Dutch Love | Parkdale, Toronto Cannabis Dispensary

This is the worst dispensary in Toronto. I went in the other day and the girl working there was the rudest and most miserable person I've met. She's lucky I was able to control my temper because if she treated me that way outside the store, I wouldn't have been so kind. Do not go here, they don't deserve our business. You can go to Mindflower at King and Dufferin or a Native dispensary on Gwyne and Queen as they are cheaper in price and all round better.

I’ve been going to this location consistently every month for the past four years. I have always been dealt with properly every time I came there with friendly people. But today for some reason the girl working there was just unnecessarily assertive for no reason. Sign said be back in 15 min, I just arrived to the store and she told me did I not see the sign even though she just arrived back from wherever she came from. There would be no possible way for me to know be back in 15 minutes means 15 minutes with additional time to eat her lunch. The worst part about it is she gave me the wrong strain. I love the spot but I don’t appreciate the service today

I am so thankful for this shop! the staff are friendly and more than helpful if you have any questions. Affordable, good vibes. They have great selection, including store merch! Happy to them in the neighbourhood.

Dutch love is my go-to spot! Always smells amazing with a lot of variety to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and Mila was a lot of help tonight.

This WAS my local.. But after hearing they're no longer giving a discount or "Breakfast Club" deal anymore. It wasn't a big deal, I think it was 5-10% off regular priced items. They're no longer offering this because of the owner. I go there every single day, so it adds up. I wasn't even aware of it up until a year ago. So they didn't encourage it, obviously. Thr workers are all lovely, professional, and knowledgeable. But how greedy can one be? Every other pot shop I go to give you a discount if you sign up for it. I'll be going to Pop's, Mindflower, House of Bud, or Purple Moose when I'm not at home. When you show no customer appreciation, you'll stop having as many customers. It's a few more steps, but I'd rather give my business to companies that care about their customers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ *EDIT* WILL NEVER GO THERE EVEN THOUGH IVE BEEN A PATRON SINCE IT OPENED. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PRICE MATCH!!! I can buy 8 gummies of the same brand for cheaper than 4 at SUPERETTE... I'LL WALK. THE NEW GARBAGE OWNER DECIDED TO TAKE AWAY THE 'BREAKFAST CLUB' DISCOUNT. THEN SAID THEY WOULD PRICE MATCH... SHOCKING 😲 THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW!!! STILL!!T'S BEEN MONTHS!!! NOW HE'S TELLING THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEYCAN ONLY PRICE MATCH AT A CERTAIN AMOUNT... NOT HOW PRICE MATCHING WORKS!!! B.S. THE APOLOGIES YOU SEE MEANT NOTHING, ZERO HAS CHANGED ONLY GOT WORSE. I FEEL AWFUL FOR THE FANTASTIC WORKERS THERE TRYING TO EXPLAIN ILLEGAL NONSENSE. THE NEW OWNER IS DRIVING IT TO THE GROUND!!!! WHAT A SHAME!! BUT ILL BE ENJOYING MY WALKS TO DUNDAS WEST TO SUPERETTE!! That was a poor choice of the owner to do absolutely nothing for customers on regular priced items. Not all 'Specials' are great for everyone, so if you buy regular price, it's a good incentive to give a break of some sort to their patrons. **the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because the workers truly are very nice people**

I do think that Dutch love Parkdale needs to change the time they open from 9 am as Google mentioned that they open . For the past months you and also others would have to line up for the store to open at 9 and never open on time always 9:30 am Dutch love needs to be punctual with timing just saying . Also no one Nevers answers the phone 30 minutes now that I am waiting for the store to open no one is there .

This store is awesome! Closest to my house and I come here all the time. Sierra helped me with my purchase today. I was buying a new product that I've never tried before and she gave me some really great pointers on how to ingest it for best results. Thanks Sierra!
