Mélanie and John run this private motel with all their heart! They are welcoming, go the extra mile for your convenience, and maintain everything very well. The rooms are spacious, have pretty furniture, and clean vinyl flooring. The included breakfast is delicious, too. We would always come back!

This was my first trip the the East Coast and I will definitely say I was impressed. I took my Wife to Eagle Wing Inn for our 11th anniversary in Cape Cod. This was her first trip to the East Coast also. |Eagle Wing Inn made the trip a celebration to remember. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and strong customer service. The breakfast was perfect. |I found it somewhat amusing to wake up on my first morning and see two turkeys walking across the front lawn. I did tell the birds I would see them in 5 months. |It was nice to see the ownership having conversations and what seemed like friendly relationships with the other guests. Some of the guests are long time repeat guests which shows that the Inn is dedicated to connecting to their visitors. |I know running a business is tough work but I really valued the time John and Melanie took to sit and talk with us in the evening. They had such great stories and offered suggestions for our visit to the Cape. I love history and the cemetery nearby was a nice little historical visit for me. (Sound morbid but I like historical sites). |I highly recommend that you make Eagle Wing Inn your go to destination when visiting Cape Cod. It is located perfectly on the Cape and a short drive to any destination around. Our day trip to Providence town was the highlight of our sightseeing experiences. |One of my main concerns when i invest in a vacation or service is how strong the customer service is and Eagle Wing Inn is a destination that ensures you have a memorable and wonderful stay. |I rarely give reviews but this one was worth the time to share.

Google
Such a cute little inn! We stayed in a room with a King bed and it was very roomy and spacious. The front desk man was very kind and check in was smooth. Location is great, right by a Drive In movie theater, 30 minutes from Provincetown and 20 minutes from Chatham

We were unlucky to visit Cape Cod during a weekend of horrible weather in September, yet John and Melanie went above and beyond to make our stay as magical as possible. We really appreciated their friendliness and all the little attentions. We would definitely stay at their property again. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is very central to visit any point on Cape Cod and only a few minutes away to the beautiful National seashore beaches. The included breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, we especially liked the fresh fruit salad.

Google
Comfortable modern rooms at this well-run hotel ideally located for exploring the Cape. Spotlessly clean with quality white linen thanks to their no pet policy which we wholeheartedly support. The owners Mel & John made it an exceptional stay for us with their help and advice about where to eat and places to go. Amazing self-serve continental breakfast with freshly prepared fruit, eggs, muffins, bagels, pastries, cereals and lovely coffee. All served with proper crockery and cutlery in their clean and bright dining room. We can't praise this place enough and wish our schedule had allowed us to stay longer.

Google
I was very positively surprised. The hotel benefits from the owners. I would wish for more hosts like them. The hotel is full of small details. The breakfast is really good. I didn't even expect that. The room was very clean and corresponded to the description. Will gladly come back.

Google
This inn is amazing . It is a (meticulously ) remodeled motel. I love the “ feel “ of an inn, but sometimes I feel like people are a little to “close”. This is perfect.. beautiful well appointed rooms, ours had a lovely deck with 2 chairs and table each where I enjoyed morning coffee. Melanie and John are perfect hosts , going above and beyond to answer any questions or give recommendations . Breakfast is included, was wonderful - assorted pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, rolls/bagels/ toast We will be back for sure - hoping to go for a quick weekend before they close in October for season. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The owners were incredibly kind and warm, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Yelp
To Heather: I did call and had confirmation of the rate on the phone. Showing up for my reservation and being told a different rate is predatory. I am only responding so others don't have the same issue. Also it's odd it took a year for someone to respond to this. Seems a little too late.

Yelp
Stayed in many places this is top 5. 1st the owners John and Melanie are present and just the best hosts. breakfast is simple and refreshed by the owners. Large CLEAN rooms and beds. back patio and fire pit available. just a pleasure to stay here.

Jeana P.

Yelp
Best motel on the Cape! Affordable and quiet. The rooms are beautiful and updated. The staff is so friendly and accommodating to ensure you have a good experience. Great breakfast and a cute outdoor patio. Highly recommend the Eagle Wing, perfect location to access everything on the Cape.

Ann Marie N.

Yelp
Think twice about staying here. Ear plugs given out for "quiet time" 9pm to 9am. At 4:30 in afternoon we were told we were too loud with our speaking voice; no beverages allowed in pool area - posted. Not a friendly place to stay.

