Dunstan Road Wines

Dropped into Dunstan’s Road winery while cycling and discovered some delicious Chardonnay. It’s a small, owner operated winery width a welcoming atmosphere and some nice wines. Definitely give it a try.

What a fabulous find! A wine tasting direct from the maker of this family run vineyard. Such a personal experience that was so relaxed in his beautiful garden. Delicious wines (we ended buying a full selection) and a wonderful experience. Thank you Marc, and to your lovely daughter who entertained my four year old the whole time we were there! Had such a great time visiting this winery. It's tiny, so we messaged the owners on Facebook a few days early to make arrangements to come by. When we arrived, we had a lovely, quiet tasting with the winemaker. The wines themselves were a delight. I'm generally not a rose fan, but we came home with a bottle because it was so dynamic, and the pinot noir was an absolute powerhouse that has changed my concept of what a pinot can be. Definitely worth a visit!

Marc gives an excellent tour. You can sample the whole range, and he even gave us a few samples from the barrels with a wine thief. All of the wines are excellent, and with such a variety there will be something for everyone. Cute lambs too.
