Terrible business! Called them at 1030 in a snow storm to confirm what time they closed. She said 11, I arrived at 1055 with her locking the door and ignoring my knock at the window. Completely disgusting behaviour as an essential business

It was my first time in the store. Nelly was amazing!!! She really knew details about the strains I was interested in!! Absolutely loved my experience there. Highly recommend taking the time to stop in and check it out!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

"I don't recommend this store anymore. I used to like it, but every time I return for a favorite weed, they never have it in stock—it's a constant issue. Staff are mostly nice, but a few get noticeably moody or unhelpful when you ask for help. This failure in inventory and organization is clearly a management problem, and I will not shop here again if this continues. They'll lose more customers soon if they don't fix this and also don't breathe all the views you usually sometimes we'll see the higher views take them with lots of grain of salt it's not always true what they say for the higher views"

I was visiting Canada and got recommended Dutch Love. As someone who has never been to a shop before it was genuinely a great experience. Camila was so helpful and walked me through the different options. Whenever I’m back I’ll make sure to ask for Camila.

Blond haired guy with the cap who works there, extremely rude, no customer service. rushes you through your purchase, wants you out the door asap. ive had soooo many bad service experiences with this guy. He gets annoyed with simple questions. You need to teach your staff proper customer service skill. I would not recommend this dispensary to ANYONE

I would recommend weighing your purchases. I bought an ounce last night, and on a whim, weighed it out to find that I was short 5.5 grams. As a long time (now former) customer with what I thought was a good rapport at the store, I thought it would be an easy fix. The employee working the counter was pleasant enough, but after being introduced to his Manager, I was subjected to a patronizing lecture about my ignorance of the cannabis industry. He then proceeded to wash his hands of the incident, saying it was an issue between me and the manufacturer/ government. I wouldn't say he was outright rude, but his attitude did border on aggressive... as if he was being wronged. Upon being questioned about customer satisfaction, he informed me that foot traffic was infinitely more important than local regulars to his bottom line, with the clear implication that I could take my business elsewhere. Which I will. To one of the dozen other options in the neighborhood.

The people here are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Love the cleanliness of the place, displays and even the refreshing, citrus essential oil smell. Prices are right and the hours are solid. Only lame thing: they changed their name from HOBO to Dutch Love because of the backlash ie from the homeless community! lol Serious overdone political correctness. A hobo to me really is a migrant worker who rode the rails back in the 1800s! Either way, put your money here, it's a good company owned by the Donnelly Group.
