E Hotel Spa & Resort Cyprus

We booked a villa with a private pool expecting privacy and a bit of luxury, but it turned out to be one of the worst holidays we’ve ever had. The villa was dirty, worn down, with ants in the room and no proper cleaning (bed linen never changed in 10 days, towels often missing). The first night we had a leak from the bathroom ceiling and had to change villas at midnight with our small child. Service was poor and unhelpful, staff seemed uninterested. Twice chlorine was dumped into our private pool right in front of us, making it unusable for at least two hours each time. Breakfast was like a hostel, with very little choice, missing cutlery and no space to sit together as a family. In the evening, food was often gone after 9 pm. Overall, absolutely not worth the money. We booked through a reputable travel agency, and they should remove this hotel from their portfolio. Renovation won’t fix it - the problems run much deeper.

One word filthy, don't come to this hotel just run. Bed sheets had blood stains, hairs and really bad smell in the all hotel. No shops or any restaurants around the hotel . Nothing to do in hotel either because bad smell i couldn't even eat in the hotel 😒. So glad that I only went for 4 days but it was unbearable. If you don't want to waste your money and holidays please don't come to this hotel. Love holidays don't show you the mouldy bedrooms .photos they showing are very old pics. I have took lots of pics i post it soon I get home. Overall don't waste your money and holidays if you want to have good time don't come here because you getting cheap deals or it's near airport. All the guests wanted to change their room. It's definitely not a 4 star, I stayed 2 star hotel before and it was much better hotel than this 4 star.

We stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort Cyprus for one night before our next flight and it was a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made it perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked smoothly for us. A great choice if you need a pleasant stopover!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is stunning and very relaxing. Breakfast was generous and diverse, with something for everyone. Most of all, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful – we truly felt pampered. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during this trip, this one was by far our favorite. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel in July 2025. The hotel has its positives: a beautiful view from the room window, very tasty food, a friendly chef, and convenient access to a wide beach. However, there are some significant drawbacks. The hotel has long needed at least cosmetic renovation — everything looks worn out. The towels in the room were old, had an unpleasant smell, and clearly need urgent replacement. The SPA area was not functioning, despite the hotel branding itself as a “spa hotel.” There is no access to drinking water, and no nearby shops. Water can only be purchased at the hotel at inflated prices. For several days in a row, the same short playlist played on repeat in all common areas — the issue was addressed only after multiple complaints. There were cigarette butts lying in the decorative fountain on the hotel grounds — no one seems to be maintaining cleanliness. It feels like there is no responsible manager overseeing guest comfort.

Really nice Hotel to stay in summer - climated rooms, tasty food also in the evening. We enjoyed it very much. Gym and rooftop area not in best state but overall really satisfying.

Don’t book, to faraway from everything, no market near, no transport, the beaches not impressive. Don’t book just because is close to airport. Don’t book if you want activities and a great location. It is a shame to be in such a beautiful country yet feel so disconnected from everything. I recently stayed at the Larnaca Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, overall hygiene standards were low. Room service left much to be desired. The pool area was another letdown, as the water appeared overly chlorinated, making it uncomfortable to swim. Breakfast was the same, offering the same selection each day. For the price we paid, I expected more variety and better quality food options. Additionally, the reception staff, particularly the manager, was not so nice, she could be more supportive and helpful. When we requested a late check-out, her response was dismissive, which added to the negative experience. She could help to check out late, as we wanted to stay in one room for 4 h extra and I wanted to pay extra fee, but no help at all, even on booking were rooms available. The hotel's location is really far from Larnaca, and transportation costs for taxis is more then 70€ just one way, if you don’t have a car is really expensive to travel. Overall, I cannot recommend Larnaca Resort. If you're considering booking, I suggest looking for other options that offer better cleanliness, service, and accessibility.

Clean. Service was fine. Good greek place across the street to eat at. The rooms could use better maintenance. One lamp on the right side of the bed did not turn on. The lock of the door to the balcony is installed in a way it cannot work .
