Great service and room. Only shower though, wish they had a bathtub! The hotel staff were lovely, helpful. The indoor lobby was quiet enough to work while the outdoor patio was a nice spot for people watching and soaking up winter weather outside in CNX. Location-wise it is very central, right on the night market strip and less than a min from Watsons, 7-11 and a lot of food options. This is a good location if you want to be in the heart of it all.

I will be coming back to stay here for sure. Large rooms, super comfy beds, excellent staff, great ambience. Buffet breakfast was fantastic - lots to choose from and a few different dishes each morning. I loved sitting just outside the hotel watching the world go by,whilst enjoying a drink and maybe a meal or snack. Location is perfect - massage and spas everywhere, Night markets, street food and bars, art and craft shops - everything within walking distance. Tours booked through the hotel were very well organised and and the service always excellent. Staff are super friendly, polite, gentle and accomodating. I loved every minute of my stay there! Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful stay here. The all staff are super friendly. Specially staff name Ja-oh. She is so amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The ambiance is cozy, peaceful, and stylishly decorated. Will definitely come back again! 🤩

Location is excellent near so many shops and the night bazaar. Their tours are also pretty good and not expensive. Our driver Tom was very helpful and provided amazing service. He was extremely accommodating especially since we needed our wheelchair with us, he made sure we were well taken care of at all of the places! Do skip the monkey school on your tour though, they are kept in terrible conditions do not recommend going there.

Lovely place for coffee overlooking the bustling street. Excellent for people like us with chest conditions because of it’s no smoking policy. So very disappointing tonight to find that not only had some of these signs had been removed but also an ashtray on the table. When the sign on the wall was pointed out to a man attempting to smoke he became aggressive. Clearly someone in the hotel had given him the impression smoking there was OK. No! Thailand law is actually quite strict on smoking.

The room was very clean from the moment I walked in. Everything was neat and well taken care of. The floor, bed, sheets, and bathroom were spotless with no unpleasant smell. All the facilities were well arranged, making the room feel comfortable and relaxing throughout the stay. I was very impressed and would love to stay here again.

I arrived to check in and found that there were many guests waiting, so I couldn’t approach the counter immediately. However, Ja-oh noticed me and welcomed me with a warm smile. She handled my check-in professionally and efficiently, providing all the necessary information. Thanks to her excellent service, I didn’t have to wait long at all.

We had lunch at Jasmine restaurant for Dim Sum and it was very good. The serves were fresh and plentiful. They're were a good variety of dishes, fried and streamed that were all verry tasty. I would highly recommend.
