E-Chan Shokudou

I FINALLY made it this morning! YAY! The wait at 650am on a Monday was not too bad, about 30 minutes but there are little stools for you to sit on as you get closer to the shop. The turnover is very quick. I can't speak or understand much Japanese but the master seems very happy and kind. He is a one-man operation and seems to really enjoy himself ☺️ Mondays are limited edition days and today's special was bonjiri and niboshi broth ramen. Light but flavorful with tasty, easy to slurp noodles. I want to return to taste all the different ramen!

Much respect to E-Chan Shokudou for opening a morning ramen joint, especially being a one-man show. Waited about an hour or so for a seat as a solo-diner, as there was a long queue with limited seats within. Amazing ramen with a super strong seafood-y broth, something that I’ve never had before. Great quality of food which reflects the hard work of the chef. Thank you.

Limited hours. Wait time could be an hour. It's only one guy running it hence some side dishes could run out very fast. Ramen bowl is delicious (although it's not my type of Ramen). Location:*** Ambience:*** Price:**** Food:****

We showed up in the morning and were waiting outside when the rude owner came out and yelled at us and physically got close us to intimidate us to leave immediately. It was stunning as we were standing on the public sidewalk and cant just immediately vanish from the area. Horrible service. Probably the worst experience in Japan.

You need to get early to having your breakfast You can have ur morning ramen Cya-syu tasty

delicious squid shoyu ramen, ~15 minute wait around 8am. Side portions are generous

Definitely a must for ramen’s lover. Ingredients are excellent, assemblage is too. 1 hour wait though….
