Broker told me delivery is Sunday morning at 8, checked in at 7am, receivers told me it will take all day, waited until 9pm and the night shift receiver that started at 7pm, very agitated and stressed out said that he does not know when they will take me in, he works until 5am, afterwards day shift starts at 8am again, 3 hour gap. He added that best chances are with the morning shift guy again, same one that took my paperwork in the first place. Parking sucks, you go all the way in the back between truck & trailers, super tight spaces, trash everywhere, no cleaning crew that is for sure, but there is a restaurant inside the facility at building C, closes at 5pm or so. Overall experience not very fun, losing a load already based on false promises, waiting all day and paid $30 dollars for entrance fee here. Only go here if the load is paid extremely good, otherwise you are better off anywhere else in my opinion. Been to New York many years and still surprised how in all the chaos I have seen that this is functional and normal.
