We had a great 3 night stay here - saw salmon spawning, tons of eagles, and a couple of bears. Nice walking trails (one takes you across the highway in a loop) and nice size campsites. We snagged a site with full sun so our solar topped off easily. Picnic tables and fire rings at all campsites. Cabins were nice and they’d be a great place for a family to stay. No water, trash, or dump available. Pit toilets ok.

Beautiful waterfront park with access to trails, plenty of parking, and picnic shelters. There is lots of wildlife in the area, including bald eagles, and it isn't that far outside of Juelneau proper. It's worth a trip out to visit if you're in the area.

Went here mid August, during low tide. Dead salmon everywhere. A bit yucky looking and smelly. So minus a star for that. The views of the mountains and water were stunning. We came here from our cruise by renting a car. DEFINITELY WORTH IT for the mountain and water views. I'm sure it's perfect 5/5 any other time (not salmon spawning season)??

It is a nice place to stroll or have lunch and spend the afternoon. They have grills and picnic benches for BBQ. And a restroom near by. The views of the water and mountains were amazing and there was lots of wildlife to watch.

Summer or winter, Eagle Beach has a lot to offer. This visit found us tucked away in a cabin in a wooded meadow - and exploring along the river next morning. A beautiful space to get away that isn't a long hike - so accessible to those with mobility limitations. And, for those without, much to explore - regardless of season!
