Our server Max was honestly one of the best servers we've had. He kept checking on us refilling our drinks just very attentive. Definitely impressed and will be coming back on our next visit. Oh yeah and get the garlic fries!!! So amazing.

Google
Really good restaurant. We have Crab cake, Mai tai and Cioppino yesterday. All those are delicious. Today we have Oyster and Salmon are very good. Local Rock Cod is ok, but the fish is really fresh. Cook tail I have Mai Tai and Bloody Mary, I prefer Mai Tai, Bloody Mary is more suitable for lady. And our servicer name is Taylor, he’s really friendly. If you can’t decide what to eat, you can always ask him. And this restaurant is near sea, you can saw inland sea and Morro Rock at the window.

We walked into The Dutchie about 6pm on Wednesday evening and were able to get a table immediately. We enjoyed a very good cocktail while we looked at the menu. We ordered the steamer clams which were very good. We split a salad and both had a nice serving. My wife ordered the sole and I had the shrimp and pasta. Both were outstanding. The wine list isn't extensive but they offer some good selections. I had asked our waitress to bring my wife a treat after we finished dinner and she did it perfectly. While we enjoyed the food and service we had a wonderful view of the bay and Morro Rock. We had a wonderful experience there and will definitely go back.

Google
Really great experience! The window view was nice, really set the mood for our evening. Our waitress was on it, from cocktails to dessert. The clam chowder was good & my New York was amazing, paired well with the asparagus & mashed potatoes. Washed all of that down with a Bulleit Rye Old Fashioned. Our waitress talked us into ordering the flourless chocolate cake & I'm glad we did, that slice was AMAZING, the cream & mixed fruit (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries & raspberries) that it was served with was absolutely delicious! We will definitely make this our go-to when visiting Morro Bay.

Google
Dutchmans was a treat. My food was delicious, very fresh and full of flavor. I also ordered a delicious cocktail from the bar. My group was lucky enough to get a window seat with a beautiful view of Morro Rock. Our server was on point and arrived quickly and checked on us often.

Google
Disappointing. Tiny lil pieces of fish, tiny glass of water, hair in salad. I ordered fish and shrimp. The fish was just slightly bigger than the shrimp. Pretty pathetic for price. The water glass was like 4oz and was never able to get a refill as waitress was too busy. When I got to ty he bottom of my salad, I found a hair. Clearly someone went to work with a fresh haircut and no wash. Pretty gross! Out of concern for others, I pointed it out. They didn't seem concerned at all and simply took $3.74 off my bill. I reiterated that someone went to work with fresh cut, unwashed hair, which will result in further food contamination. Food safety was the goal, not a refund. It still appeared to be of no concern to staff. We both left hungry. Tiny portions.

Google
The view is great BUT the food is below average. The fish was frozen and had batter with no seasoning. The shrimp had same batter and no flavor. The onions rings tasted pretty good. We didn’t enjoy our food and we all agreed it was below average. The price is above average; $110 for 3 people… I highly recommend finding another restaurant if you enjoy very good food. I was a little disappointed as we read previous reviews.

Google
Loved it. Food was delicious. Servers were friendly. The view of morro rock at sunset was incredibly beautiful. We ordered the fish and chips and New England clam chowder in a bread bowl. Both were very good with emphasis on the clam chowder as it was top 5 clam chowders I’ve ever had. Not the cheapest restaurant but compared to others around it was very reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Dutchman's Seafood House is a great place that overlooks Morry Bay. It offers seafood , and sandwiches . They have very friendly staff with a good atmosphere and average prices. One complaint was that we ate here on a weekday at 11 am, so it was pretty quiet. But it took a while to get our meal. Also, the waitress brought the wrong food and she kept forgetting everything we asked for, so this was frustrating. We went on a rainy day so we couldn't see much from the window view.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a very enjoyable dinner here while visiting Morro Bay. The cioppino was very well done, with nicely cooked seafood and a reasonable price point for the ingredients. Good mussels also, nice service.

Yelp
Me and my family drove three hours just to come to this restaurant and meet our family for dinner. We had incredible service by Tyler who went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it.. myself working in food and beverage for 10+ years. I was very impressed. The food was very good. Presentation was excellent and can't beat the view. Thank you everyone from Dutchman's for your hospitality and warm welcome. We will be coming back and hopefully asking for Tyler. If possible overall service was great and great experience definitely worth the drive.

