The best coffee in Paris is made by an Irishman with brilliant chat. Full range of coffees, lovely vibes, and a bacon and egg roll with chilli jam if you’re hungry

the coffee here is exceptional, the roast is immaculate and the barista was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 specialty coffee spot here in Paris

An awesome little coffee shop run by super friendly staff. I ordered a Flat White and it was made exactly the way it’s supposed to be (rare in Paris!). Will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend for any fellow antipodeans looking for a real good cuppa.

Joseph and Taka know how to take care of customers. I felt welcome the minute I walked through the door. The ambience with the coffee on the roaster as well as the artisanal decor in the shop create a great atmosphere. I had a washed guji, Ethiopian v60, and it was perfection, Taka knew exactly what I wanted because he took the time to ask and curated the cup just for me. For the lack of proper speciality coffee in the city, these guys make up for it. The cup was well bodied, fruity and had great florals. I really enjoyed my time at the cafe and will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in the neighborhood. Their cups are inexpensive but the taste is rich and the experience worth even more. They have a wide variety of roasts that suit any taste. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great cup of coffee.

Excellent coffee. Choice of 2 single origins for espresso-based drinks. The cortado (Indonesia Sumatra Aceh Pantan Musara) was robust and had green apple, strawberry notes.

Super happy to find a decent coffee bean store in Paris. Finally! As others have said, Joseph the owner, is a friendly and knowledgeable chap. He advised on his coffee bean selection and I'm looking forward to trying them. The espresso du jour and lemon olive oil cake were also tasty. I will be returning without hesitation.

The coffee we bought from Early Bird is among the best we’ve ever had. Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped us pick a couple of great choices to bring home. This will now be a required stop every time we are in Paris!

My first day in Paris, this was my second stop in search for a coffee and for the next 2 days my only stop. The filter and espresso both are really good. Learnt quite a few things about coffee beans and brewing in the interesting discussions at the roastery and tried to emulate them with the Brazil espresso beans at home and was delicious. They are doing really good work. Definitely I will visit again the next time in Paris. Its worth the stop for a delicious cup in case you are in Paris. Small tip: if you see the olive oil cake - get a piece.
