Excellent excellent location, amenities, ambiance and people. It begins with a top class security that is client friendly and looks after your well being and holds the door before you get there. There is a sense of excellence with everyone I encountered. From security, bus boy, front desk, and cleaners. The pool and facility is cleaned and well maintained. Close to the train at head of street and when I was in bed I can fall asleep with the KL tower lights to my room

The service recovery by Front Desk Manager Norman was truly outstanding. Despite it being Christmas, he did not make any excuses and was fully committed to ensuring we had a great experience. He immediately arranged for maintenance to address the air-conditioning issue, and when it could not be resolved, he proactively changed our room and extended thoughtful gestures as part of the service recovery.|Compared to my past experiences at other hotels, where staff often provide reasons or excuses, Norman stood out with his positive attitude, genuine care, and warm smile throughout our stay. His dedication truly made our Christmas joyful and heartwarming.|I would strongly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Front Desk Manager Norman is truly the right person for the role — super friendly, approachable, and always wearing a genuine smile that instantly lifts your mood. His positive attitude and sincere care made a real difference to our stay, and he truly made us feel welcomed and valued. Because of Norman, our experience was not just comfortable, but genuinely happy and memorable.

The accommodation was fantastic, everything perfect! The price was an excellent value for what we got unbeatable quality for the cost. The room was very spacious, large, and clean.Room view directly at KL tower. Check-in was super quick!

We want to give a special shout to Duty Manager Norman, for looking after us during our recent stay at E&O Residences (for CNY). The bedroom AC didn't work when we first checked-in so we were offered another room. But my boys had issues with the beddings, this was quickly looked into the next day by Norman, and we moved into another room, a second time. The room was comfortable and spacious, although furnishing and fixtures needs refreshing. Great location with an easy 10mins walk to Pavilion and many food options. Thank you very much Norman!

E&O Residences is in such a beautiful, central spot, you’re close to everything but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartments are really spacious and the view is lovely, especially during the day. That said, the rooms could use a bit of updating. The furniture and TV feel quite dated, and we did have an issue with a few cockroaches in the room, which wasn’t ideal. The breakfast also wasn’t the greatest; the options were quite limited and could definitely use a bit more variety and freshness to match the overall standard of the place. However, the rest of the property is in great condition; the pool, gym, and common areas are spotless and well maintained. The staff were honestly the highlight of our stay. They were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. With a little refresh and some improvements to the breakfast, this place could easily be one of the best stays in Kuala Lumpur.

Location great, in the heart of the city Room size is big. But forget about privacy, there's no privacy, the blinds are see through. Reception is dry in other words very poor, especially rashard someone needs to pull that stick from him, and remind him he's not all that. So rude. Cockroaches if you love Cockroaches stay here. Oh and tv is 1990's no smart TV place is very downgraded. Pipe lines are very noisy you can here your neighbours flush there tolites. Traffic is loud. Air-conditioning system is so loud. Its like your on a high school campas, as its connected to st Mary's school. Security guards where the only nice people. We checked out early it was a nightmare and if you want breakfast there's no buffet breakfast you will get a voucher for a shop that no one goes too and get kettle coffee. Good luck.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 for this "hotel". This is my usual go to place to stay in KL as it's so central to literally everything. Just thought I'd make a review on it because the latest stay I had here wasn't quite up to standard. There are a few downsides: They serviced apartments are a bit run down and not maintained properly. In the rooms that I've stayed here in the past the most annoying thing is probably the toilet and shower area. Sometimes the water doesn't drain properly or the shower's water pressure is weak. Sometimes the Aircon isn't working, but if you ring them they'll get the maintenance people up pretty quickly. It's just annoying that's all. Some of the positives: It's not too difficult to catch a grab here. It can be a bit faster if you walk down to holiday inn and order the grab pick up from there. There are plenty of good eating areas around the place. Pavilion and klcc are very nearby and within walking distance and almost quite a sheltered walk so if it rains you don't get too wet. The rooms are massive and they have a dryer, washer, huge af fridge and kitchenette. So if you have like an extended stay, you can store food etc and heat it up in room. In and all, don't expect a five start hotel/serviced apartment here. But it's a convenient location and you have your own washer dryer, and massive room ! No pictures, but I'll update it sometime later as I'll be back here later in the year again

Excellent location bang in the middle of CBD and also walking distance to lots of eating options etc. the rooms were very large and well kept hotel- the only small hitch was that the first day the bedroom AC wasnt working well which they fixed fast. We stayed there for 6 nights with a break in between - first nights we had a fantastic KL tower view from The balcony and next time the twin towers - very well located and quite compound great for families. One suggestion is that you should have blankets if guests need them - we felt cold and asked for extra blankets but were told that they only kept spare sheets which worked eventually but would have loved to get blankets. But overall excellent experience - will definitely come back again.
