Early Bird

We visited on a Wednesday morning and the restaurant was packed. We had to wait over 10 minutes at the entrance, but the staff was very kind and treated us well the entire time. Once seated, they informed us that there was a large party ahead of us, so food would take a while—and indeed it did, about 30+ minutes. That said, the prices were excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the overall service was solid. What really stood out was the clear communication from the staff and their positive attitude—always smiling and friendly. You can tell they work hard; maybe they could use more staff, but they’re doing a great job with what they have. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area!

Ate breakfast with Kris this morning. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the Veggie Skillet and Kris got the one egg, French toast, home fries & bacon. Food was excellent! Everything was hot and delivered very quickly! Katelynn, our waitress, was very helpful and friendly. Actually all the staff was helpful and nice! If you want a great breakfast at a reasonable price this is definitely worth a visit! We will definitely return! Sorry about the photos but we started eating before the photos were taken!

Awesome service and food, this place fills up fast. The definition of a great family restaurant! Jessica, my server and the rest of the staff were great, and the cohesiveness of the establishment was outstanding. We come here every week it’s like our weekend ritual now! The staff is wonderful! The food is consistently hot, fresh, delicious and satisfying! Prices are fair! All of the servers truly are delightful, warm and friendly! Owen made us this delicious cappuccino!!! So so good!!! Early Bird is always a wonderful dining experience!

Our first visit while in the area for an event. Very good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. I had the combo with French toast & my husband had the combo with biscuits & gravy. All very good. Great & friendly service provided by Albiona! It looked like a very popular place with the local community. An important add…the restaurant & restrooms were very clean.

The food and service here is OUTSTANDING!! Im a NY’er and this place is out of this world!! I have never been to a place with customer service like this in my life! Jessica our server was hilarious, fun, genuine and the best server! The rest of the staff was amazing as well. If you’re looking for breakfast that will blow your mind…. This is the place!!! I found myself looking for a spot for Breakfast/Lunch/Brunch Diner while across the Bay. Early Bird became my choice, and I am so glad for this decision. The atmosphere is a relaxing family like vibe with great hospitality and prompt service. Alby helped contribute to this very exceptional experience with the biggest and warmest smile. Even her personal breakfast dish hit the spot! 😋 As it goes, many regulars ask for what they call "Alby's Special". The Veggie Skillet, add grilled chicken and avocado. I was so impressed when asked about this, I was actually speechless! 🥑🍳🍗 It is my pleasure to leave this review. This is a must visit if you're in the area. You'll thank me later. 😉

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant and I have to say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness from the staff. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly presented. But what really stood out to me was the stellar service provided by Albiona, our waitress. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. I was so impressed that I have already made plans to come back to this restaurant multiple times in the future. If you want to treat yourself to a fantastic meal with top-notch service, do yourself a favor and come to this restaurant – you won't be disappointed!

Just like the reviews before me, not a fancy place but a great place. I would say (at least our order) was perfect! Bacon and cheddar omelette Bacon and cheese omelette Side of pancakes Toast Why cook breakfast? We'll be back!

A couple times a month I get out for breakfast, and this is a favorite of mine. The Early Bird is a local spot, small inside with a few tables out front if you like dining outdoors. Not fancy food but very good food! A recent visit featured a Veggie Omelet and their "combo" breakfast where you make your choices from a variety of items. Being a casual spot there's a laid back comfortable vibe and the servers are as friendly as you'll find anywhere. And they are good at what they do. I can say I've never had a bad experience here.

Looking for something new for breakfast. Saw lots of good reviews so,we headed over. Pretty busy but we got a booth pretty quick. Cool local vibe. Looked over the menu and it all sounded good. I landed on the Country omelette with Sausage,green peppers,onions and cheddar cheese, toped with country sausage gravy Awesome omelette. Den grabbed the COUNTRY FRIED STEAK. Fried steak topped with country gravy. Delicious and cooked perfectly. Sold breakfast / brunch spot place was busy the whole time. Our sever was on pointe and took great care of us. Offered great suggestions as well.

Great food. Cinnamon French toast was a crowd pleaser. The eggs Benedict were amazing, too. Food was quick and service was on point.

Some of the food was delicious. Others just ok. Good: House Burger, omelettes, fruit side (not that melon junk, but good fruit), gravy Not as good: French toast (all I could taste was the butter), home fries Service was also ok. I ran out of water as no one checked on us regularly enough. So the best of this restaurant is 5 star. You just got to make sure you get the right stuff.

Very charming cafe. I had the Spinach Benedict which very good. My server did an excellent job.

