E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur

E&O Residences is in such a beautiful, central spot, you’re close to everything but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartments are really spacious and the view is lovely, especially during the day. That said, the rooms could use a bit of updating. The furniture and TV feel quite dated, and we did have an issue with a few cockroaches in the room, which wasn’t ideal. The breakfast also wasn’t the greatest; the options were quite limited and could definitely use a bit more variety and freshness to match the overall standard of the place. However, the rest of the property is in great condition; the pool, gym, and common areas are spotless and well maintained. The staff were honestly the highlight of our stay. They were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. With a little refresh and some improvements to the breakfast, this place could easily be one of the best stays in Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed 5 days in the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. I booked the accommodation and later on read the Tripadvisor review. To my surprise there’s issue of theft and got me really worried. I sent an email to the management expressing my concern They email me back and assured that extra security measures was implemented. ||The AC in the room is not working well. The hotel immediately sent someone to fix it. ||The swimming pool is enormous and you can see the petronas tower. ||The view in our bedroom is the KL tower. Some nights there’s a light show which is very cool.||Overall experience and impression is great.

Value for money as the 2-bedroom apartment is the largest floor space I searched around KL for an affordable price. Good location, about 10-15min walk to pavilion area. Staff were friendly during check in and check out. Even security staff helped with my elderly parents. Good for families with children. Housekeeping was alright. Room has washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Outdoor pool was a good size too. Convenient stores are nearby.

Very nice apartment. Excellent location. Pool is on ground level between blocks. Seems very public though. Be aware it’s an apartment with amazing equipment, kitchen, views but not a hotel resort type. Very central.

Worst experience ever! From the moment I checked in, the experience was terrible. The rooms were dirty and full of insects, and the air conditioners were completely broken. I asked to change the room, but even the new room had the same problems. In the end, we had to stay using fans only, which made it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The safety was a big issue — during my stay, money was stolen from my room, and the staff did not handle the situation seriously. This made me feel unsafe the entire time. The breakfast was just acceptable, nothing special, and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment: dirty, unsafe, badly maintained, and uncomfortable. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: do not stay here, it is absolutely not worth your money or your peace of mind.

We stayed at the E&O Residences for one night in a 2 bedroom suite. We booked due to the great location and our perfect experience previously.||We stayed in 2020. Unfortunately, we noticed a substantial decline in the property since then. ||We found reception to be fairly attentive and friendly but very slow. We needed to pay a deposit on check in. We paid cash and it was returned on checkout. However, prior to the money being returned, a room check needed to be completed, which seemed to take a long time. This was inconvenient with a taxi waiting.||Rooms were big and functional but very dated and in need of a refresh. The bedding situation is not ideal. We booked a room with a queen bed and one king bed. We received a room with 2 singles and 1 double bed. The bed was extremely small and definitely not a king bed. ||The cleaning was questionable, with the wardrobe door covered in what looked like caked on brown mud from a previous guest.||Air conditioning did not work in one room and as it was late when we returned to the room we did not have time to advise reception as our kids wanted to sleep. ||There are so many positive points of this hotel - location, pool, gym. Unfortunately, this was quite a disappointing stay, especially since our previous trip to this property was so enjoyable. ||

cleanliness: 0 the overall room was really really dirty, and the bathroom had a musty smell from the mold which made my nose bleed by inhaling the air from inside and made me cough room: -1 we booked for a 3 night stay at E&O Residences at the room on 21st floor room number: 2112 we checked in around 7.15pm the living room airconditioning was working perfectly fine however the bedroom airconditioning was not working, called down to reception and they ushered the workers to come take a look, the service guys said it would work after an hour, went out for an hour and a half walk to come back to a non working air conditioning system... called down to reception to ask about other solutions, (it was already 11.30pm) they gave me two solutions: 1) workers to take a look again 2) switch rooms we decided to first view the rooms to see if the air conditioning is working, a worker took us to level 2 where the room is and we switched on the air conds and decided to wait for 30 minutes to see if it was working, so the worker was supposed to inform us but 50 minutes later there was no news about the room so i called back down to reception and then the worker only went to check, to no surprise the air cond was also not working and around 1am he came up to our original room and broke the news to us, so he said there was another room at 13a, we had already packed all our stuff expecting to move to the level 2 room however was asked to move to the level 13a room, but we were not informed and we asked to view the room for the air conditioning again however the workers attitude was really really bad and just stared at us and gave us an annoyed sigh and told us that we should just move to the level 13a room with no inspection beforehand and at first we wanted to just stay here but the attitude was really bad and service was just digustingly horrifyingly disrespectful and disgraceful so we just immediately left on the first night of not even fully staying for one night as it was already around 1am so after being disrespected by the service, we told the worker we wanted to check out immediately, so we went down to checkout and the reception's attitude was not the greatest either but we got what we needed which was our deposit and had requested a refund where we were told they would give me a two night refund (due to me wasting one night on the airconditioning being one night gone) on my debit card between 14 working business days and i was told that an email will be sent to me regarding this two night refund as something i can hold on to this is not worth what i paid for at a rate of RM400.25 for the 1st night, RM380 for the 2nd night and RM376.70 for the 3rd night This E&O Residences has marketed itself as a "5 star" hotel however no true 5 star hotel would be this poor and for the price i would say you could book a different hotel at least they'd have cleaner rooms and working rooms and heck even better service, even an airbnb would be better for this

Currently staying in KL and enjoying an apartment with my family||It feels secure with security on the site, around the drop off car park and reception||Reception respond to any issues with your room. We had a minor issue with a light. Solved quickly. ||Apartment is a good size with living room, bedrooms, kitchen and washing machine||Restaurants in and around the complex||Swimming pool is excellent. Large. Wonderful in the evening with underwater lighs. Great to swim after site seeing
