A very nice boutique guest house. The rooms are all a bit different and mine didn't have the best bathroom, but it was perfectly adequate. The breakfast is very nice with a range to suit all. The patio/pool area is quite relaxing. Staff were accommodating in helping me get a shower on early arrival before I went to work, and doing some ironing for me.

This establishment has the potential to be something great. The basis is there, it just misses the little touches. It unfortunately looks a little forgotten about and needs some guidance to bring it back to its glory. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We had a little deck outside with a tiny splash pool, which I'm sure will be great on those hot summer evenings. It is in a lovely little area of Cape Town, within walking distance of so many lovely things. Just note: there is no on-site parking, but it is Cape Town city which very rarely has parking at the establishments. There is a little area at the end of the road with a few parking bays. Don't be daft and leave valuables in the vehicle outside, you are only asking for your car to be broken into, it is a South Africa after all.

Stunning setting once you're inside the yard walls. Room 10 is worth waiting for. Take your loved one here, you won't regret it. Good breakfast and friendly service completes the perfect day or two out.

Good place to stay in the center of capetown. 10min by car from the table mountain cable car. You have to park in the street but we always found a free spot. Our room was very spatious and clean. Only negative point there is that it was just next to the breakfastroom. So as from the moment other guest we're starting to take breakfast it was noisy. Breakfast itself was ok. Very small buffet but a possibility to eat eggs of panecakes a la carte. service was ok.

This BnB was very disappointing. We stayed in Room 5 which is close to reception. The doorbell rings throughout the night, and in the early morning kitchen staff start setting up for a breakfast, both of these make for a disturbed sleep. The room itself looks very old and outdated. The bed linen is old and thin, but good quality nonetheless. The towels are old and frayed. The TV is flat as advertised, but terribly small. Most channels don't work either. The bathroom had a terrible shower head that was in desperate need of descaling. On the upside, the bathroom had Charlotte Rhys toiletries, although I did wonder if it was refilled with a generic brand... Breakfast was a small but decent selection and staff are friendly and efficient. The location is great, very central. Be warned, there's no secure parking. During our stay, two cars were broken into. We were told cars are safe from theft, but not break-ins. All in all, I'd give this place a miss.
