It is located on the banks of the Neva River, with beautiful view of the river, about a 6-minute drive from St. Isaac's Cathedral. We had breakfast service in the room. The service was impeccable and the meals were plentiful. The extra bed was not a bed at first, but they changed it as soon as we requested. The shower in our room had problems, but they changed our room to one with a wonderful view. The staff was very helpful with our requests! It was perfect! This is the part that is worth highlighting: the entire team is to be congratulated for their professionalism and the hospitable way in which they work. Everything was handled with care and attention and we were truly delighted. Whoever hires and trains this team deserves to be congratulated. It was our first experience in Russia, with all the language difficulties and no internet access in the city, but the hotel staff were fantastic and we cannot thank them enough. We would certainly recommend it to anyone!

We had an unforgettable stay as a couple at Trezzini Palace Hotel in Saint Petersburg. The hotel is truly luxurious, housed in a beautifully restored palace with elegant Baroque-style interiors. The service was impeccable—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel special.||||Our room offered a stunning view of one of the city's iconic bridges that opens at midnight, right in front of the hotel. The location is excellent, right on the Neva River, within walking distance to many key attractions.||||Breakfast was exceptional, with a rich variety of options including different styles of eggs, fresh coffee, cheeses, and fruits. It was easily the best breakfast we’ve had at any hotel.||||Overall, Trezzini Palace combines luxurious comfort, superb service, and a prime location to create a truly memorable experience for couples visiting Saint Petersburg!!!

This hotel is totally surprised me，it has very nice view ，just near the bridge and river，also the room has nice decorate ，must important thing is you can almost walking to every scenic spot （city walk LOL）.and Large breakfast portions😂😂I didn't think it was that much. 。and polite people.

For our wedding anniversary we chose this hotel and it couldn´t have been a better choice. Pick-up at the airport with a S-model from Mercedes with the most competent and helpful driver. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, meticulously clean. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, the staff most friendly and I want to especially mention the porter at the door who was really dedicated to his job. There is always chocolate at the reception and plenty of water in the room and everywhere in the hotel. All in all it was luxury pure and we will be back. Thanks for a very memorable stay.

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and impeccably designed. The customer service was wonderful, and every employee was focused on customer service. The restaurant served excellent breakfast (included in the price) and dinner. Finally, the location was in a nice part of town, off of the beaten path but close by the major attractions. We would love to come stay again!

We stayed here for 2 nights in early September, and were extremely happy with our choice. Absolute splendour awaits from the moment you walk through the front door. Delicious Belgian chocolates and sparkling wine are offered in reception, and we were accompanied to our amazing room/suite after check-in. The appointment of the rooms gives an impression of staying in a royal residence - furniture and fittings are top level and the bed is sure to be one of the most comfortable you ever sleep in. After arriving from the Hilton in Moscow, breakfast was (only) slightly disappointing in selection/ambience, however we appreciated this is a small and independent hotel. Location good, several good restaurants nearby and a very pleasant stroll to the main sights. Highly recommended, we'd definitely stay here again when in St. Petersburg next.
