We booked the meeting room on level 24 at Dusit Thani Dubai through Eileen Endozo from the events team. Her support from the time of my query until the day of the event was excellent! The event room was well set-up! Buffet table was fabulous, thank you chef! All our guests enjoyed everything! Thank you Eileen and your team for the excellent service. Special thanks Ushan, Dildar, Jakaria and Rahman as well for the great help during our birthday event! We’ll definitely come back for our other functions! In addition to the meeting room event, we also booked a night before the event for all the preparations and were assisted by Payal from the reception. She was indeed very friendly and helpful. We were even given an upgrade for our stay with a very beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa! All in all, Dusit Thani Dubai made everything perfect for our celebration! It was made well because of everyone’s hardwork so keep it up and thank you for the excellent service!

Navraj is a credit to the hotel. His customer service skills are excellent! Great to meet him as he delivered our room service! Alos,Shakahawat and Oshan were fantastic in the Lobby - they looked after us very well and were so welcoming and helpful. Finally, Akshay on Reception was brilliant each time we dealt with him. He has a lively smile and was so professional! Thank you to all staff! 🙂

Great choice in the city, very well located, vast breakfast options, large rooms and good city views. Every attendant from the team has been kind, proactive and very friendly. The house keeping provided by Mr. Pawan Thapa while i was working in the room was outstanding. Usually, we need to stop calls or writing reports in some hotels, i could notice how respectful the service has been. I would consider be back to the hotel once in the city again.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after such an unacceptable stay at this hotel.||From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were not only unhelpful but, at times, outright rude. I was treated with a complete lack of respect and courtesy, which is not only disappointing but also completely unacceptable for any hospitality business. Mind it i have been staying here for over 15 years & always respected the place as a family house but i started noticing that the quality of staff along with the hotel has gone down and the only desk which is helpful was concierge. ||What made matters worse was the blatant disregard for the hotel's own policies. I approached the booking team before the arrival and usually as a GOLD customer i get good rates for an executive suit but this time i was surprised that the rate they booked me on was higher then what it was on booking.com and agode and when i complained the team had no answer and started saying we will compensate next time.|||The room was not ready at the scheduled time, and when I finally got in, it was far from the clean, comfortable space advertised. Several basic amenities were missing, and despite multiple requests, no action was taken. It honestly felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a guest.||During my last day i had multiple guest visits & everytime i used to recieve call they would get an approval and send the guest upstairs but it surprised me that one of the reception guy named "Ashraf" called in an said that you need to come down to take ur guests despite they had provided the ID etc, he said it was rule that you must come down or they will wait untill you come. i asked that if this is the policy why i was sent the guest without me there to pick them up & why all of a sudden this became the policy where he was quite rude in response that i dont know what others have been doing but i will only send them if you are here otherwise dont waste the time.||To top it all off, management was nowhere to be found when issues escalated. No one took ownership rather this guys behavior was like a warrior ready to attack. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that not only fails to meet expectations but also leaves you feeling disrespected.||I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. There are plenty of other options where you'll be treated with the professionalism and decency every guest deserves. This experience has ensured that I will not be returning ever, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar disappointment.

We had the most wonderful experience at Dusit Thani Dubai, and a huge part of it was thanks to Addy. From the moment we arrived, Addy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. His professionalism, warm personality, and genuine care stood out every single day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him – whether it was assisting with small requests, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Addy has a rare ability to combine efficiency with kindness, and he made us feel not just like guests, but like valued family. It’s employees like Addy who truly elevate a hotel stay into something exceptional. He is an absolute credit to Dusit Thani, and we will always remember the hospitality he showed us. Because of him, we will happily return and recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

Labor, the room attendant done a great job in cleaning up my place subtly whenever I’m not around, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The front desk and concierge people were friendly and proactive too. Also special thanks and appreciation to the breakfast service personals. They were all super friendly helpful and making my breakfast experience a memorable one. Of course the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had; perfect eggs, multiple types of hot and cold drinks and specially made coffee. There’s so much to say how great this hotel was. Thank you very much.

Overall, good experience at the hotel.Check in was easy, rooms were spacious (we were in a 2 bed apartment). The bathrooms were fine but didn't have a luxury feel. The kitchen was good. Location (whilst good) and close to the metro is a bit difficult to get in and out of due to the roads in Dubai. The shuttle service was also helpful. The rooftop pool is nice. Overall, would recommend.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing — truly the best I could have hoped for. The room and amenities exceeded expectations, and what really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
