Fast check-in and check-out process, very efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view. All essentials, including toiletries, were provided. The pool area was a highlight – the staff were amazing and very helpful. They even had pool inflatables available for both kids and adults, which was a fun touch. After swimming, they offered wardrobe assistance and allowed us to take it back to our room. There’s a minibar available inside the room with a selection of drinks and snacks — you can consume them anytime, and the charges will be added to your bill at check-out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back!

The service is good, breakfast spread is holistic and the property is self contained for all the amenities. One experience downside was the non smoking room had a strong stench of smoke and it gave me a terrible headache. So be careful to check and ask them to thoroughly check as well

Every team member went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Most specially to POOL ATTENDANT (MR. SAAD) he went extra mile to ensure comfort, or simply treating guests with kindness. Overall EVERY STAFF from different departments handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure all our needs were met promptly and courteously. Fantastic Stay with Amazing Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the Dubai skyline — waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip! Breakfast was included in our rate and it didn’t disappoint — plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. A special shoutout to Addy at the bell desk/concierge. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Addy, for your outstanding hospitality! The pool area was absolutely beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. Overall, the staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which is great if you plan to explore the city that way. We mainly used taxis during our stay, and they were easy to get and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Ishaq, the Bellman, also deserves recognition for his courteous assistance and swift service during my arrival. Mornings at 24th Street were something I looked forward to. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with flavors from around the world. The service was prompt and friendly, and the team there went above and beyond to create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. My room was impeccably cleaned and refreshed daily by the Housekeeping team, who paid great attention to detail — truly commendable service. And I can’t forget the time I spent by the pool. The lifeguards were not only vigilant but also incredibly proactive and friendly. They created an atmosphere of both safety and relaxation, making the experience even more enjoyable.
