Advertised as a 4 star hotel but to be honest it was more like 3 star,|The good|Food was plentiful and. good choice, even being vegetarian I always found a good selection to eat,|Restaurant staff were efficient and overall friendly,|The superior rooms were a good size, had a fridge and kettle, no cups provided |All inclusive drink selection was good.|The housekeeping throughout the hotel and in the rooms was excellent.|The location is close to the Strip and a short walk to a beach,||The not so good,|I have never encountered such miserable bar staff, who rarely made eye contact let alone try and have any conversation. I wasn't the only person to notice.||The indoor bar area is bare, a few tables and chairs , so uninviting and not a place to sit and relax.|The piano bar was closed,|The whole hotel is dated and needs redecorating.|We got stuck in the lift during a rain storm, rang the alarm bell to no avail so fortunately had my phone and rang reception. Finally got out of the lift on the 16th floor after 30 mins after the maintenance man got us out.|There is a small swimming pool, there are no showers to use before you get in the pool and the water is murky and doesn't look very clean. There is the usual queue for a sunbed on a morning. |Overall it was expensive and i expected better for a 4 star hotel.|Personally I wouldn't stay again,||O
