.

I'll be honest I haven't been in a dunkin' donuts establishment in a hot minute, my step brother Sebastian and I walked into Dunkin to spend a 10 dollar gift card. The associate that helps us out today was named Angie, I've been to this location a couple of times back in the day, and I haven't seen her yet, all I have to say is she provided excellent service this morning, we came in around 5:15 a.m. and since we haven't been in Dunkin It took us a while to order. Angie was very patient with us, I did not feel rushed at all which actually is pretty rare nowadays, I don't go to this location a lot but I felt like she knew who I was, it's a pretty odd feeling in a good way, nobody knows how to do that anymore. Honestly she's the reason I made this Yelp account to make this review, we went a little over on our $10 and we really wanted to try out the snackin' bacon but with covid, you know how money is, she gave it to us for free like it was no problem, and I thought that was really cool, nobody does shit like that anymore. In this day and age I see a lot of zombies and people who just work to to make money to survive, but it seems like Angie is trying to climb, she gave me good service so I want to have it known that she deserves to be noticed, which is why I write this review. My step brother Sebastian Is turning 18 soon so I'm glad I was able to show him a good example of how a worker should be for when he gets his first job, he will be writing a review too

12.21.22 Tonight at 7:30 pm I stopped at this location for coffee and donuts. Two cars in the drive thru, place was open. Sign on the door said they close at 8 pm. Went to both doors and they were locked. I knocked a few times on the glass to which the two employees ignored me. It was a man and a woman and the man was wearing a pink shirt. Both avoided eye contact with me. I was standing there with my 10 year old daughter. I think it's exceptionally brazen to lock store doors a half hour before closing time and purposely avoid eye contact with the customer.

This Dunkin is the best in the area. They're well-run and orders are correct and food is good. They're fast, efficient and professional. Way better than the awful locations on Joline and Rte 36, where they routinely run out of food and take forever.

I go to A LOT of Dunkins. The morning crew here is the most solid and consistent team of ladies ( and one dude). You start my morning right everyday. Thank you. I usually get Cold Brew- Half Decaf w/ Almond milk and Toasted Almond.

The place was clean and the service was OK. My sandwich came out quickly and it was nice and hot, and my coffee was really good and not burnt.

The worst experience ever! Was mistreated by the manager after asking her if my coffee was really decaf once she gave me a cup with no specifications. I'm 7 months pregnant and can't have regular coffee and her answer was "if you order decaf is decaf". When I asked her why she was being so rude she yelled at me to leave the store because she was the manager. I was never treated like that in my life. A person like that should never be on charge. So disappointed!

Do they ever taste the drinks they make. If they did maybe everything wouldn't taste stale. Is the recipe for iced coffee: take an overfilled cup of ice, then add stale coffee, then add cheap chemical flavor? Not singling this location out. I'd say 2 out of 3 trips to DD are disappointing. This is just the latest bad experience and maybe the last.

Omgosh horrible Dunkin' Donuts got food poisoning here from the coffee . They use toilet bowl water to make their coffee no joke straight up. got sooo sick from drinking a few sips of the coffee thought I died the next day I woke up not sure how the poison was so bad . Do not go here they should should loose their franchise license . Normally a Dunkin' Donuts fan not this place not that clean either looks dirty inside skip this one . People that work here contaminate your food and think they are the cutest.

Messed up on my order and rushed me out. Left the bag. Don't want to do business with them or any Dunkin Donuts anymore. Do not go to this location no matter how convenient, they don't care. I called to tell them and they did not care.

Frequent There at least three times a week. when ordering ice coffee in the morning it taste like burnt coffee., I am assuming they are using old coffee that's been on the burner more than 15 minutes.

Me and my stepbrother, Zack, came in just after they opened at 5 am on New Year's Eve. I went in with a gift card that I received for the holiday and took a while to decide what I wanted. What makes this location for me was the service. The only person behind the counter this morning was named "Angie" I believe and she treated us like regulars despite it being our first time here. She's honestly the reason I'm writing this review. She was very patient with us as we were ordering and she was even helping us with what we wanted. I ordered a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon sandwich, a blue raspberry coolata, a snackin bacon, and a strawberry frosted donut per her suggestion, and I must say that I am not disappointed. My step-brother ordered a large iced green tea and he enjoyed that as well. She was very kind and had a positive and helpful attitude. She really made my morning and I'll definitely be coming back if this is how the service will be in the future. (P.S. I believe we were her first customers for the holiday morning and she treated us very well. If this is how she treats the first customers that she gets then I am lead to believe that this is how she treats all of her customers. Thank you Angie!)

This is your average Dunkin' Donuts. I would go back, the coffee wasn't terrible but wasn't the best either. The place is fairly clean, there were a few dirty tables when I sat down. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was okay.

Not the best DD I've been to. Not the worst DD I've been to. It was clean and the wifi worked. I had an iced tea and a small sandwich thing. It was super convenient while waiting for my oil change a block away.

Asked for cream and splenda. Only got cream. Stuck on train drinking unsweetened coffee. not a good DD representative

Terrible service. Came here at 9:50pm and they were closed even though it says they close at 11. Very upset with this location.

Had to write a review to combat the negative - just went to grab a large tea. Place was packed - but I was still in and out with I problem. They even gave me a free donut! Vanilla Creme - very good and very fresh!

I went to the bathroom before ordering and there was no toilet paper so I informed them that the restroom needed it. A woman came in to use the bathroom so I warned her so she wouldn't be stuck in there without any TP. I then warned her that the sink and toilet were absolutely gross and to not touch it. The manager/owner then came over and told my sister and I to leave the store. If he had been checking the restroom like they are supposed to do then there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place. BEWARE DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM IN THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CHECK IT WHEN THE PLACE IS SLOW BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT THAT MANY PATRONS IN THERE. IF HE DIDN'T WANT ME WARNING PEOPLE TO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING IT PERIODICALLY TO MAKE SURE PATRONS HAD A CLEAN PLACE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. On top of that I have frequented this place on numerous occasions and unless you request that they put the syrup in the coffee they do not do so. I can only imagine it's because they are cheap and they are stealing from people who are paying for the product. GO TO ANY OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS. THIS ONE IS AWFUL!!!!!!

The manager/owner was scared of getting burned by warming my donut for 5 seconds so refused to do it anymore. How do you serve boiling hot coffee all day yet you can't figure out how to get a donut warm without burning yourself. SMH! He should probably consider a florist instead of a restaurant for his next career choice.

After 3 Dunkin Donuts before making it to this one , and this one made my night ! Great customer service and a perfect iced latte on the side.
