Dusit Princess Chiang Mai Hotel

We booked the family room – four adults and two children. Based on the description, we thought there would be one double bed in one room and two double beds in the other. The staff were very kind and brought us an extra bed and made up the sofa. The rooms are stunning and huge! The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Convenient place to stay next to the night market. It is literally outside the hotel! The lobby always smelt nice and felt nice and airy. This feels more like a boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was great, comfortable bed and good size room. The breakfast was ok, not amazing. It had most of the breakfast items you would expect but don’t expect a huge array of different options. It definitely is value for money. 

I recently visited Dusit Princess Chiang Mai and had an excellent experience. The dim sum was outstanding, authentic flavors, great variety, and beautifully presented. The staff were welcoming and professional, making the whole dining experience very enjoyable. A great place to relax and indulge in good food. A very good hotel. Located near the night market. The service is very good. The pool was out of order so they drive us to the Shangri La hotel to use the pool there. Breakfast was good. Thet toilet handle should be replaced and the water in the shower are changing from hot to cold and back very often. The rooms are comfortable.

The location is superb. Lots of massage parlours and night markets right in front of the hotel. Easy to navigate. Daily breakfast is pretty decent. However, the rooms and the facilities are quite dated, especially the toilet flushing system, which needs to be held down all the way to flush. But for that price point, it is acceptable. The daily cleaning services are good.I would recommend this hotel for the location. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Great location right in the middle of the Night Bazaar, perfect for exploring Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. Only downside is that some rooms can be a bit noisy.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the heart of the night market area, it is also very clean. But there were a few issues. 1) There was a lof of drilling and work going on which caused a lot of noise. 2) the toilet in the room overflowed and didn't flush well. After overflowing, the sealant fixing the toilet to the floor started flaking and peeling everywhere. 3) the amenities in the rooms were minimal for a 4* hotel. Only shower caps and dental kits, no body lotion or the other items that are usually in such a hotel. There was also no tea making area with a kettle or anything.

The pool is not working for a while and it's not on the website or anywhere else, until you get to the hotel. The water in the shower are turning to hotttt just like that in the middle of the shower. You cannot adjust the aircondition, so it's eather freezing or no air. Choose. The service is lovely and the locations is perfect. And most important - it has connected doors, for traveling with children.
