Dutch Delicacy - De Mannen Van Kaas

This store is selling some nice Dutch delicacies and is very beautifully decorated. Walk along the store and you can try some super tasty cheeses and you’ll have a counter with fresh food. We took the pizza bread topped with Emmental cheese and onion. The taste was good, but the bread layer was too thick compared to the cheese layer. As well as all of the other products in this store, it is overpriced.

I know. I was hysterical as well lol 😂."Which one should I choose? Which oneeeee?? 🙈 Everything looks yummy! I want them aaaaaalllll!! 😂😂😂" And they all did smell yummy and tasted yummy as well lol. Finally, hubbie chose the Blue cheese, Pesto and Tomato, and me chose the Mushroom, Gouda and Herbs. I love how they made them fresh daily and how the taste combine well, intensely. The texture of the bread was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Lovely! We ordered coffee and hot chocolate as well. I love how the people here put whipped cream on top of hot chocolate. It added extra thickness to the drink. They also sell many kinds of cheese, some snacks, andd..... Cutting board (talenan), stone plate and wooden plate!! 🙈 They were so pretty, especially for fancy plating and display props. Hubbie, seeing me looking at those prop with sparkling eyes, said... "Oh gosh...even in Amsterdam, you are looking for cutting board? 🙄 Why do you have such a weird hobby of collecting cutting boards wifey 🙈?" (Trust me, that sounds more insulting in Indonesian 😂). The place was so cozy and nice. The people were so nice and friendly. They smile a lot and very passionate of what they made, which is very adorable. I will definitely be back on next trip!

A must go for cheese Lovers, they have a wide range of cheeses and you can try them all. They also have a Bakery and cheese related items. The prize is a bit overpriced tough and they told us that it wasn't necessary to keep the cheese we bought refrigerated but then the next day the cheese was already dry.

Bakery/Deli with lots of bakery goods and also lots of cheeses/dried meats and other things. We had a cheese and a meat platter down the back of the shop. Took a few minutes longer than I would of thought to get the food but after the young man brought the food over and started explaining what each thing was I realised it had just been put together with a lot of care. Didn’t skimp on the bread either!

I liked this place so much last year visiting the city that I got off the train in Amsterdam and immediately went here. The cheese samples are amazing, and the sandwiches are even better! Great prices at about 6E per sandwich which they will heat up for you

Awesome little shop. Just stumbled across it walking the streets and so glad we did. Ended getting cheese which was amazing and sandwiches that were delicious. It was a good price and we brought them back to our room to enjoy. Would definitely recommend stopping by for cheese, sausage, or a quick to go sandwich.

Cute store, but overpriced. They have very nice breads and amazing cheeses. I went twice, one time the service was very nice, the other not so much.

Cheesw awesomness! Nice tourist spot for cheese lovers. Cool wooden kitchen tools and la founde pots to buy. Wine and sandwiches available. Friendly stuff.