Kelly G.

Yelp
Beautiful Inn with gorgeous grounds. This Inn has so many extra special touches. The owners and staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for beach days and sight seeing. Fire pit is a nice relaxing touch after a long day

Yelp
We were there for about 30 to 40 minutes. As soon as we walked in the smell of pine cleaner was so strong. My eyes started to water, headache, coughing. Basically an allergy attack. We walked in to let them know we could not stay. 1st they told us we'd been there for 3 hours. That was the immediate response. In other words they wanted to make sure we did not expect a refund. The owner went into our room . The sheets were turned down because I had tried to lay down. He said the room had been "used" so he would not give us a refund. We let him know we were not looking for a refund but that we could not stay. Interesting thay the 1st reaction was just "you're not getting your money back" as I stood there eyes totally red and watering from whatever they used to clean the room. They told us they didn't use any chemicals. That also was not truthful. Just like telling us we'd been there for 3 hours when we'd barely put put our suitcase down. We looked at our check in . So there is no doubt it was less than 45 minutes. Needless to say we did not get our money back and changed hotels. Would not recommend!

Yelp
What a wonderful stay we had for 3 nights at Eagle Wing Inn. Location to everywhere in the Cape was fantastic. Loved having our friends in the room next to ours. They had door to the lovely deck and the gas fire place area which was so nice. Rooms are big, clean, nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. Best sleep We have had all vacation. Came Mid October, so not as crowded. The continental breakfast offerings and coffee were perfect to start the day and on the enclosed patio with instrumental music , was lovely. Would totally stay here again. The owners have really made this a fabulous place and are all so kind. Thank you all so much.

Yelp
The Eagle Wing Inn is wonderful and the curators Melanie and John are very astute to their customers! We stayed Friday and Saturday on a whim and feel lucky they had availability. The grounds were beautifully landscaped adding ambiance to the quaintness of this inn! The unit we had was a king size no door to the back deck. It was clean, appeared to be in good repair and freshly painted with a nice air conditioner and dehumidifier. We found the bedding comfortable and liked that they had a kuerig single cup machine and nice size refrigerator! We did use the extra blanket and our own towels to block the light coming in the window at night and sun in the morning (we like it dark). I'm sure if we asked John or Melanie would have helped us with anything we needed! We enjoyed having the use of the pool since it was extremely clean and we were able to swim uninterrupted! The office has coffee, tea, and water available all day. The breakfast room was bright and cheerful which complimented the continental breakfast. Melanie and you and your team do a great job! It's the first time we can honestly say we look forward to staying there again! John even called after we stayed to ensure we enjoyed or visit at their inn! Amazing Hospitality!!!

William Q.

Yelp
Please be aware before booking the photos of a warm welcoming stay are false advertising it's a roach coach that's been cheaply remodeled! The owner like the photos seems to be friendly and nice but once in the room as a true reflection behind closed doors has a cold and hostile vibe. Hospitality is unknown here it's a cheap room that you may never be able to forget from acquiring roaches or bed bugs during your stay. Would give 0 stars if it were an option here. Management will look for any reason to make sure you don't feel like your not on vacation on top of it all! If you wanna enjoy your time in the area and support local businesses that give back to the community this is not the place to stay..

Kristen W.

Yelp
Anything other than five stars is a lie!! This is the best place to stay in the cape. The hospitality and care that the owners take is unmatched. We loved our room and all of the amenities were amazing!! We can't wait to come back!!

Terry F.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this property. It is picturesque and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious and modern. But it is truly the owners that made our stay special. Nice is an understatement. They go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome and at home. I can't wait to stay there again!

Ian B.

Yelp
Great place to stay and very close to alot of great places. We stayed here for just one night but we were greeted by the owner and could tell it was a place that well cared for. The room was very clean and very modern. The breakfast was plenty good and the fruit was very fresh. The owners are very friendly people and make the stay feel like you're at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
Touting itself as a motel for adults and couples, The Eagle Wing Motel is family-owned and operated. It is located on busy route 6 in Eastham, not too far away from the rotary. The motel is not really within walking distance of anything, even if you were bold enough to walk on Route 6. The motel's pool is located between the Motel and the road, I didn't see too many people using it during our stay. The owners are really friendly and they serve homemade baked goods and fruit juices every morning in the office. The rooms are all non-smoking and are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. While the decor left a little to be desired, the rooms were bright and cheerful. The room rates at the Eagle Wing are a bit more than we'd paid for Cape motel rooms in the past.