Nice clean place. We had a few issues, first one being the home fries and bread were burnt. The waitress never checked up on us or asked if we needed anything until we were about half way done with our food. One of our plates was completely wrong, when approaching our waitress, she said that what we had ordered. We also asked for something, waitress never brought it.

Cute diner in the strip mall by Aldi. My waitress was so sweet. I wanted an omelet but wasn't sure of the choices. She recommended her fav off menu, a cheesesteak omelet. She didn't miss! It was so good and a good size. I ended up taking home half of it. The pancake was ok. You can tell their probably homemade.

Food was fantastic (both breakfast and lunch). The decor is simplistic, but tasteful. Our server Maria, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We found our new favorite breakfast/lunch restaurant!

The service here is great and I love the way it is decorated! It's such a cute atmosphere and it's a really nice place for a Sunday breakfast/brunch. My food was delicious, one of the best omelets I've had at a restaurant, and the home fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned as well! I'd definitely come back here!

We went for breakfast and the experience was 5 star. When you walk in you seat yourself and the first thing you notice is all the natural light lighting up the place,next you notice how clean the restaurant is. The wait staff are so attentive they are at your table within a few minutes and very pleasant. Now to some more good things about Early Bird. After placing our order our food was there in less then 15 minutes and my better better half yes better better half had a special request for her eggs nothing difficult just how she likes them cooked that will make the difference for her. I got the chicken fried steak which we both agreed it was delicious. My lady got eggs Benedict and she loved them we both had potatoes which were tender and very Very Tasty also we did not have to season a thing WOW right.

Great spot for breakfast. Really good prices as well. This breakfast place is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and I got the country skillet. We both loved our orders. Big portions too. Great service and our coffee cups were never empty. We would absolutely be back if we are ever in the area.

We are here yesterday. There was a short wait for a table but that's to be expected since it was a Sunday. We had the corn beef hash and eggs and Greek omelet. Both were delicious! Service was great the dining area is small so it could be a little loud for some but I didn't find it to be unbearable. Definitely check it out!

Food: I ordered the avocado breakfast sandwich. Loved that they put it on a baguette and added tomato to it. I got grits on the side. They were decent. My husband got a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, and home fries. He enjoyed it and home fries were tasty. The coffee was standard and tasted like what you get at most diners. Service: Service was prompt, quick, and friendly. You get to pick where you'd like to sit (inside or out). Ambiance: They did a great job updating the decor and making it a light, airy, welcoming space. Kind of like First Watch vibes. Overall, a solid addition for a breakfast in the Pinellas Park area. We will return.

We come to Early Bird often, service is always tops and every dish is fabulous. Good eats at a fair price!

My boyfriend and I tried this place this morning and oh my gosh!! The food is absolutely amazing , the service was great! Such friendly staff and cute environment . They have very cute decor and you can't beat the prices! Food comes out very quick also.

It is a great breakfast spot and has hometown vibes. The people are very kind. I got the country skillet it was very good but the potatoes could be better. The stuffed French toast was good as well, very sweet not too thick.

Great place! The hostess, I think her name was Lauren, was a ray of sunshine. Our server, Katelynn, was efficient and considerate! The food is delicious and fresh, and the new decorations are delightful! Highly recommend!

Floors were extremely dirty. Hostess was obliterated. Waitress could not make a sentence out and was clearly on something as well.

Stumbled upon this place while visiting the Toyota dealership down the street. Definitely my new go-to spot for breakfast. Eggs Benedict and the Country Fried Steak breakfasts were fabulous. Even the home fries were perfectly cooked. Plus the service was phenomenal! I love breakfast in general and this is the best place I've found in the area.

Stumbled on Early Bird randomly this past weekend as we decided to go out to eat on the spur of the moment. We arrived at 11:30 and were seated immediately- there was a good selection, service was good. There were a few misses that were immediately fixed and we all enjoyed our meals.

Early Bird is serious about French toast and uses a special cinnamon toast swirl bread shipped from a bakery. it's perfect $ 8.99 is four slices. Not into cinnamon, traditional french toast also delicious for $7.99 or half stack for $5.99. Cinnamon swirl bread for sale! Yup, we took home a fresh loaf $12.99. Ambiance is a quiet, local cafe with a steady stream of patrons but not a wait. Tucked away off US 19 and Mainlands, it's easy access by stop light and ample parking. In door and limited outdoor seating, dog friendly outside, Early Bird Cafe recently celebrated a year and has become a local go to spot. Very popular with Uber Eats, and Albi let us know the Country Skillet is in high demand with cafe goers and Uber Eats. Not a coffee drinker, the tea is freshly brewed. All ages enjoy this cafe open through lunch , check website for times and days.

