I can't complain at all about this hotel. Honest review of a family holiday. Had a great stay at the dynastic. It's a bit dated but apart from that its a brilliant hotel. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The food was fantastic, far better than other hotels in benidorm. The staff all seemed to do a great job and entertainment was fun every night. And last thing is the location was excellent, right next to loads of restaurants, bars and beach. Would recommend.

Wouldn't stop anywhere else in Bennidorm, From the top to the bottom the staff are super accommodating. If there is any way of helping or assisting they're there to make it happen . Food is top notch every thing to choose from. We have been stopping here for the last 7 years recommended. Local to bus routes accessibility perfect. Sad to say adious tomorrow, but back in August God willing. Miss you till August.xx

Great location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

I came for my hen as I came last year for my birthday and I really enjoyed it so I thought why not go again and I did for my hen party . The rooms were spacious , very clean and tidy Always smelt amazing The hotel was just very clean Food was amazing too drinks where amazing The staff were very friendly particularly the manager he was very friendly Because we read online the hotel was strictly no hen parties we was worried we was going to be kicked out but that wasn’t the case. Every single staff member we spoke to were friendly I would recommend this place to other people Thank you for having us can’t wait to come again

Brilliant Week at the Dynastic Hotel – Perfect for a Fun Getaway Just got back from a week at the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm with my mates, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was spot on — relaxed during the day, lively in the evenings, and exactly what you want when you’re away with friends. The food was rich, varied, and genuinely good. There was always plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and tasty. Whether it was breakfast to set us up for the day or dinner after being out by the pool, we were never disappointed — and definitely never hungry. The all-inclusive package made the whole experience even better. No worrying about extras, no counting drinks — just enjoying the holiday properly. It gave us the freedom to fully switch off and focus on having a great time. One of the highlights for us was the evening entertainment at the bar. Instead of a standard show, they ran different games every night, which made it so much more interactive and fun. It really brought everyone together, created a great atmosphere, and gave us plenty of laughs. It wasn’t just something to watch — it was something to be part of. Overall, the Dynastic Hotel gave us exactly what we wanted: good food, great value, a lively atmosphere, and a week full of brilliant memories. If you’re heading to Benidorm with friends and want a place where you can relax, eat well, and enjoy fun evenings without even leaving the hotel — this is it. We’d happily book again.

Firstly I travel a lot from budget chains to 4 or 5 stars so have reasonable expectations. Good communication before arrival. Smooth check in. Bed was a bit soft but that's personal preference. I was half board but didn't make breakfast. Twice i swapped to lunch with good choices. Saturday evening many tapas choices including king prawns. Still water only available in 1.5l but they will mark room number for reuse. Balcony was a great sun trap late morning early afternoon. I don't know if any rooms are shower only instead of over bath but that would be my preference. Would definitely return

If it wasn’t for the food, I would honestly give this hotel -5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We came at 12pm to check in and were told the room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm — with no apology whatsoever. We went back several times to check, but the staff seemed completely unbothered. It almost felt like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there. At 5pm, I had to firmly explain that my child was extremely tired after an early flight and needed to rest. I made it clear that if the room was not ready, we would look for another hotel and request a full refund. Miraculously, the room became available shortly after. Unfortunately, the room was dirty and very outdated. The sockets were half broken, the furniture was old-fashioned, and there was visible mould in the shower. The main issue was the door lock, which wasn’t working. We reported it multiple times and were told someone would come, but no one showed up until the next day. Again, I had to speak firmly and mention moving hotels and requesting a refund before someone finally came — and interestingly, it was fixed within 30 minutes. Why did it take threats of leaving to resolve basic issues? We booked all-inclusive, but the drinks were poor quality with very limited choices. The most surprising part was that although the SPA was included, we had to pay extra for basic things — £3 to rent a towel, €9 to use the rusty gym, and €12 for the indoor swimming pool. I understand that massages or treatments can cost extra, but charging for the gym and indoor pool is something I’ve never experienced before, and I’ve travelled to many countries. The outdoor swimming pool was also small — even my 9-year-old noticed that. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel received 4 stars. The service and welcome were not worth the money. The only positive thing I can say is about the food — when you work with fresh products, it’s hard to go wrong, and that was the only safe part of this stay. This was our first and definitely last time staying in Dynasty hotel.Benidorm The place itself is beautiful to visit and for sure very soon we will be back, but unfortunately, this hotel made the start of our holiday very stressful and worthless.

Second time staying here and very happy both times. The staff are friendly, pleasant and helpful. The food is unbelievable (fantastic). The rooms are all that you need...bed, bathroom, balcony. They are cleaned daily and the beds are bigger than most hotel single beds and comfortable. Would I stay here again ? 100% I would. Great location for beach, bars, entertainment, nightlife 5****** from me

I stayed at the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm in May this year. The hotel is located in the newer, Rincon de Loix part of Benidorm, and is about a 10 minute walk from the sea. The hotel offers half board, full board and all inclusive packages and I booked this as an all inclusive hotel. I am glad I did given how awful the Euro to pound rate has been this year! The hotel has a large marble lobby which offers free WiFi for your laptop. This isn't available in rooms so its useful to be able to bring your laptop down to surf if need be. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern and have large balconies. We found our room to be comfortable although the shower was a little temperamental. Food was of a high standard - I didn't have one meal I didn't enjoy and there was plenty of variety. The hotel has two pools - a kids pool and the regular pool. Both are pretty small but there were plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment was fun but you had to want to get involved to make it so! The entertainment staff were very good and made an attempt to get to know the guests. We had a great time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.