Yelp
The best meal we got when we were in Morro bay. We will definitely come back if we swing by Morro bay again. I'm going to tell everyone I know to check out this restaurant.

Yelp
Great service, amazing view, and food is always great. Dutchman's is always a great place to get good clam chowder whenever visiting.

Yelp
I wanted seafood and this fit the bill. Nice view of Morro Bay and reasonable prices. No elevated cooking here but our fried assortment of seafood (Dutchman's Platter) was happily consumed. Fish, shrimp, and calamari were battered; clam strips and onion rings were breaded and fried. We ordered oysters to start and unfortunately one of mine wasn't shucked correctly. I was chomping on some shell: not pleasant. Their deconstructed wedge salad was just ok. Service was professional.

Yelp
Lovely restaurant for dinner, the ambiance is classic American seafood oceanside restaurant which was comfortable and cozy. We had a lovely server who was very attentive and friendly. Most importantly, the food was delightful and made every one of us extremely full. Generous portions and great flavors.
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped in for the clam chowder. I wasn't too hungry so I ended up getting the kids fish and chips (which was plentiful for a kids meal). My friend got the clam chowder but added fresh crab on top. I am not a fan of clam chowder (chowder without clams isn't an option LOL), however I took a bit with the crab and it was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was super nice ... however we were being rushed as they were getting ready for the dinner shift. It's kind of annoying when the busboys are eyeballing you rushing you to finish. This is the reason I removed a star. I would go back. The fish and chips were a little greasy, but I would give it another try. But, definitely try the clam chowder with the crab on top.

Yelp
Food was delicious and service was fabulous!! Interior decor was so beautiful! Love the blue

Yelp
Service and food were excellent. We arrived right before the lunch rush and was seated at the table along the window over looking the morro rock. Our server was excellent, very sweet. Seemed like he maybe the only server that was working Easter Sunday. The menu was great, all the seafood dish that you wanted. Stated off with some of the Bloody Mary drink. Very good which is a nice way to start. The clam chowder was really good as well. Staters was the mussels and clams. Both dishes were excellent. The broth and flavor of everything was amazing. And of course the onion rings. 2 orders of it to be exact. We then had the cioppino, the salmon and mahi I believe. Everything was amazing and the flavors were perfect . Food was great, drinks was excellent, service was outstanding, and the view was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Everything here was very fresh! Especially the oysters we started off with, which were also a great size. I ordered the albacore tuna melt as my entree for dinner. It was pretty tasty! The bread was nicely toasted and the tuna inside was plentiful. Also very cheesy and creamy, but it wasn't as savory as I liked. Very good with some tobasco though! Also tried their snapper which I thought was nothing special. It was a bit overcooked and under seasoned. Their clam chowder was great though. We were seated quickly on a Thursday night around 7PM. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. A good experience overall!

Yelp
Had to check out this spot in Moro Bay Area. Great location in downtown by the waterfront. Came on a Thursday night and we had to wait about 30min. But they text you when your table is ready We weren't super hungry so got their Dutchman's platter with a variety of fried items such as fish and chips/fries and calamari. This was standard for me. As far as their chowder. It was nice and thick. Very heavy with good amount of seafood. This was definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall good food but not great

Yelp
Got here early around 6pm and there was no wait. We were able to get a seat by the window to admire the waterfront and big rock before the sun went down. Waiter was super friendly and even made jokes with us. We were hungry so asked for the food to just be served when it was ready instead of waiting for all items to come at once. All of the food was delicious. The oysters were so fresh and tasty!! The steamers of clams was still piping hot after it came out. The clam chowder was so creamy and thick and had so much filling. So so so good! I had thr prawn pasta and the prawns had no shells and was very flavorful. Enjoyed it so much that my parents came here 2 days in a row!