Early Bird Diner is a must-visit spot for breakfast and lunch enthusiasts. Their delectable dishes are complemented perfectly by their outstanding staff, making every dining experience memorable. Highly recommended!

Don't sleep on this place for breakfast. First off, my friends and I have made a mission to find some of the best Breakfast spots in Tampa Bay. I've been overlooking this place for a year now. Wow!! The place is so cute on the inside and the staffs personalities shine. Service was top notch. Food was worth coming back for. Finally a biscuit and gravy worth craving. I got the 1egg, meat and home fries, upgraded by biscuit and added gravy on the side and grits. Grits were not watery and really good. Will be back soon with all the friends to experience this gem.

Met a friend for lunch and really enjoyed this place. Nothing fancy, it was clean, service was good and food was tasty. Easy location to get in/out of with plenty of parking. Open for breakfast & lunch and serve breakfast all day. I got the tuna melt which has chopped red onions, but they were not overpowering. The sandwich was stuffed between two pieces if buttery grilled rye bread. Big serving of fries too, they were just ok. The fries are the ones with a coating. My friend got traditional eggs benedict, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was thick with good flavor. She got grits for side and they looked thick, which I prefer. She also had a small fruit cup. With pricing crazy everywhere we felt this place was very fairly priced. We will def go again. Enjoy!

Although there was seating inside, we sat outside because the weather was beautiful. My greek omelet was tasty and the home fries came out crispy like requested. Hubby got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast, made from fresh bread from a local bakery. Only downfall was that our server didn't come and fill our coffee often enough. Definitely will be returning here when we are heading to the beach nevertheless!

I really want to give this place a 5, but their service is extremely hot or cold. The food is fine, pretty standard breakfast that isn't amazing or bad. But one server can be super attentive and another can leave you for 20 minutes without ever checking on your food/drink. I've been about 5 times with it sometimes busy, sometimes slow so that gives me a pretty well rounded look at how service can be and with a variety of servers If they had some more creative breakfast options OR if the service was more consistently good, I'd be happy to give 5 stars

Great breakfast and sandwich place ----- homemade chips, Philly, florentine and skillets are all tasty .... Really nice staff and friendly vibe especially compared to other places in Florida ...can't say enough good things

Great little hidden gem breakfast place and lunch food is always fresh and very good and very consistent. Service always great when I go it's my favorite go to on Saturday and Sunday morning for breakfast.

If you're wondering whether to go to this restaurant, let me ask you this: Are you a fan of delicious flavor? If yes, then why aren't you mapping to it already? If no, then going to this restaurant will change that. It's that good. If you're wondering what to get- (I'm biased to the stuffed French toast (yeah you heard that right, it's stuffed)) I got the stuffed French toast and I am now a different person. I usually never finish a meal especially when I go out for breakfast but this, this I licked clean. If you're not sold on it yet hear me out: thick brioche slice...... now make it French toast.......now stuff it with mixed warm cream cheese....... berry preserves....... and fresh fruit. Yeah, that. You need this meal. I would also suggest getting orange juice to wash it all down with, but if not then there water will suffice you just fine due to it being amazing water. And I'm a water snob so you can trust me.

Loved this place ! A Tropical court yard with an Island feel. The menu offers a great variety to select from.- Caribbean, Thai,, Mongolian and Bohemian flair. We tried the Hoisen Ribs they were our favorite very tasty. Next we had the Mangolian nachos delicious. Veggie pot stickers were very tasty and the crab cakes were full of crab meat without any breading another favorite.. The waiter was very friendly and gave us a good explanation of the items we had question on. We Definitely will be returning many times in the future.

Jessica our waitress was phenomenal... food hot & delicious I had the corned beef hash & eggs with grits and the grilled biscuit and HOLY MOLY!!!! I wanted to meet the cook and his/her parents because wow My husband enjoy the country skillet with 1 pancake on the side and by the look on his face, he didn't regret a thing!! LOL!!! I'll be trying just about everything on the menu - each day will be a different item and next time I'll be sure to include the pics

The food here was amazing!! My family and I all got different variations of the french toast and each one was phenomenal. The staff was very nice and the food came out hot and fresh. This is the best breakfast place I have been to in Tampa. We will most definitely be coming back!!

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! They get one star from me just based on their lack of AC. Food was just okay. They have no idea how to make an egg white omelet. Service was bad. Would never return.

I had apatty melt forlunch...! Excellent and hugh!! We also had a blt-great and my son had eggs benedict. He loved it!! Recommend this restaurant to all. Pretty place and clean. Goodservice.
