Frankie our server was perfect. Punctual, kind, helpful and genuine. THE FOOD! Mm so yummy. A great combination of flavours for the refined palette and good portions the simple pub lovin folks who like the cheese and the savoury will love too. Thank you, what a wonderful breakfast.

Hidden gem on Dunlop St. Downtown Barrie. Nice atmosphere, kinda like a sports bar, lots of seating capacity. Good food, good service. Recommend the skillets. Had the Dunlop St. Breakfast and “Get in ma belly” eggs Bennie.

Dunlop Street Diner provides one of the best breakfasts in all of Barrie. Located in the heart of downtown, this is a restaraunt you do not want to sleep on. Always busy, so be aware of this and come early. We got the Benedict with the tator tot poutine, and it was great. Although a little pricy. I would highly recommend checking it out!

A great brunch spot for hangouts! My friends and I got brunch here around 10 am. The staff made us feel welcome once we walked in the door. Our server was friendly, entertaining, and the service was fast! 😁 Portions were filling and we were provided with take-out containers as some of my friends could not finish their large portions of pancakes. I got the eggs Benedict with house salad and I chose honey Dijon for my salad sauce and how I wanted my eggs cooked. Very yummy 😋 The atmosphere was welcoming and the space was large. Downstairs were the bathrooms which had large stalls and were very clean ✨️ Would come again!

I came up to Barrie from Toronto because of some appointments and I decided to get brunch here. I decided to get an omelette with home fries, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn it comes with homemade baked beans and homemade jam for your toast! It was the perfect mix of sweet and filling. Laura was my server today, and we had a laugh when I asked her to bring the menu back so I could try their pancakes with fresh fruit - I was torn between the two initially. I actually asked for the menu back; I’ve never done that before! It was topped with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries with whipped cream on the side. Everything was delicious, the service was superb, and it was during the Canada vs Finland semi-final hockey game during the 2026 Olympic Games; there were lots of cheers and positive vibes when Canada scored (and eventually won!). I don’t know if I’ll ever find myself in Barrie again, it was my first time being here, but if I do come back, I’ll have to stop by here again with my partner. 10/10!

Incredible food, the Brie L T was to die for. Everything was so fresh and hot. Our server Karen was an absolute star. She was totally on the ball, I don't think we had to ask her for a thing and our coffees were never empty. I think this might be the best restaurant in Barrie

Absolutely splendid from start to finish. The food was great and arrived quickly, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the music and atmosphere was top. Franky was awesome, attentive, funny, and didn't hover. Cannot recommend enough.
