located in an awesome community within Nairobi, few minutes from the CBD. They have very good ambience, service.The food and accommodation is simply amazing. One can access a number of services from financial, transport all within the vicinity of the hotel

What a great location & addition to the chain. Really enjoyed it. The staff, like all Kenyans, are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms are spacious & comfortable & amenities are great. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

The restaurant is stunning, and had very calming/peaceful background sounds. The food was extraordinary and they have a varied menu. A great place to have work dinners, or dates. It gives off quite a wealthy feel. There isn't much parking, so it may be better if you have a driver instead of your own car.

The bar is great. Service staff excellent and food was delicious though the servings could be a little bigger. The outside area was very cold but they brought out some patio heaters. The beer was chilled perfectly and the wait staff were on hand to refresh without hovering on my table. Enjoyed my time and will come back when I can.

Went to the den, the food was delicious very very well done and all on the menu was good. The establishment has sought to pick itself from the attack incident with reinforced security. Customer service is great which is expected as it's a high end space, great location, good ambience. Great for date nights, intimate dinners and small group dining.

I love taking my wife here for dinners (you can say it is a bit of a romantic place). They have awesome hamburgers and smoked pork ribs. The service is really good. The place has a very modern upclass look to it. I haven't stayed here but I have checked out the rooms. They look pretty top notch.

First time visiting this place and I was quite impressed. A friend stayed over and it was her birthday and the hotel brought up a little gift of chocolates and cake with a signed card. Very nice touch. The cocktails at the Zing Bar - great. Spa staff very professional. The pool bar with the red leaf tree was beautiful but it was a little too windy to sit there in the evening. Staff friendly and courteous. Overall very nice.

Really beautiful place, well decorated and clean. The service was abysmal though - very disappointing really. The food presentation was good but it came out 75min late. I really had no appetite for it anymore. My companions were also disgruntled by the service.
