This hotel was great from start to finish, the room was lovely and clean and cleaned daily and beds made with fresh towels everyday. The food in the restaurant was good not amazing but good. The entertainment staff tried their hardest with what they was working with and we had some good laughs. The outdoor pool was crap and tiny for the size of the hotel that could be made bigger and better that would put it a 5* from me. The indoor spa on the other hand was amazing the all inclusive allowed you to go in once then you had to pay on the occasions after but worth the money.

This is the second time i have come to this hotel and each time its an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. First coming into the hotel reception was smiling and polite, hotel is always clean and tidy. The food is a lovely buffet style, each night there is something different but some foods are there constantly, like chips, a form of pasta, salads etc. Recently i have been going to the bar in the restaurant and Pilar and marlene are very helpful and serve us with a smile, very polite. All the staff in the hotel have been kind, always made to feel welcome and not a bother at all. I am very happy with coming here and will continue to come here.

Just spent 10 days here with 2 children aged 9 and 3. The staff who work around the clock are an absolute credit to this hotel. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels, bedding and always looked great when they were done. The bar staff down on the lowest floor were honestly amazing. Great with kids and nothing was to much trouble especially a young girl with a long pony tail (didn't have a name tag on) went above and beyond every time she was on service. The food was great can't fault a meal with different types of food every night. My only complaint there wasn't enough for children the pool was good with a great splash pad but entertainment for them was a little late (starting at 9pm). 5 minutes walk to the beach in a great location with everything around you. Id definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here without spending the absolute earth. Would definitely come again

Lovely hotel, Absolutely amazing service. Enjoyed our stay. The only downside which is no fault of the hotels was the lack of sun after 1pm due to other hotels blocking it out. But we headed out down the beach to catch the rays anyway. Overall though I would recommend this hotel.

Would have scored higher but, the pool was ice cold every day, I won a free spa day but you get a very limited "spa" experience and the food is extremely overpriced, and not very good, if you are not all inclusive. I would recommend staying here for a short holiday but anything over 5 -7 nights go elsewhere, it will be cheaper and you might get a warmer pool. Poor kids were blue lipped after 10 minutes. The food is extremely bland, not at its greatest and is left out cooling a lot longer than it should be. The entertainment was ok but not brilliant and for 2 photos of the reptiles it was €20. Please do not try to get a photo on your mobile of your child with them as you will be STERNLY told off, as one gentleman found out.

Overall rating 2/10 - that’s being kind and based on the location being close to the beach and shops, - food is edible but not great, very repetitive. - the cleaning staff used my bank card to top up their mobile phone, my bank sent me texts messages and fraud alert blocked my card. (This was hidden in my handbag, in my suitcase zipped up, hidden under the bed) £10 went through they then tried twice again for £20 a time which declined. - entertainment very poor, no children’s show or real entertainment. Not a soul actually sat in there. - drinks are all terrible, the fizzy drinks are flat and warm. (Taste like the gas has gone in the pumps) - alcoholic drinks from the all inclusive is bare minimum, lots of drinks not included. - lift waiting times could be waiting around 10 mins (we needed the lift as a family with a double stroller) - pool area was minimum the pool is only 3ft deep the whole way round. it only gets a few hours in the sun first thing in the morning then it’s pretty much redundant after 12 midday as all shaded. - also the bar staff tried to decline our access to drinks at 12pm on the Sunday even though we left Monday morning, they said if you go at the night it finishes 12pm that day. - no ice lollys for the children available on all inclusive these was needed to be paid for additionally. €3.50 each for 1. Ice pops was given. - it was a pointless all inclusive really as we drank water & went out every evening to watch shows at other hotels and paid for drinks.

room was spacious and the concept for the lifts is very good for security as can only really access the floor your staying on with card to your room, Drinks for all inclusive was decent, Food was very repetitive if been honest, superior room we stayed in was cleaned when needed but standard of cleaning was not the best, pile of sand on balcony from beach for 8 days out of the 10 we was there not cleaned. Good variety of English channels on tv if needed. Overall Average 3star at best, Sun around pool is from around 10am -13.30pm as tall buildings around complex, Staff all very good and go above and beyond on reception and restaurant and bars,, if your after a quick get away and somewhere to rest your head for a stag or hen group weekend its in an ideal location.

I good hotel in a good location. Great value for money and perfect for friends and families. Food is good with fantastic options with excellent clean surroundings. Air conditioning was good with thermostats in your room. The pool was not the biggest but also not the smallest. Which was fine and did the job. Also has a children’s pool and an on site spar. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back….

I stayed at the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm in May this year. The hotel is located in the newer, Rincon de Loix part of Benidorm, and is about a 10 minute walk from the sea. The hotel offers half board, full board and all inclusive packages and I booked this as an all inclusive hotel. I am glad I did given how awful the Euro to pound rate has been this year! The hotel has a large marble lobby which offers free WiFi for your laptop. This isn't available in rooms so its useful to be able to bring your laptop down to surf if need be. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern and have large balconies. We found our room to be comfortable although the shower was a little temperamental. Food was of a high standard - I didn't have one meal I didn't enjoy and there was plenty of variety. The hotel has two pools - a kids pool and the regular pool. Both are pretty small but there were plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment was fun but you had to want to get involved to make it so! The entertainment staff were very good and made an attempt to get to know the guests. We had a great time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.
