Came here for the weekend for my partners 40th Birthday. We had a wonderful time, although didn’t spend too much time at the hotel. Hotel is in the perfect location to the strip! ||We stayed A/I from Thursday to Monday. Room was great and clean. We paid extra for a sky room on one of the top floors… the views were amazing!! The drinks work on a token basis and will only serve you one drink at a time which is a bit of a pain! Food was great!||I defo wouldn’t recommend this hotel as a family hotel as it seemed full of hen/stags etc! So as you can imagine there were a few states here 🤪

I would strongly avoid this hotel at all costs ,staff & reception are very rude abrupt at all times !! There is no welcoming feeling when entering they are all busy on there mobile phones . When you ask them something how dare you they look at you like your stupid & then speak to there right hand man about you clearly .||I had blood on my sheets that was not from me ,the hotel room wasn’t clean I know it’s Benidorm & it’s cheap this place wow . Restaurant food wasn’t the best was something for everyone to eat though .||The entertainment guy was about the only delight in this place always had smile on his face & couple of the restaurant staff were freindly.||Also advise you to lock away everything even if it is costume jewellery the cleaners have very sticky fingers !! One lady with her partner & 2 young kids got her phone stolen & another got his money card stolen to be told when police arrived there is nothing they can do . ||I have been to Benidorm a few time but if this was my first rodeo here it would have put me off , just be very careful & keep everything close by you at all times .

I am at the dynastic hotel now and it has been lovely. I had read all the reviews but don’t listen to them. You make your own holiday. It is my son’s birthday today and we had not told them but we have put banners and balloons in the room and they left him bubbly and chocolates. What a lovely thing to do. Thank you Dynastic team it is a lovely holiday x

Just an average hotel. Rooms where alright, food was hit and miss. Pool area is not worth it. Small pool, in the shade a lot. ||Hotel when booking said no stag or hen dos, however there were many and they were disruptive at times, drunk men not taking the hint to leave people alone, running around the corridors loudly in the early hours. ||Location is great. It's not far from the beach, waterpark 15 minutes walk away.||Some of the staff were so rude. We ordered drinks at lunch, asked if a drink was available, he didn't understand so we asked for some lemonade, he comes back and slams the glass on the table, he was the. Rude to another family. Some of the staff were really rude to the children who were playing and running around outside. |||Be careful here as there was reports and people kicking off about money and other items going missing from rooms, saw the police visit twice in the week there, due to this.

Hotel Dynastic. Well it's okay. Nothing really to shout about. Rooms are very basic and so is the facilities but the one thing I would like to say is the staff! They are amazing! We have come on holiday with a 11 month old and everyone has been amazing. To helping with our daughter at meal times and just always being happy and smiley.

This hotel was very dirty and our room saw no sunshine for an entire week. The balcony below can only be described as a giant ashtray. Love holidays charged me for half board but we received room only. Neither hotel nor provider are prepared to accept responsibility

I heard terrible things about this hotel was dreading coming. But we are very pleased hotel is very clean food is good to. First time I have never had trouble getting a sunbed compared to other hotels & very spacious pool area. The sun is at pool all day long love it 😀

Have stayed here 3 times over the years, very enjoyable. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, slightly basic but it's hot benidorm so not that important. Food is great, we go all inclusive, worth it. Our go to place. Pool is good and has a good kids area and shade which you can need.
