We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, great rooms and a lovely breakfast. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager went above and beyond assisting us with posting some items home prior to us commencing our Camino. Breakfast was given to us earlier than advertised to help us get an early start. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Good location. The lady at the reception is indeed very helpful and friendly. ||For the services provided, the fees are just too exorbitant. The building needs extensive renovation because it is very old. The bathroom does not follow the guidelines for health and safety, the twin bedroom is too small, and the walls are covered in dust.

We had two rooms booked for a night on our way to Southern France. It was perfect and the people were so, so helpful....we didn't speak French and the guy who helped us could speak very good English. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The only thing is some rooms are up a few flights of stairs, so if you have a problem with stairs could be tricky....this didn't worry us at all but it is something to be aware of. For good clean rooms and friendly staff wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The hotel is situated on the edge of the old town and was a perfect spot to get to all the sites. The hotel doesn't have parking onsite but when you book ask for a parking spot and they take your car and park it for you.

We called in here for 4 nights before we started our Camino. Great value hotel. Good central location. Short walk from station if your coming on train. 5 minutes approx. Rooms are bright and importantly very clean. Right next to main road but windows have great double glazing so you shut out road noise completely. The owners are really friendly and helpful as are all the staff. Easy walk to local restaurants and not that long a walk to the cathedral and statue of the Virgin Mary. No lift so if access is a problem then maybe an issue but that's the only issue. Ask for a room on lower floor.

A rest stop while walking the Camino so looking for an inexpensive stay. This place fit the bill - rooms smallish but adequate - clean and comfortable bed. Very well located close to the main sights and to services for replenishing the backpacks. Did not have breakfast as there are many Cafes close by. No air-conditioning in the rooms (may be a problem if visiting in summer), but large windows to cool the room at night. Good wifi.

Very welcoming despite lack of English. It's amazing what you can do with bad French and sign language! Very convenient location on edge of old town and 5-10 mins walk from station. They were charging 63 Euros for a double room including breakfast but we paid a bit less as we had breakfast elsewhere. Happy to look after luggage the next day while we looked round. We stayed 2 nights and it was comfortable though we could have done with a bit more storage space. Would go back

My husband and I stayed at the Dyke Hotel in Le Puy for two nights in June. It was a very good value. We had parking, a nice room with a modern, ample bathroom, great location in terms of attractions and restaurants, nice breakfast, and a warm, helpful staff. It is on a busy street, but by the time we went to bed both nights, it was very quiet.

Stayed there for 2 night's, the room was very clean, it is a bit small but didn't bother me. The hotel is in a very good location in the town centre. Parking can be difficult, the owners gave up their space outside so we could park right outside the hotel. Weekends it is free but weekdays you may need to find a space a bit further away as parking in the town centre is limited to 2 hours I think. It is not a big town so you can find some parking a short walk away probably. Would visit again happily.