Yelp
One of the best fish and chips and clam chowder we had while visiting Morro Bay. The restaurant is so lovely. Plenty of indoor seating with views over the water. A large menu of different seafood options to pick from. A beautiful, relaxing place to have a meal. The Dutchman's Platter was perfect - a variety of deep-fried seafood items with crispy fries, and it was big enough for us to share. The Clam Chowder was also delicious - super creamy with a good amount of clams in it. We added on a dollop of crab, and it just made it even better. A great addition to any meal. We came for lunch, and it wasn't too busy. Staff were friendly and efficient. A great stop for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
This was an accidental find but turned out to be pretty good. Initially wanted to try either The Galley or Giovanni's Fish Market, but one didn't open until later and the other was having some issues in the kitchen. Ordered cioppino, snapper, shrimp cocktail, clam chowder, and grilled cheese sandwich (for kids). Cioppino had really good broth and came with numerous seafood, like prawns, calamari, clams, mussels, and half lobster tail. Portion was pretty good too. Snapper tasted pretty good. It was pan roasted with some vinaigrette sauce to give it little more flavor than just simply adding salt & pepper, like some places. Even the rice pilaf and veggies on this dish tasted good. Presentation was vibrant with different mix of veggies. Shrimp cocktail and clam chowder were pretty standard, but slightly better tasting than ones I had in the past. Service was good and attentive. Sat by one of the booths by the window, so had a very nice view of the harbor.

Yelp
Just ridiculous. What restaurant turns away 17 people because they'd rather serve parties or 2 and 3. We understand they can't sit a party this big but we offered to be put in different tables. They still declined us because they said they would have to block off the restaurant for 45 minutes to serve our party. What difference is that with having 4 tables of 4 and 5? So you miss out on guaranteed business for 17 just to dismiss us to be able to seat unknown parties of 2 or 3. This is what you get when you have 15 year olds trying to manage seating the in the front. Learn to run your business right and try accommodating to make money rather than being ridiculous with no good reason to explain why we can't be seated there. The kids could barely explain anything. No good reason shared because there is no good reason. Just dumb. Don't waste your time at this place EVER.

Yelp
Dear Dutchman, I like your smooth, relaxed room and your helpful servers, but much of your food disappoints. In my two visits, I have enjoyed your cioppino with its zesty broth and good selection and presentation of seafood. I am less excited about pretty much everything else that I've tried on your menu. The clam chowder, for instance, needs a serious overhaul. Soggy chunky celery? Not good. Please rinse the sand from the clams. Nearly shattered my teeth. The seafood stock or whatever you do for flavor, comes across as a mild creamy mush. Help! More flavor please. And not the neon pile of paprika or whatever that is that sits on top. Of the three or four clam chowders that I've had in Morro Bay, yours easily ranks last. (Even the oyster crackers were stale) The Panko crusted Parmesan halibut was pretty good, if a little dry. The garlic mashed potatoes are welcome and somewhat creamy. I didn't taste much garlic. The mixed vegetables are undercooked. I guess that's better than overcooked, but still the broccoli and carrots were too crunchy and tasted rushed out the door. The Seabass, a special, was serviceable, and OK. More interesting is the flavorful rice pilaf, which complements the fish. TLDR: Cioppino is good, but the two fish entrees are forgettable. I really liked our recent server, Josie. She had solid, helpful answers and details about the food and wine. Your prices are reasonable, service is attentive, and I really like the vibe of the main room. I wish I liked your food more. I've been twice in the last two years, including this week. Hope things take a big turn soon in your kitchen. There are too many restaurants in MB to settle for 'meh'.

Yelp
Arg mate! This place is great! And I'll give it an 8/8! Location: it is located in downtown Morro Bay! Parking: sparse during prime time! Good luck! Atmosphere: The interior is spacious with a great view of Morro Bay Rock! Staff: Friendly! Food: 98% amazing! We got fresh oysters, clam steamers, ahi poke, and fish and chips. My favorites were the oysters and the fish and chips. The oysters were so fresh. It tasted scrumptious with the tartar and horse radish sauce. The fish and chips were also amazing. The cod fish were fresh and fried to perfection! The clam steamer is good, but the soup is a bit on a bland side. My least favorite was the ahi poke. The poke was fresh, but there were so many wontons and sauces and so little fish. The proportion is not right and the sauces really take away the flavors of the fish! Plus, the wontons were a bit undercooked and the pieces can be bigger. Here are my ratings: -Oysters 10/10 - Clam steamers 7/10 - Ahi poke 6/10 - Fish and chips 10/10 Overall: Great seafood restaurant! I'd definitely stop by again when I am in town!

Yelp
Every time we visit Morro Bay, Dutchmans is one of our go to restaurants. However, we stopped for Mother's Day lunch and one of the specials was a crab and shrimp grilled cheese. Seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever had and I wish they would have it permanently on the menu. It was flavorful and buttery. The service was great. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Will always recommend.

