Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri Bangkok

We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip to Thailand – once at the beginning and again at the end. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and within walking distance of central areas. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention the excellent service I received from the front desk representative, Myo, who was in touch with me before our stay through the hotel app and continued to assist us throughout our visit. He was extremely courteous and helpful. A wonderful team with a genuine willingness to assist. Beyond that, the hotel is clean, smells great, and the rooms are spacious and met all our needs. We’d be happy to return!

This was my first time staying with Dusit suites and first time visiting Bangkok. ||The hotel staff were amazing and really go above and beyond. There were families, singles and everyone in between, the staff catered to all individually. ||On my second last night there the hotel Manager visited my friend and I in person, as we were having breakfast, to make sure everything was going well and asked if there was anything they could do to further enhance the remainder of our stay. ||I felt really looked after and it was almost as if she had read my mind, as I was about to ask for late checkout, yet the manager so kindly offered to me free of charge along with her business card if we needed anything else.||It really makes your holiday that extra bit special having such lovely customer service. ||The Rooms are so spacious and I loved the view from both my balcony's. Again the hotel staff were there every morning to service the room and did such an amazing job, always asking first if it was ok to clean and able to come back later if you weren't ready or just wanted to chill.||I really took advantage of the room service, with an abundance on offer! with both, local and western cuisine options available.||Thank you so much to everyone at Dusit Suites! for putting so much effort into making my first stay in a place so foreign to me, so comforting and welcoming. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that extra bit of kindness and comfort.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, location, view, room and attitude by staff was of the highest order- pure bliss and perfection. The staff are super helpful- Manager Win cannot be recommended highly enough for her ability to look after hotel patrons needs. This is a very clean and beautiful hotel, with an excellent chef....the food from the restaurant is simply amazing. If you blink, you'll miss the pool and garden area, it's hidden away like a little gem giving it that private feeling of a mini Shangri-La. All in all, possibly the best place I've ever stayed in to date, with very honest staff who will ensure your stay in Bangkok is everything you dreamed of. Highly recommend.

Maybe this hotel was a 5* one 20 years ago, but it most certainly isn’t now. The rooms are spacious but smell musty, and the furniture is old and dirty. The slippers looked so bad that I wouldn’t even want to put them on. The pillowcases had holes in them and clearly needed to be replaced. The AC is very loud, and the soundproofing is poor, making it difficult to sleep with all the street noise. Also, it was impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower, so twice a day we had to decide whether we wanted to shower under ice-cold or boiling-hot water. Two people came to check it, but it didn’t help. Overall, this is a very average 4* hotel, and I strongly believe the hotel needs to update the photos on Booking to stop scamming people, as in my opinion you’re definitely not getting what you paid for. By the way, we considered leaving the moment we entered the room, but at the reception they told us they obviously wouldn’t refund us.

My family stayed here on our recent trip to Thailand. The location is convenient. It is walking distance from The Erawan Shrine, Central World Mall and the BTS Station. The biggest plus for me is their restaurant is high quality. Their breakfast buffet though not as extensive as the pricier hotels but it does offer Western and Asian favorites. The food is absolutely delicious we didn't go out for two nights and just ate in the hotel restaurant. The bedrooms of the family suites is a good size though the carpet on the twin room I was in was on a strange angle. I couldn't close the door properly. There is a kitchen in the family suites too and a washing machine. The only slight quibble is the bed mattresses may need to be turned over as the one I slept on has a bit of a dip. The bathrooms are big but hot water takes time when showering. The shampoo and conditioners smell fantastic. The staff was helpful and courteous. They even confirmed that I can buy and store beer or chips from 7-11. No problem. Of course there is the usual mini bar which is an option added to your bill. Despite the minor nitpicking I would recommend Dusit Suites Hotel to anyone especially for families or a group. It's friendly staff, the restaurant and location gets high marks from me.

Loved the room, very ideal for long-staying guests. Lot of space to move around, and very close to the BTS station. Thank you to all the staff especially the very helpfull bellboy, Khun Keng, who was very nice to chat with and had given very useful recommendations. Will surely come back again.

This hotel is absolutely not up to the standard of a five-star property and has been one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve ever experienced. • The room was dirty, with long black hairs scattered all over the floor and furniture. • The carpet and slippers were filthy, and the overall cleaning quality was extremely poor. • The furniture is old, heavily worn, and smells strongly of cigarettes — it’s impossible to stay or sleep comfortably in such a space. • There is almost no soundproofing, so the constant noise from the street makes it impossible to rest. • When I complained, the staff offered to move me to another room, but it was exactly the same — dirty, smoky, and uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was ruined. This hotel doesn’t deserve even three stars, let alone five. It’s an unpleasant place to stay, and I strongly advise avoiding it.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional cleanliness and great attention to detail. The stay was very comfortable, and everything was of high quality. Myo was exceptionally cooperative and courteous, truly deserving of appreciation
