E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur

We stayed at the E&O Residences for one night in a 2 bedroom suite. We booked due to the great location and our perfect experience previously.||We stayed in 2020. Unfortunately, we noticed a substantial decline in the property since then. ||We found reception to be fairly attentive and friendly but very slow. We needed to pay a deposit on check in. We paid cash and it was returned on checkout. However, prior to the money being returned, a room check needed to be completed, which seemed to take a long time. This was inconvenient with a taxi waiting.||Rooms were big and functional but very dated and in need of a refresh. The bedding situation is not ideal. We booked a room with a queen bed and one king bed. We received a room with 2 singles and 1 double bed. The bed was extremely small and definitely not a king bed. ||The cleaning was questionable, with the wardrobe door covered in what looked like caked on brown mud from a previous guest.||Air conditioning did not work in one room and as it was late when we returned to the room we did not have time to advise reception as our kids wanted to sleep. ||There are so many positive points of this hotel - location, pool, gym. Unfortunately, this was quite a disappointing stay, especially since our previous trip to this property was so enjoyable. ||

What’s the point of staying in a five-star hotel if it’s not even safe? We had three suitcases in our room. One cabin-sized suitcase was secured with a password-protected padlock. When we returned from being out, we discovered that the padlock was no longer functioning. We tried several times to open it but failed. Then we noticed unusual scratches on both the padlock and the suitcase cover, suggesting that someone had tampered with it. We eventually had to use kitchen utensils to break the padlock. Fortunately, nothing was stolen from the suitcase, but the suitcase—worth thousands—was damaged. As a result, we had to buy a new one to replace it. We decided not to report the incident to hotel management, as we had already read reviews saying the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We felt that reporting it wouldn’t lead to any resolution. Even though nothing was stolen, this kind of experience is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Not recommended

Currently staying in KL and enjoying an apartment with my family||It feels secure with security on the site, around the drop off car park and reception||Reception respond to any issues with your room. We had a minor issue with a light. Solved quickly. ||Apartment is a good size with living room, bedrooms, kitchen and washing machine||Restaurants in and around the complex||Swimming pool is excellent. Large. Wonderful in the evening with underwater lighs. Great to swim after site seeing

The apartment is spacious, well maintained. Pool was nice, location very good: in the center and very close to big mall. Many good dining options nearby. Staff is incredibly helpful!

The rooms themselves are lovely, really big space, great kitchen and bathroom. The security and porters are wonderful, really friendly, kind and helpful. We were with our baby and they couldn't have been nicer to her. It was also really useful having a washer and dryer in the rooms. Unfortunately the reception staff were less than helpful. When we checked in there were mosquitos in our room, we informed the receptionist and nothing happened. The next day at 9.30am I told reception how badly myself and my baby was bitten during the night, the receptionist said I needed to tell her where the mosquito was in the apartment. I explained they were in all rooms and she asked again where I had seen one (?). Eventually she said she would personally tell housekeeping to go to our room. We returned at 13.00 and nobody had been. We had mosquitos in our apartment the entire 4 night stay and reception staff did not care at all, they have signs to warn of Dengue but it is not an issue for them when a 7 month old baby is being bitten at night in their rooms. The are lots of mosquitos by the pool too as they have stagnant water in water features. Housekeeping often did not come until early evening. The TV is just regular with local channels, no ability to connect to netflix etc. TV signal is really bad. The rooms are nice but quite tired, this is not a 5 star but a nice 4 star.

Very efficient counter staffs, checking in and out was a breeze, the security is very commendable, awesome location. Room is spacious, neat. Negative point, the furnitures, seats, sofa, tables, could have been wiped down better. Its very dusty. We spend a good time wiping. The result was bad. So please I hope the management can look into this. Thorough cleaning of the furnitures and the wooden flooring.

Rooms are huge and fairly clean. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. There were 2 ensuite bathrooms and an additional toilet. The bathroom in the master bedroom was huge, with a big bathtub and two separate sinks. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Not perfect due to: - forgot to refresh towels on 2nd day - forgot to clean room on 2nd day - strong sewage smell coming from master bedroom toilet -

A Flawless Stay at E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur! My recent stay (18th February to 2nd March 2025) at E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur was absolutely superb, and I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting KL! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The apartments themselves were simply fantastic. They were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. It felt like a true home away from home, with all the comforts and amenities you could wish for. After a busy day exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable and well-maintained space was a real pleasure. What truly elevated my stay was the incredible staff. Every single team member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was a quick question about local attractions or assistance with anything in the apartment, they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really made a difference. If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that offers both luxury and outstanding service, look no further than E&O Residences.
