"Earth'n Us farm was established by Ray Chasser in 1977 as a place for he and his family to live close to the earth. Four decades later, the two acre farm not only still exists, but is thriving. Part hippie commune, part farm featuring gardens and animals, Earth 'n Us is open to the public, and encourages visitors on Sundays. Additionally, ENUF hosts "Love & Vegetables" (a vegan pop-up cafe) and drum circles to celebrate and honor the full moon. For those wanting an even more personal experience, the farm isn't totally cut off from the market economy - you can rent one of several of their spaces by the night via Air BnB." - Matthew Vander Werff & Ashley Melisse Abess

Truly incredible Airbnb. Left me completely speechless. Leslie and Ray are great.

I was nice experience to find this farm in the center of Miami. Here you can touch the nature and to be in quiet atmosphere and enjoy the nature. We saw farm animals: pigs, turtles, parrot (poor parrot he was alone in a cage and so sad because can’t fly 😢), goats, chickens. Here are airbnb so you can stay and take yoga.

Google
Such a wonderful experience. Great for small kids as they get to see some animals. Raymond who looks after the garden, showed us many useful plants. I think it would be even better if they post signs outside, letting public know there is a farm here. We were about to turn back until one of the neighbours guided us.

This place has the most unique set of features. In the middle of the Little Haiti neighborhood these 2.5 acres of parcels that have been transformed over 45 years into a wild and beautiful little farm with 4 of the oldest/largest trees in Miami thriving among the goats, emus, chickens, pigs and cats. We stayed in the canopy room of the tree house and got to feel the breeze while we slept above the soft noises of sleepy farmlife at night. We woke in the morning to animals ready to be fed by Ray and Leslie tidying up the outdoor kitchen for us to be able to cook our breakfast and drink our coffee on the patio in the morning sunshine filtered through the palm, almong and jumbo gumbo trees. What a treasure. There is magic in the land here that Ray and Leslie tend with all the little school children running around during the week for the attached farm school this place is a wonderland of delight. Come enjoy a rustic and wonderful retreat and if you don't mind climbing two narrow flights of stairs up the side of a tree to bed and back down to the shared bathrooms and kitchen this place will leave you happy, smiling and amazed at all they have made here.

This place is almost mythical. Hidden gem.

Google
This place is interesting mostly because of it's location, but don't be fooled. The plants look pretty nice. The animals looks kind of sad. It is not a farm. It is barely a garden. The long-term residents who rent apartments on the property had some troubling stories about the owners/landlords, to put it mildly. Maybe worth a look, not worth a trip.

Google
Fun little urban farm in the depths of Miami with some super cool tree huts and buildings that are able to be rented on Airbnb. Definitely a fun spot to check out if you're interested in urban farming and seeing some funny little animals you wouldn't expect to in Miami.

Google
Cute little farm. Not much to see but it was fun. My 4 year old daughter loved the animals and tree house. We had some seeds to exchange in the seed share box. Overall worth the trip.

Yelp
This aerial yoga class at the rescue animal farm in Miami is truly outstanding! The instructor is friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere in this unique setting surrounded by rescue animals. The space is well-designed, and the class is expertly guided. My only suggestion would be to avoid storing the equipment directly in the bags; allowing them to air or be washed at the end of the day would be awesome as they smell per bad

Yelp
I used to love this place until I saw the Emu slowly die. He had an eye infection and the Turkeys started to peck at him and bully him. They pecked him so hard he was bleeding everywhere. I informed Ray numerous times and he told me vets were too expensive and he didn't believe in them. This animal was in terrible pain and suffering last time I was there. He could barely walk or stand up straight his eye was sealed shut. It was awful to watch. And to know Ray refused to get him help is the worst part. Its cruel. I haven't returned since then. But I can bet he did not make it. So disappointed in this place.

Yelp
I haven't been there yet, but by the 106 pics and shorts I'm dying to go!! And my mom would love this place!!

Yelp
What a hidden gem. This farm is tucked away right in the heart of Little Haiti. We found it by taking a Little Haiti tour. The farm is well maintained. It grows different vegetables. All of the animals on the farm are rescue animals. This farm is open to the public for free. They also have a tree house and several rooms on Airbnb. There is a covered pavilion where people do yoga. If you're ever down this way, it's worth checking out!

Yelp
This place is incredible! It is such a hidden gem; a Zen oasis in the Urban jungle that is Miami! Donations are accepted to help fund upkeep and feed the animals, but there is not a set admission. This place is everything that is right in today's chaos and offers an amazing mental escape to joyful simplicity! You can feed the animals, they have composting, and incredible seed exchange to support creating pollinator corridors in the neighborhoods, and they even offer yoga classes! This was a spectacular find tucked away in an unassuming part of Little Haití! Definitely worth a visit to explore and experience and support. You will definitely be feeling all sorts of Namaste when you leave!

