A great brunch spot for hangouts! My friends and I got brunch here around 10 am. The staff made us feel welcome once we walked in the door. Our server was friendly, entertaining, and the service was fast! 😁 Portions were filling and we were provided with take-out containers as some of my friends could not finish their large portions of pancakes. I got the eggs Benedict with house salad and I chose honey Dijon for my salad sauce and how I wanted my eggs cooked. Very yummy 😋 The atmosphere was welcoming and the space was large. Downstairs were the bathrooms which had large stalls and were very clean ✨️ Would come again!

Brunch heaven in Barrie?? YES PLEASE! 11/10 experience at Dunlop Street Diner — I’m still dreaming about that Off-The-Hook eggs & smoked salmon dish… poached to perfection, silky hollandaise, and the smoky salmon just took it to another level!! Chef's kiss. 🤌🏼🤌🏼 Came here for brunch with friends and it totally hit the spot. Atmosphere? Cozy meets cool, with a spacious layout and prime downtown location. Expect a bit of a wait (yup, it’s that popular), but trust me — it’s 100% worth it! Now, let’s talk about FRANKY — our server and honestly the brunch MVP! Hands-down the best service I’ve ever had anywhere. He’s got it all: super knowledgeable, lightning quick, funny, sharp, stylish… and okay, yeah, easy on the eyes too! Can’t wait for my next Barrie trip, because you know I’m coming back here. Dunlop Street Diner, you’ve won my brunch-loving heart!! Run, don’t walk!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Best brunch I ever had, best service ever and spacious and cool venue. And best food quality-portion per price too! Our waitress was a super nice lady that welcomed us and communicated with us in the best way possible. She offered us the special dish which we liked and ordered. The special dish included Avocado toast+ bacon+egg and fries with Chipotle sauce. Super tasty! We ordered french toast too, again the best ones I ever had!!! It was enough breakfast for two and only costed us 45$!! Will definitely come back to this place♥️

Food was delicious and ambience was warm and cozy(we visited during the snow storm). They have plenty of vegetarian options as well, also you can ask them to remove anything which you do not eat. Everything was fabulous..Must try!!!

This place was recommended to us, and rightly so! If they haven't been on 'You Gotta Eat Here', they should be! Super service, amazing portions. Hubby had the smoked salmon eggs benny and said "Mmmm' with every bite. I had the peameal, cheddar, carmelized onions on brioche-SO tender! Our granddaughter had the biggest, fluffiest pancakes ever. This will be a regular stop every time we are in Barrie. Well done, everyone!

Laura Lea and the entire team at Room 22 were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the service was exceptional and every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. The bartenders were fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious (not a bite left!), and the venue itself was stunning. We’ve had so many guests reach out afterward with rave reviews about the entire experience. The communication with Laura Lee was seamless—attentive, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with!
