Food first class Cleanliness very good. Rooms could do with a wee tidy Marks on bedroom wall. Bathroom door didn't shut and air conditioning wasn't very good in our room. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Location great. If 3 people were sharing I would recommend upgrading to a superior room as they are a lot bigger. But overall great hotel. Would come back here.

When we first got here we were really disappointed with the rooms. Air conditioning wasn’t working and the rooms felt dirty in general. We had arrived at around 3am and staff were so unhelpful, we asked for some water and they told us we had to go to the shop to get it - we were in all inclusive. We eventually sorted the rooms by paying for an upgrade, which made our experience a lot better. On a more positive note, the entertainment team were AMAZING! Especially Javier and Laura, they made our experience at this hotel the best. From the day we arrived to the day we left they made us feel comfortable and made us play every activity they had, which was so enjoyable. The food was basic, there was something for everyone to eat. Staff could’ve been a lot more helpful in the restaurant, but we got basic service from them. Once our rooms had been sorted they were good and the air con was a life saver! Again i can’t express how amazing the entertainment team were with us, they made the holiday unforgettable!!

The pillow in my room was not very comfortable, a bit too hard, would have preferred 2smaller pillows . Air conditioning was not the best but this is not a criticism as the weather has been extremely hot so maybe it can’t cope. Keeping curtains closed and door shut helps and leave the room key card in the slot all day keeps the air con on so it’s cool when you return. Cleanliness of the hotel excellent and food delicious and we only had breakfast

Was a little bit unsure after reading negative reviews and also my husband booked this after staying there for a boy's weekend away, so not sure what to expect. The food was excellent, really good choice every day. Staff really friendly and helpful. The coin system the hotel uses for outdoor drinks is a really good Idea as you are not seeing glasses left by beds or on tables. Also the lifts somebody mentioned I think really works well as you are not waiting for lifts going to all floors . My only negative is I think the hotel is slightly dated but everything else makes up for that . If I stay in this area again I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend.

We last came here 6 years ago with a bigger group .. the food buffet is exceptional.. no complaints atall .the location is fantastic and no need for taxis as walking distance to the beach and main strip.The entertainment was non existent and what there was, took place inside!? A bar member (can’t remember the young man’s name) was a joy to listen to .. he should be on stage with his amazing singing..3 adults to a small room is frustrating as nowhere to put your suitcases or to move around easily . 2 chairs on the balcony is relating to 2 guests I’m guessing? Cleaning was minimal . Woodwork on the bathroom & fridge door needs replacing .. general lick of paint around the hotel would be great . Staff member Sharon was a joy as always smiling & welcoming . Unfortunately we shall be using a different hotel next time

Stayed 3 nights at Dynastic. Was upgraded to a superior room. Staff all over hotel very pleasant. Felt very safe as security on all night. Food good. Did not go all inclusive as we were out a lot. I have stayed twice before and it is always excellent for what you pay.

Well what can I say. Most staff rude and un helpful some were really good. Like a prison have a card for your lift and can only go where your card is linked to so my daughter or family couldn't come to our room unless we went down to fetch them. Pool absolutely tiny pool bar served through a window very little choice for all inclusive on your drinks. Rooms horrible with vile brown blankets kettle in room no cups or tea or coffee had to buy a cup. Fridge was warm Rooms not very clean shower freezing then boiling very dangerous. asked for towels 3 times and still didn't get them not one person came to clean our room. Says daily room service that didn't happen. Spa you have to buy a swimming hat before you can go in and outdated and dirty in there. Everytime we walked through reception taking all you would get from staff was shh shh shh. Get a token for your drinks one drink at a time. And the day you leave your token is taken and all inclusive stops. Would not recommend so many more nicer better location hotels there. Paid extra for deluxe room and pool view my room was same as ones that didn't pay extra and my pool view was more of a carpark view with a very little pool so don't pay extra for that.

Lovely clean hotel.rooms were excellent and cleaned daily.Staff were all helpful and very friendly.Pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Food in restaurant was amazing with a huge choice. Definitely great walkers for money for a family of six like us. Would definitely visit again

I stayed at the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm in May this year. The hotel is located in the newer, Rincon de Loix part of Benidorm, and is about a 10 minute walk from the sea. The hotel offers half board, full board and all inclusive packages and I booked this as an all inclusive hotel. I am glad I did given how awful the Euro to pound rate has been this year! The hotel has a large marble lobby which offers free WiFi for your laptop. This isn't available in rooms so its useful to be able to bring your laptop down to surf if need be. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern and have large balconies. We found our room to be comfortable although the shower was a little temperamental. Food was of a high standard - I didn't have one meal I didn't enjoy and there was plenty of variety. The hotel has two pools - a kids pool and the regular pool. Both are pretty small but there were plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment was fun but you had to want to get involved to make it so! The entertainment staff were very good and made an attempt to get to know the guests. We had a great time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.