Jessica D.

Yelp
My Mom and I went to the Cape for a long weekend and stayed at the Eagle Wing Inn, it was fantastic. After spending 25+ years at different locations throughout the Cape, this is by far our favorite. The Inn itself is spotless, coffee and water are available all day long, cookies are made fresh in the afternoon, there is an endless amount of fruit to choose from and a fire pit outside should you want to roast marsh mellows. The owners are so friendly and ensure you're comfortable, have everything you need, and make special, customized recommendations for you and your family if there is something that you're looking to do, even on a rainy day. The pool is sparkling and refreshing and always clean. We were so pleased with our stay and will 100% be back.

Yelp
Best hotel and BEST HOSPITALITY on the Cape. John & Melanie's attention to the little details makes all the difference. Even the big box hotels don't give you amenities like the Eagle Wing Inn does. SO MUCH BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! Let's see... where do I even start? They are centrally located right on Rt. 6/6A so you can easily get to any location in no time at all. They have hardwood floors in all the rooms - so no more dirty, stinky carpet! They provide earplugs in case you want an even more peaceful sleep - but you don't need them. Trust me, it's dead quiet each night! They have different pillows on each bed so that goldilocks can try them all and find the perfect fit! They have new beds that provide the best night's sleep you'll ever have. The breakfast served each day is out of this world. They go waaaaay beyond continental! From yogurt and granola to fresh fruit (picked from their many trees on the property!) to boiled eggs, to pastries of all kinds to a variety of cheeses. They even have a selection of coffees and teas! Oh and don't get me started about the yummy cookies John bakes and has on hand every day, all day! And the ambiance where you can dine in the office is unsurpassed - quaint, cozy and very, very Cape Cod. But the best thing about the Eagle Wing Inn is the owners. John & Melanie are the sweetest, funniest, most helpful people I've ever met. Each year they remember the names of countless people and strive to make each stay memorable for their guests. Love, love, love this place!

Yelp
It's been many years since my husband and I stayed here, but we were so impressed with the level of friendly and welcome from the owners. My husband unfortunately passed away before we could go back for another visit. I stay updated on the wonderful improvements, and additions to the beautifully appointed rooms. It is a gem in Eastham and I would encourage anyone to check in for a lovely experience. Life is too short, not to!

Gini M.

Yelp
Spotless, updated rooms. Owner very welcoming and accommodating . Beautiful landscaping with comfortable hammocks, and gleaming pool. Peaceful with no kids running around !

Alexandria E.

Yelp
Great hotel! Super close to beaches and restaurants. Clean and quiet. Owner was super nice and accommodating. Pleasantly surprised with breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereals, juices, coffee and variety of pastries.

Sandra B.

Yelp
This place is the highlight of our year! My husband and I have stayed here six times in September or October while enjoying the nearby beaches and our favorite restaurants. John and Melanie take care of every detail and provide a personal touch every time. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. Every time we come they have made improvements in some way. Parking just outside our door, solid grab bars in the shower and new wood flooring make my physical challenges less of a hindrance. John always open the door to the breakfast eating area/office and helps me to enter with my walker. Much appreciated. We feel like we're family!

Katie T.

Yelp
The room was very clean, the grounds were well maintained and the inn is located centrally. The inn provided complimentary bikes we enjoyed using to ride to and from Wellfleet. We were able to take the bikes on the public transit bus system, which was an inexpensive and convenient way to travel through the Cape. Melanie and John's warm hospitality and generosity were highlights of our trip. They clearly take pride in their property and the well-being of their guests. We were very comfortable at the Eagle Wing Inn and we will definitely return.

David B.

Yelp
First off the people running the Eagle Wing are very nice. The older gentleman at the front desk was friendly and we talked for about 20 minutes before I even got to my room. The rooms are good sized for the weekend stay and are clean. The rooms are bright with windows in the front and rear of the room. The bathroom was spotless and did not have that damp chemical cleaner smell that some of the other motels in the area have. The rooms also have a rear door so you can sit out in back for a little fresh air. Room prices fall in line with the area room prices. The Eagle Wing is one of the best Motel along route 6 to stay while visiting the outer cape.

Jessica L.

