DUPARC Contemporary Suites

This is a very good apart-hotel. Rooms are big and the kitchen is fully equipped. Tons of storage places in room. Both bathrooms have been clean and new. Location is good, but to get to the city center you need to drive (10mins depending on traffic). They have their own parking which is a huge bonus (24euros per night). Breakfasts are good, guys at the reception are always happy to help. |Cons are very minor: pillows could be better, and the street the hotel is located can be a bit loud, but overall it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed in. We plan to come back, next time we are in town.

This is a perfect suites hotel. Not in the center of Torino, but public transportation is very convenient. |The suites are incredible! So large, spacious, and comfortable. |Also a very good breakfast and a great spa. |But above all, the atmosphere. The hotel and the staff make you feel at home. It was hard to leave…

After traveling for over 10 years this is one of the best “value for money” hotels we have ever stayed at. The 2 bedroom suite was massive and luxurious. We literally couldn’t hear each other at times. The food at breakfast was simple but outstanding and the waiters and waitresses always had a smile as well as the reception staff who were also very helpful. We had an electric hire car and they have electric chargers in the car park. 10 stars from us!

This was our third visit to the Duparc in 4 years and we continue to be delighted by this hotel. The location, the suite, the view of the hills are all great. We would particularly mention that the breakfast is now even better than before with an incredible choice of very high quality items and also that all the staff - reception, cleaners and breakfast staff - are without exception friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We look forward to our next stay.

The first impression is positive. Very nice apartments. We travel often, so we know what we are talking about. Two rooms, one of which is a bedroom with a large double bed. There is a kitchen with everything you need. Two toilets, shower. Accessible services. Friendly staff. I will add more after departure

The hotel is close to the river and conveniently close to public transport. Walking distance to the historic part of Turin is about 25 to 30 min . The rooms are a very generous size and very clean, bright and comfortable. The staff at reception are lovely and extremely helpful. They arranged a number of restaurant reservations for us and had excellent recommendations. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff here were also friendly and accommodating.

I wanted to like this hotel, however there were a number of issues including one major one :-||1. We arrived late evening, 4 cases and a baby. We had to drag all the suitcases down the stairs, then to the lifts ourselves. Not once did anyone offer to help, but there were 3 people at the reception. They also claimed we failed to add a child onto the booking. Not true. ||2. The rooms itself were nice, apart from the haphazard cleaning. Sometimes they took the rubbish, sometimes they didnt.||3. On checkout, again no help with bags, but then it got worse. They had added on extra cleaning, at a cost of 119 euros, for an alleged stain on a sofa "4 days ago". No evidence was provided, other than them phoning or pretending to phone housekeeping, saying something in italian, and then saying "she said there was a stain". No one informed us, and no photographs or other evidence was provided. Also, there is no way that it costs 120 euros to dry clean a pillow. ||4. This, plus the "extras" charged for the "extra" child they knew about, made me rate this hotel very poorly indeed. ||I highly recommend management review the actions of their front of office staff. They have cost the city and the hotel a significant booking later in the year, as I will now recommend work host their european conference elsewhere. ||Shame, it was a really nice city and the breakfast staff were brilliant, but the front of desk / reception should not be working in the hospitality industry.

The Duparc is an absolutely wonderful hotel. We have stayed twice, the first time was in November 2024 and then just recently for 4 weeks in April of 2025. The hotel provides every amenity for comfort. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with kitchens and washing machines - it is all so comfortable - but what really distiguishes this hotel and puts it completely over the top is it's staff. We never once felt like a burden or a stranger. Their consistent hospitality and kindness are unparalleled!