Yelp
Yes!!!!!! Just an absolute yes!!! This clam chowder really hit the spot. It was creamy but with just the right consistency. The sour dough was made to perfection with an overall mouth watering spectacular dish. It's extremely rare ( in my opinion) to get a really good clam chowder bowl especially when one's so used to the SF bowls, it's pretty hard to compete but this one is definitely a side by side. The view was so perfect. Especially for a family date. The weather was warm with a slight breeze as we did decide to take a seat outside. Our beautiful, breathtaking view was of morrows massive rock that's sits right in the ocean. Light music from the man sitting near by playing the saxophone. It's was just a really well shared moment with the family. Service was super fast and the girl whom served us was super sweet and upbeat. Great personality and ensured we had all our condiment. This restaurant is sitting right off the pier, adjacent to little souvenir shops.

Yelp
Great place to eat! Came out here for Father's day weekend. Someone at our hotel recommended this place and I can see why they did. Great place all around. We were able to find parking across the street. The view is gorgeous, especially during the sunset. The staff is very friendly and service was great. I started off with a cup of clam chowder. It was delicious! Loaded with flavor. I definitely recommend it. It was my fave! I would do a bowl of this for dinner and be satisfied. We also had some oysters. They were fresh and also delicious and fresh. No fishy taste. I also had the snapper. It was good as well. Good portion and taste. It was a pleasant experience all around. There are little shops you can explore while you are waiting to be seated. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed! Excellent food, service and great view! We also had the Clam Chowder and it was very good! I make Clam Chowder so I'm really picky about it and it's very good.

Yelp
Second time visiting this restaurant while driving up north from LA. The quality of seafood is amazing and the portions are big. I got the tomato based seafood bowl that came with garlic bread and there was so much meat. Bang for your buck. Always a pleasure to stop here. And the otters playing I. The water are so cute. What a view.

Valeria A.

Yelp
On a week long road trip, we decided to stop by. I had the shrimp cocktail for appetizer. It was decent I'd say 6/10. I also had the New York strip steak. The steak had way to much grease didn't have much taste. The mashed potatoes had a hair. I wasn't so happy with my experience but the claw chowder was really good. I'd recommend that. My mom had the cioppino. She said the sauce was a little greasy but still very good. 8/10 My brother had the prawn pasta. He said it was alright. 6/10
google avatar

Olee L.

Yelp
Best location for your sunset dinner. Service and great and food comes perfectly cook! All entree comes with chowder or salad. Both are of good quality. Cheery tomato and cucumber are so fresh! One is sweet, the other super crunchy! We had: 1. House white wine 2. Cioppino: come with lobster tail! So surprised. 3. Blackened seabass. 4. Bay scallops and bay shrimps Alfredo pasta with garlic toast. There is parking on site. View of morro bay is very nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice large serving of fish. Breading was crisp and the fish was moist and tasty. Fries were ok. Their tarter sauce was perfect with a little lemony flavor to it. Great views and the server was very attentive. Price is right within the range you'd expect for The Embarcadero.
google avatar

Carla I.

Yelp
Friendly staff and good food. Had the fried calamari which was delicious. Cup of chowder and half club was fantastic as well, hit the spot.

Yelp
First time here. When we came to Morro Bay, the wind was blowing so hard that it was impossible to eat outside so we found refuge here. We enjoyed the service and ambiance. We started with steamers and some delicious crusty bread. The kids ordered their usual from the kids menu (chicken fingers and cheeseburgers). The adults enjoyed fish and chips and the seafood gumbo. This was a nice little lunch by the ocean!

Grandpa C.

Yelp
Meal tasted outstanding, service was impeccable, wonderful view with moored sailboats, Morro Rock, etc., from my table. Server Ellie L was kind, courteous, personable, helpful, prompt, couldn't ask for more or better. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant. Petrale Sole looked and tasted delicious. Key Lime Pie followed with a pot of hot green tea made the meal perfect.
google avatar

Krissy P.

Yelp
A visit to the coast generally calls for seafood. We ordered takeout to share in our vacation rental. In general, we were all satisfied. I had the cioppino and shared a shrimp cocktail. My son enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, garlic bread, and some fried fish. My mother had the clam chowder and a bread bowl. She said this chowder did not disappoint. My husband and father both had the fish and chips. There were few complaints. I would definitely visit again. Portions were very fair and the flavors were there.
google avatar

Shanna M.