Yelp
John and his daughter were fantastic. The rooms and pool were clean and lovely. They had bikes to loan out which made getting around so much more fun with great recommendations for food and a great bookstore. They even picked us up when we got a flat tire on one of their bikes. At every turn they went above and beyond. They were so warm and welcoming can't wait to come back next year! Thank you!

Mike T.

Yelp
This is a five star motel! More like an Inn, the owners are personable and extremely helpful regarding great places to visit, making our short stay on the Cape very enjoyable. Apparently the rooms have been recently renovated and kept up with professionalism and taste. Nothing was lacking. This is a great place to stay!

Jonathan B.

Yelp
John and Melanie and wonderful hosts. Always thoughtful, conscientious, courteous and friendly. They treat their guests and potential guests as true friends and will do virtually anything to help you make your stay or vacation more enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably furnished and updated, kept and maintained with all the modern conveniences. White comforters, WIFI, USB chargers, HDTV with HBO. The property is pristine. Very nice common area that functions as a free cafe with tables. Bookshelves. Keurig machine. Home-made cookies and/or muffins are usually available. I really enjoy the fact that the most all of the rooms have a backdoor that opens to a "backyard" deck. The rear space is a decorated restful aviary of sorts. My room had three new windows that open. Private outdoor pool. I can't give enough compliments!

Katy W.

Yelp
Eagle Wing was very nice including the owner. There are some nice little touches that put it well above average. There's a nice continental breakfast in the morning, a few free bikes on the property and several rooms open to the back which is a quiet yard. We also liked the mini fridge, although be careful because we froze most of our fruit by accident. The rooms were very, very clean, but I wish they didn't use an overpowering industrial smelling cleaner. It adds that old-school musty odor to the rooms. Not overwhelming, but I really think they could switch cleaners. The bedspreads have been changed since the pictures shown here. They are lovely clean white linens from top to bottom, one of the best things about the room. I also like that there are front and back windows that open allowing air to circulate. We didn't hear any noise from Rt. 6 at all. The location is pretty good especially considering the price. Unless you stay right in Wellfleet harbor or Ptown, etc, you're going to drive on the Cape so why pay more to stay somewhere that you still have to drive from? We stayed mid-week and just before school let out in Boston so it was super peaceful and we had fun exploring. I suppose during mid-summer the location could be a bit more of a problem.

Lisa K.

Yelp
My husband is reluctant to have me give the Eagle Wing the review it deserves because we think of it as "our" place and don't want the world to find out. But it wouldn't be fair to John and Melanie who are exceptional hosts. They add all sorts of extras that make their inn so welcoming. Eagle Wing started as a motel but with John and Melanie's artistic landscaping, lovely renovated rooms, excellent breakfasts, and endless thoughtful touches, it's much more than that. Their family is forever working on that extra detail to more sure guests have an even better experience of the Cape. Now I've told you. Don't take our room!

Marina M.

