We’re in the middle city but the room is so relaxing and comfortable. It’s spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and quick to attend to our requests. We have a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the busy streets of Dubai from our room. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi as well. Our family had a great stay. Appreciate much Mr. Atikul Ridoy for being friendly and professional.

Exceptional Service at Dusit Thani Dubai Rooftop Pool! I had the most wonderful experience at the rooftop pool of Dusit Thani Dubai. The view is breathtaking, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Navraj, Thanuwan, and Sha — they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was refreshing towels, drinks, or just a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with genuine care, and these three truly represent the spirit of Dusit Thani. Highly recommend visiting the rooftop pool it’s an oasis of calm with top-class service

Had a great stay at Dusit Thani Dubai. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout. Addy was very kind and helped us with our luggage. Payal made sure we got the best room that matched our requirements perfectly, Naresh helped with taxia and travel. I also want to thank the other staff members who helped us and made everything so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and Burj Khalifa. The location is perfect, close to all the main spots in Downtown Dubai. Overall, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay.

Stayed here 10 years back and it was a little old and run down. Thought let me try it again and wow what a change. Booked the executive suite 2808 and what a stunning and spacious room. Stayed 3 nights with my mum we dined in the room and the food was great! Check in was very smooth with lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back. Very close to dubai mall and very central.

it's not as fancy as how 5 star should be, but one thing that no other 5 star hotel has is the warmnest that this hotel has. i feel the kindness from all the staff here. all the smile and greetings. i really appreciate one of the staff her name is Tari/Tan. i barely saw her but everytime i see her i feel the warm and kindness. her smile is so precious, even my mother and brother like to see her as well. she has the good kind of attitude and really helpful. we want to appreciate one of the concierge team also Kareem, he goes above and beyond. literally all the people here is nice. appreciate to the Hospitality 👍