Yelp
We got here on a Sunday around 3:30pm for an early dinner. The host who sat us offered us a window seat but it was really bright so I asked for another table and he looked at me and said "Why?" I explained that the table he was trying to give us was right near the window and really bright and he just said okay and let us go to another table. I was really put off by this exchange and contemplated leaving all together but my husband encouraged me to give this place a chance. We ordered the clam chowder with added dungeoness crab, the seafood louis salad and the seafood platter. No complaints about the food. All of it was really, really good, which is the reason for my rating. Our waitress however, seemed really distracted, took our order, dropped our food and never returned. We waited about 15 minutes after finishing eating to get our check and leave.
google avatar

Bryan T.

Yelp
Do not put your crab cakes on a bed of tartar sauce! It does not mention it on the menu. I love crab cakes , but you made them disgusting by placing them in a puddle of tartar sauce.... Stop this horrid mistake. I would understand if you mentioned this in the menu.... But it says nothing of this sort! Do better! Also we had to get our own menus. Staff not attentive to customers. Can't just get by on your view. We'll see if we'll be back.... ‍
google avatar

Yelp
Staying in Morrow Bay and decided to pop in for dinner. A gorgeous view of Morrow Rock and a handful of boats in the harbor. My waiter Tyler was attentive and had great suggestions. All the food was delecious. Ordered the salmon with rice and vegetables on the side. Tried the clam chowder with crab and shrimp as a topping. Although its was good, I realize I prefer just the simple clam chowder.
google avatar

Yelp
Very accommodating to us parents and a group of 25 staff and high school volleyball boys. Food was perfect with the variety of food for all. Staff was pleasant to all, as I know. Thank you Dutchman's. Definitely will return.

Yelp
Great service and fantastic food. Never disappointed. Went a month ago for chowder tasting contest tasting I have with my partner in crime. Then bffs bday last night was wonderful!!

Yelp
The food was so good on Tuesday night that we went back on Thursday for lunch and ordered the same meals. I had the best grilled rock fish (fish of the day) tacos were fresh and delicious! My husband loved all the fish on his Captain Mark's Combo: (fried shrimp, fish, oysters, calamari.) Both times the service was excellent! Such nice lady's. We were in a hurry Thursday at lunch because we had to get back to a Senior Softball Tournament game and I they got our meals to us so fast! Looking forward to returning from San Jose to Morro Bay and your wonderful restaurant soon.

Yelp
We have often visited the shops in the building where Dutchman's is, but this trip, we decided to try the restaurant...best decision of the day! The decor is clean, fresh, simple, and beautiful. The most lovely views of Morro Rock and the bay, and the fantastic service made this visit awesome! Enjoyed the Asian Style Dutchman's Bowl & Dutchman's House Salad. Flavors were on point, textures varied...soooo happy! Also ordered & enjoyed at our table was the Grilled Rock Fish Tacos. Other awesome tidbit- when they take your name down for a table, you are notified via text when it's ready. Loved, loved, loved the entire experience & we most definitely return!

Yelp
While the food was relatively good, I may not be back. I ran into my server in the bathroom and they left without washing their hands. Do they really need to post a big sign in the bathroom that says "Employees Must Wash Hands." I felt so paranoid eating my food at that point. If you care to read on, I ordered the prawn pasta which was delicious in the creamy tomato sauce. The fish and chips were ok. The fish was not firm and was more on the soft mushy side. The clam chowder was thick and decent. I did not get sick but still had an icky feeling many hours later. The restaurant is located right in the main tourist area. Employees need training on restaurant hygiene practices.

Yelp
The ciopinno came out piping hot and I love that! Full of mussels, clams, and a lobster tail. My husband had the halibut and it was ok. We had the ahi nachos and those stole the show!!!!! So good! Drinks were great too

Dev S.

Yelp
Amazing happy hour. Their calamari is crispy and the sweet and spicy sauce that comes with it pairs perfectly. The Baja Fish tacos are perfectly seasoned and a great deal. Hector, the bartender was very attentive and was able to have a very great conversation with. He gave great recommendations for things to do, places to see, as well as places to stay while I was here.