Yelp
Eagle Wing Inn provides a high touch customer service, which differentiates it other Cape Cod accommodations--including AirBnB or VRBO. Eagle Wing Inn, centrally located in Eastham, provides clean and comfortable rooms, tidy property, numerous amenities and services tailored to a positive Cape Cod visit. In addition, the inn keepers (owners) are on-site to provide high-touch, personalized customer service. Also, I found Eagle Wing Inn to be LGBTQQ-friendly and accommodating. My parents and I stayed at Eagle Wing Inn for four nights in mid-August. My parents were unsure of the dates we could visit Cape Cod as my mom had been in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Fortunately, I was able to reserve the last room available at the 21-room inn only two days prior to our departure. I had contacted several Cape Cod motels and inns but all were booked given it was last minute during tourist season. Eagle Wing Inn is located off Route 6 a half a mile or so north of the roundabout at the juncture of Brewster, Orleans and Eastham. My parents and I arrived just prior to the 3 pm room check-in time following a five-hour drive from Upstate New York. We were greeted to a well cared for property upon entering the driveway. John and Melanie, Eagle Wing Inn owners, greeted us in the lobby to check us in and provide an overview of their services and available guest amenities. Our room included two queen beds--but not your ordinary beds. Each bed had an 18-inch mattress and box spring. My mom, of small stature, had trouble getting into bed given the bed height, but this was a good thing. The beds were firm and comfortable and made watching TV at eye level. The nightstand, between the beds, had a clock, and what I later discovered, convenient USB ports and electrical outlets for charging my smartphone and laptop (Eagle Wing also offers loaner laptops according to their web site). Our room amenities were numerous: a reasonably sized, tall refrigerator with built-in freezer, a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, a flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a desk and chair, several clothes drawers, a closet that had extra blankets and a clothes iron, and a table with two chairs. The room could use a few more hooks though to hang clothes and beach towels. The bathroom had a shower and bath combo with a lovely pedestal sink! Owners John, Melinda or their adult children are on-site at all times. This proved useful when requesting restaurant recommendations, asking to use the laundry to wash and dry bathing suits and beach towels, and to answer our questions at any time of the day or evening. My parents and I made a beeline to the outdoor swimming pool to swim and relax in the poolside lounge chairs after our long drive. John assured my father that an outdoor shower would be in the works as guests are asked to shower prior to use of the pool. Each morning, Eagle Wing Inn provides breakfast and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon and evenings. My mom and dad remarked (even after we had returned home) on the extensive breakfast options (more than that offered during their European vacation stays). Breakfast, for example, included fresh coffee, bagels and English muffins, with an available toaster, fresh baked muffins each morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and cereal, as well as orange juice and milk. Another amenity we found very useful: available beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, be it the nearby Coast Guard Beach in Eastham or Herring Cove Beach at the tip of the Cape near Provincetown about 40 minutes away. I didn't have time to use the bikes Eagle Wing Inn makes available to their guests (that will have to be another time). Eagle Wing Inn is more expensive at around $250 per night than motels rooms in nearby Orleans can be had for around $150 per night (Our daily rate was close to $300 including taxes as we were charged an additional $30 per night for a third person). However, as John and Melanie (the owners) stated, they are offering an experience and a level of customer service unmatched by nearby establishments, in Eastham or Orleans. Also, Eagle Wing Inn offers a quiet experience, which I didn't realize until Melanie mentioned had mentioned it. Eagle Wing caters to adults only. You won't find families with children. Much like a boutique hotel, the Eagle Wing Inn fills a niche between the many low-cost/high volume Cape Cod motels and AirBnB/VRBO market. Eagle Wing Inn, while at the higher end price-wise, offers vacationers a quiet and comfortable stay at Cape Cod. The rooms are clean and modern. The property is well maintained and tidy. The Eastham Route 6 location has easy access to Wellfleet and Provincetown to the north, Brewster to the west and Orleans to the south. On-site customer service by the owners is the value differentiator from other properties. I highly recommend Eagle Wing Inn for your next visit to Cape Cod

Arna M.

Yelp
Looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod? I highly recommend Eagle Wing Inn. Owners Melanie and John are very warm and welcoming. The price is right. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is available every day. A great selection consisting of bagels, fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, coffee and more. They were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit, things to do and restaurants for great meals. We enjoyed our stay. When visiting the Cape again this will definitely be our go to place to stay.

M C.

Yelp
So pleased with our stay! Off-season rates are very competitive, and the innkeepers are excellent and very hospitable. The rooms were some of the nicest I've been in on the Cape. Lovely breakfast with warm croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal/oatmeal, and juice. Keurigs in room and in lobby. Fresh baked cookies in evening.

Cécile H.

Yelp
We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The owner was really helpful, giving advices on where to go for the next day and places to eat, you can also use their bikes. The rate also included breakfast. The room was very nice and the bathroom super clean. I'll defitinely come back there if i go back to Cape Cod

Donna H.

Yelp
Great place! Immaculately kept, large rooms, new comfortable beds, apartment size refrigerator, beautiful, warm pool, gorgeous grounds. Best part was the staff-owners take obvious pride in their inn, and it shows!

Grady H.

Yelp
Our first time in Cape Cod was awesome in large part because we stayed at Eagle Wing. The property is beautiful and the owners are extremely helpful at recommending places to eat and things to do. They have beach stuff to borrow (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) so you don't have to worry about trying to bring it with you. Location was also perfect for us - so close to the National Seashore visitor center and lots of good beaches. Couldn't have asked for more.

Doyle O.

Yelp
We loved the setting, large perfectly manicured grounds with just the right amount of nautical decorations. The check in was quick and very friendly. John immediately welcomed us and volunteered to help us pick places to see. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. The two chairs and small table were perfect for evening card games. The wifi was an easy connect and fairly fast. We recommend this as a fine place to stay on the Cape!

K Y.

