The atmosphere is great. The location near the shopping district is nice. A bit expensive and fancy for my taste. The dinner portions are too small in my opinion, but I am American, so take that for what it's worth.

It was a great experience for me. I have always been amazed by the architecture of Schauspielhaus from outside, till for a theater we had the chance to go inside and enjoy every second of the inner beauty, the theater and great atmosphere of this place. I highly recommend it and it would be a new and pleasant experience for you.

Pretty big and nice building! A lot of choices what to watch. We went for an Odissea. Big hall and wonderful decorations. Absolutely recommend!

Went with a small group including 7 kids and 6 adults, the tickets for the show also doubled as tickets for the tram so we all went with the local train system. We were seated nearer the back but as each row is slightly higher than the one in front like everyone could see and we were not so far away that we all could see, sound and lighting were perfect, and we all enjoyed it so much we have already secured our next set of tickets, highly recommended

Bit off beat with some of their 'modern pieces'. As usual within Germany, much of State run theaters get very political - all for using the hype of selling tickets. It's still a wonderful institute of the arts.