Yelp
My fiancé and I are spending some time in the area and had this eatery on our list to check out! We arrived around 630P and did not have a reservation. We were able to get seated immediately in the high bar tables - this was great! Monday night football was on too so we didn't mind sitting there at all. We ordered a pitcher of beer and firecracker shrimp to start off. Holy moly, the shrimp was amazing! Just the right amount of seasoning and the shrimp itself was delicious! I ordered a bowl of clam chowder topped with crab while my fiancé ordered the calamari and chips plate. We both devoured our meals. The clam chowder is SO GOOD. I would highly recommend getting this - whether you get a cup or bowl. Top it with crab too!! My fiancé loved the calamari too. I even tried some and it was one of the best I've had in a while! Aside from food, the restaurant was a great environment and the service was pretty amazing. This place did not disappoint at all! I would definitely come back here again.

Yelp
My fiancé & I are staying in town for the weekend & found Dutchman's at the top of the list on Yelp for restaurants in our area. We totally get why it's at the top of the list, it was an awesome find & a great restaurant. We showed up around 6:30, no reservation. We were told around a 35 minute was initially on a Friday evening, but was closer to around 15-20. We got seated & our server was super nice. We started with the crab cakes, & oh my gosh I could've eaten 4 plates of these & gone home happy! They were delicious. I ended up getting the salmon plate with potatoes instead of rice pilaf (diet restriction) & my fiancé got the halibut plate with double veggies. We each got a cup of clam chowder, mine was as is & my fiancé ordered his with crab & shrimp. The clam chowder was fantastic, again I probably could've eaten a bowl of this & been very happy but we wanted to try more items on the menu. My main course was delicious, the salmon was tender & the mashed potatoes were great. I wish the veggies were seasoned a bit more but they were still nice & tender. I like steamed veggies so it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed the halibut a bit more than the salmon, it was even more tender & had great flavor. Our server got a kick out of how fast my fiancé ate his food lol. Over all the dinner was great, we will definitely be back! It was super foggy so we have to come back to see the view of the bay

Yelp
The food was excellent but really this review is about the service. Tyler might be the best server I have ever encountered. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable & made great recommendations. I tried the sand dabs at Tyler's suggestion and it was delicious. If you're ever in Morro Bay, stop by this place and ask for Tyler.

Yelp
The albacore tuna melt was absolutely delicious!! The view I saw while eating it was equally amazing!!

Yelp
The food and service was amazing! My boyfriend and I were in the area to visit Morro Bay and check it off our list of places to see in our lifetime. Our wait was about 20 minutes long, but so worth it! Who knew this place would be our dinner spot prior to our engagement?! We had THE ABSOLUTE BEST clam chowder I have ever had in my entire life. I am usually not a fan of clam chowder, but there was something special about this one. Their calamari is one of the best I've tried as well! If there's anything you should get on the menu, it's these two items! The service was amazing. I wasn't able to catch our server's name, but he was very enthusiastic and offered dishes that complimented what we ordered, he had a peppy smile and attitude which was pleasant to have. It's no wonder Morro Bay/SLO is known for their hospitality. The ambiance gave diner vibes as that was exactly what it was. It was nice being seated by the window with the view of the water with seals and the view of Morro Rock as well. I would definitely come back again for the clam chowder bowl! Don't forget to add crab for extra texture and taste.

Yelp
Everything was fantastic once we got past the Hostess stand. Researched the restaurant on Yelp and saw that they do not take reservations. We walked to the restaurant from our Airbnb on a Monday night around 7PM. The Hostess said it would be about a 20 minute wait. We asked if we could wait at the bar and grab a drink. She said, "No, the bartender is overwhelmed." So we waited and waited. A group of three walked up and the restaurant was expecting their group (reservations?), but were 15 min early, so they asked if they could get some drinks at the bar and she said YES! Umm, okay. We wait a few minutes more, at a 30 minute wait now, and another couple comes up. They ask if they can wait at the bar and the Hostess says yes to them as well. Then she says, "Oh, you two can go in and wait at the bar too". Before we could order anything, the couple that arrived just after us and us were seated. Why not a terrible rating? Once seated, the service was AMAZING, the food was also. Great location. Highly recommend swinging by there and getting on "the list" at the Hostess stand and go shopping or grab a drink somewhere else. It's worth the wait. The poke nachos was a great start. Cesar salad with grilled chicken was also delicious. Clean women's rest room.

Yelp
Great Happy Hour! Friendly staff. Food was good. We had two chowder bowls with crab added on top. We could see the ocean from our seats so perfect location.