Yelp
I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. We originally used Expedia to book us a place elsewhere, but after Expedia overbooked the other B&B, we were left looking for a place to stay. I read the reviews on Traveladvisor.com and was impressed by what I saw. We had two rooms, each with two beds. We only paid a little bit more than we would have paid for the one suite we originally booked. The rooms are some of the cleanest that I have ever stayed at in any hotel or motel, short of a super high end establishment. Even the tile grout in the bathrooms were clean, I kid you not! The motel does not allow smoking and during the booking and even at check in I was asked several times to confirm that our group was made up of all non smokers. This truly made for wonderful rooms. I know many people, myself included, with smoke allergies or who dislike the smell of smoke, and I could recommend this motel with no hesitation at all and be confident that there will be no nasty surprises. The rooms have small refrigerators, a very useful feature. Our room also had a small back deck with a chair which faced the trees at the rear of the property. We didn't get a chance to use it, but it was quite a nice surprise. We also did not have enough time to use the pool, but a few people were sunbathing on the lounges when we stopped by the motel mid afternoon to change from our beach clothing. It is a very convenient location to most points around the Outer Cape, just past the rotary as mentioned in another review, and just towards the start of Eastham, about a 30-40 minute drive to most places if the traffic cooperates. Our host was so helpful during our short trip. He was very accommodating about late check-in though we did not manage to arrive until 10pm. As mentioned in another review also, coffee and baked items are available in the small office every morning. The owner also gave us a lot of useful suggestions and information about the area. On his advice, we managed to drag ourselves out of bed and we were able to see the most beautiful sunrise on the marsh just a 5 minute drive away. Truly an unforgettable experience that we would have missed out on. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Cape Cod, and I would easily recommend it to anyone who asked.

Gary K.

Yelp
This is exactly the kind of motel that the Cape deserves. Incredibly gracious manager David made us feel as we were part of his family. Modest, scrupulously clean rooms, a well kept small pool to cool of, and rear deck behind each room for a cig break or just to escape from busy route 6 in front. Fortunately the rooms are set back quite a bit from the highway. Its a motel to be sure, but with the service and friendliness of a Ritz Carlton. Indeed a rare find in today's commodified motel industry.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay at the Cape, no need to look any further. Nestled in the heart of the Cape in beautiful Eastham, this welcoming establishment is far more than your average Inn. Beautiful, sparkling clean updated rooms with comfortable beds and new bathrooms make staying at the Eagle Wing a pleasure. Centrally located and easy to get to everything, you won't be far from anything you could do on the Cape. Complimentary bicycles will save you $$, well kept pool will cool you off after a hot summer day, beautiful wildflowers and landscaping make feeling at home natural. Attentive owners John and his wife roll out the red carpet and make their guests feel as welcomed as possible. Couldn't have found a better place to stay at any price point.

Nick T.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I stayed at the eagle wing motel over Memorial Day weekend. We were driving by as it was getting dark and stopped to see if we could get a room for the night. It was our favorite place that we stayed on the entire trip. The room was very clean and spacious. In addition the owners are very personable. We were looking for a place to grab dinner and things to do the following day. They gave us some great advice on both matters. Next time we are in the area we definitely plan on staying at the eagle wing motel again!

Noel K.

Yelp
Very disappointing service. This winter I planned a rather large 50th birthday party for myself. The party was scheduled for the last weekend in July, on the Cape. (At the height of Cape season.) I sent out invitations, listing 4-5 hotels in the area for people to stay. Eagle Wing Inn included. A few weeks ago (end of May) I got some bad news, and had to cancel/reschedule our party unexpectedly. A family medical issue. I called each hotel, and asked if they would be willing to honor our guests reservations, for a year from now (July 2010). Every single hotel was kind, thoughtful, and was absolutely willing to honor the reservations for next year. Except Eagle Wing. Eagle Wing charged our guests $55 to cancel their reservation, and would not even consider booking them in advance for next summer. ("We don't have our 2020 calendar yet.") Not even the offer of a credit toward next year! Just a credit card charge for $55! I find this to be the height of stinginess. No one was asking for money back. Simply to rebook for another date. Furthermore, I guarantee you, Eagle Wing has already booked those rooms for this summer. It's one of the busiest weekends on the Cape. Because I felt badly for having to postpone the party and having our guests incur a charge, I paid our guests back $55 for their cancelled reservations. Gee thanks for nothing Eagle Wing. You will not be on our list of party accommodations for next year. That's for sure.

