First of all, the staff were great, very nice and helpful especially Mr. Witt at breakfast. The rooms were spacious and everything I needed was there.|Good price.|Since it is a family residence, I really wish room service hours would be increased. It's a holiday and sometimes we get hungry at night but you don't serve any food after 10:30|This is the only reason I will not come to the hotel again.|Also the menu needs updating, there are not many options.|Extra attention should be paid to cleaning the room. I found insects everyday.|Also the air conditioner in my room was dropping water and I kept asking the front desk to fix it but it stayed like that until the last day.

Everything is exceptional. I truly love staying here. The pool is clean(they clean it at least twice a day) and the service is absolutely awesome. I even joined the membership so I can come back later again!! Will definitely do that. The cafe/restaurant at the lobby level(Dusit Gourmet) provides a great quality of food and drinks.

I had booking to stayed for 9 nights. The room so clean and quite bigger than other hotel room I ever stayed. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast also great and they serve until 11am which is good for people who waked up really late so they don’t missed their meal. The location also great surrounding by many shopping mall. I do recommend to stay at this hotel

Room is very clean, food is so tasty, location is perfect, walking distance to siam area, central park, platinum n some more shopping areas. The location is also not so crowded so we feel relax here. The room is also big with a big living room and balcony. Service is excellent, the housekeeping who cleaned my room is soooo warm and kind lady. the man who drove me to the airport (the same one who received on arrival) is so kind. I really feel high level hospitality here. I will be back for sure.. one more thing the gym facilities is very complete.

Overall, OK. Getting a bit old this hotel. Certain things are not very well managed. Especially the general cleanliness requires attention. Problems: - Air filters in the suite are extremely dirty. See pictures. One good thing was when I asked for house keeping at 1am, they did come and cleaned it with me. So the service is responsive. - Bathroom fan was malfunctioning. They fixed it in the morning. - Air conditioning units are located outside just near the front door and you can hear it. If you’re sensitive to noise, it can be a big problem especially when the AC unit is broken and is making louder noise. The Good: - Staff are generally nice and responsive. English is ok, not great. - Gym is decent size. Good enough equipments. - Pool seems unique with the waterfall. However I didn’t use it as I suspected it would not be clean, judging from how the air filter’s were not clean. - Location is really good. - Size is large. We stayed in a 2-Bed residence. Great for family with kids. - Price is a bit cheaper than equivalent new hotels. Overall OK.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it - it felt like home! Easy access to the metro, set quietly back off of a main road allowing a either a walk, short taxi ride or tuktuk ride to anywhere in the city. The entire staff was very warm, and always ready to assist with anything. The Bell Captain, Keng, was particularly helpful! We found the pool and gym area the last day, but don’t make the same mistake - the pool has a shaded grotto area, a ping pong table…the gym has machines, 3 treads and a few ellipticals…. This place was great with great amenities.

Visited 26 - 30/01/2024. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience Not the most modern looking apartment but it's definitely the most spacious that suits our need. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The room come with a kitchenette, a living room with a L shape sofa and balcony. Equipped with a coffee ☕ making machine, microwave, hot water flask and a huge fridge. Just short of a washing machine 😂 Over all we had a good stay here 📸 Follow us for a gastronomic experience and discover the world in its purest form

Staff is incredible. They are always greeting us from front of the house to dining staff to house keeping like Literally everyone always greeting and Acknowledging you make you feel really warm and welcome ,Rooms are very nice always clean and ready for us to have a great night rest , the hotel is at the heart of BKK so very convenient and close to the sky train easy to get around , Overall really best hospitality ever! Really happy to staying here and will be back soon in no time. Highly Recommended ❤️