Yelp
Very nice place to stay on the outer Cape. Very clean, updated, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

Yelp
We stayed here and could not have had a better experience. John and Melanie are hands-on and offer advice where to eat, what to do and personally attend to every detail. The rooms were clean and well maintained and had all the conveniences. They even put on a great start to the day breakfast with fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. Just right to start the day. We highly recommend the Eagle Wing for your vacation motel.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Eagle Wing Inn for three days at the beginning of this week and I'm sorry to say that we were disappointed with our experience. The room itself was cramped and outdated with a tiny shower and no vent fan, a TV with no HD channels, and an AC unit that didn't really keep the room cool or dry. Most of the other reviews comment on the cleanliness of the rooms, but when we arrived and started to unpack we noticed that the majority of the hangers had some sort of sticky, dirty goop on them and we clean them ourselves and ask for new ones. In addition, one of the days they "forgot" to clean our room and stated that we put out a do not disturb sign which we did not. The owner was very receptive, however, when we called about this mistake and tried to remedy it as much as he could. I did like the K-Cups in the room and the bed was nice and big. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive but it was a mediocre room for the price we paid, and we wouldn't stay there again.

Yelp
We just got back from our weekend get away to Cape Cod. It was my first visit to the Cape, so I read quite a few reviews on places before booking my trip. We decided on Eagle Wing to set up shop as it is just about midway from all the things we wanted to do. Our entire stay was absolutely perfect. We arrived Friday afternoon and it was cloudy (but who cares, we were finally away alone and could relax) The Inn is right on rt. 6, which is super convenient. ( We were there off season so I can't comment on the traffic) John and his wife were at the desk when we walked in ( which is a super adorable and has coffee and tea offered all day) and checked us in right away. You can tell that they love what they do and they love people, John helped us to figure out where to go and what we should eat for dinner ( which he was right on about) He helps you to get that taste of Cape Cod as a first time visitor. Super Helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable... exactly what we needed. The stay includes breakfast (which offers fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins and croissants, which are delightful) free parking and free wifi. We felt very at home here and if we stay in Eastham again, it will be with John at the Eagle Wing Inn.

Yelp
We found and booked this motel simply on a hunch after reading the reviews. Let me tell you we were not dsappointed in the least! It was a long ride, so we called ahead to say we would be a late check in. The innkeeper, John was so appreciative of the call that I was immediately impressed. When we arrived at 1am, he had the heat running in the room...this is off season, so nights can get chilly, and was so welcoming! The room is spotless, clean, comfortable, afgordable, delightful, just awesome! In the morning there are freshly baked muffins and brewed coffee. The back deck is a nature lover's paradise, beautiful song birds, colorful feeders and my personal favorite...an exquiste wooden bench swing! Perfect for late afternoon reading, and the back deck on our unit (#10) has a bistro table and chairs to enjoy the homemade muffins and coffee or fresh fruit and yogurt. The proprieters are on site and are helpful, welcoming and simply amazing. The grounds are impeccable. This is going to be our respite, God willing, for years to come. Perfect location between Orleans and Ptown. Seriously, if you want to stay on Cape Cod and enjoy the experience, book your room at the Eagle Wing. They take such great care of the rooms and grounds...which unfortunately cannot be said of many places on the Cape that I feel compelled to share my experience. I had lived on the Cape for many years, and was pretty saavy on which motels were okay and which were flea motels...it was nice to come back after 20 years to a place that keeps the spirit and ambience of old Cape Cod alive. Impeccable!

Yelp
We stayed for one night recently. It's clean, quiet and the grounds were lovely. The bed was comfortable and there was coffee, fruit, juice and muffins for breakfast. The owner was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Price was reasonable.

Yelp
Just returned from the Eagle Wing motel. What a gem. You can't go wrong if you are looking for spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, non smoking, impeccably clean with an onsite owner who cares about your stay. Fresh muffins, juice, coffee, tea and fresh fruit await you in the morning. There is a pool to cool down in. It is located on rte 6 and is a quiet rural area although there is minimal street noise. Eagle Wing is close to the beaches Orleans, Chatham and Provincetown. Eagle Wing is the kind of motel that prospered in the 60's and 70's catering to families, but it has all the modern comforts of the 21st century. Free wifi in the rooms as well. Enjoy your stay, we did!

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! The owners are extremely rude and have no regard for customer service. We moved to a different hotel as quickly as we could so as not to spoil our trip. i would not wish a stay at this establishment on anyone.