Yelp
Love, love, love this place !! I was lucky enough to be brought by a friend and have been able to pass the surprise along to others and it always delights me to see the smiles this place brings to everyones faces. Come by and feed the goats, hogs, and birdies, pick up some mulch, drop off some compost and take in the gardens. Its a cute little nook in an otherwise not very "vistable" neighborhood off of 79th. I brought my dog last time and (there are no signs stating not allowed) but I got the feeling that I will leave her at home next time. She had a gentle leader on and they seemed to appreciate that but I would imagine outside animals are not welcome. Just fyi

Yelp
Loved visiting this local farm hidden away in Miami. The vibe is very bohemian and welcoming. They offer some Airbnb and housing options so you may see people living on the property. There's so many lush plants and beautiful animals, it truly feels like an escape. Though if you dislike bugs, beware of large spiders lurking in the trees! Checkout the birds that talk back to you, they are fun and have spicy personalities. The farm has a camp for children that i hear great reviews about. "Staff" are very nice and welcoming to new visitors. Just be aware of your children and animals - I saw a girl get nipped by a pig (she stuck her hand in the pen) when her parent wasn't looking. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
This is one of those places I stop by very often, and for some strange reason, never find the time to write a review. Until now. So, fyi, this review it's way overdue: since 2012. I know, right!!?? I still remembered the first time one of my vegan friends brought me here: "We are going to a sanctuary farm in Little Haiti", she announced. "A farm?!?!". I was hesitant to step out of the car, since the area looked super shady... But I'm glad I did. Several houses encapsulates the big complex, and once you walked in, you are welcomed by the rescued goats. Every Sunday I stop by to bring scrap foods I collect during the week. Coco, the cockatoo, loves mangoes. The emu can eat anything, but just be careful not to get too close. She/he spits. There's even a pond with koi fish. The turtles are super shy, and the chickens have a whole house for themselves. If you feel adventurous, you can AirB&B one of the bungalows for the weekend, or even better, one of the tree houses, and wake up on the top of the canopy by the rooster call at 5am. The showers are outdoor, to make the experience even wilder. Now you know my secret hidden place. It's up to you to spread the word...

Yelp
Right before Yelp Event Culinary Carnival, Nicole showed me the permaculture farm situated in Little Haiti. The farm sits on a two acre plot and the animals that greeted us welcomingly included Emu, roosters, chickens, pigs, turkey, large tortoise and even a harvestable beehive. While we were perusing the property we heard all sorts of farm sounds. It's also an Airbnb for folks who want to spend a few urban farm-like nights on the property. The cool thing about the farm is everyone is welcome to enter. At the center of the farm is a large treehouse situated 30 feet above the ground in the lush green jungle canopy. I walked up the steps feeling like Tarzan when I reached the top, surrounded by vines and tropical greenery. There is an open full kitchen, coin operated laundry, an open fire pit and in the back we met owner, Ray Chasser who invited us to join the Volley Ball game with the dozen or so visitors and guests that seemed to be having a great time. Truly a fun oasis and people who have the right idea about spending a Sunday afternoon. We kindly declined, but next time we will! If you want a farm getaway in a small hippy community this is the place to come.

Yelp
I found out about this place through a friend. And I have to say I'm so glad I came with my kids here. Is definitely a hidden gem in little haiti. Is open to the public, and I believe you could actually rent the tree houses and you could even camp out, I saw about 4 tents around the property. There is no parking so you will need to park somewhere on the street, is surrounded by houses and buildings. I have to say that since I came on a week day it was really easy to find parking but I'm pretty sure that on the weekends it could get a little complicated. Once you go in, the atmosphere is so different, but in a great unexplainable way. Is so amazing how this is located in the city. The feeling of being here is just breathtaking, with all the green all around, the tree houses, different animals, tents around the property. And the best part everyone that you see here is so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here, I can't believe how I didn't know about this place before. I really recommend anyone to come specially if you need to unplug from the real world is a great place to come and visit.

Yelp
Beautiful and lovely. So calm, and relaxing Beautiful animals. I had a great experience while being there and they have big crops!

Yelp
What a fun place in the middle of a crowded city! It was a wonderful getaway to relax and slow down for a few hours and enjoy nature. It is surprisingly large for just looking like a house from the front. It is several lots. There is a nice walking path around, and large pens with chickens, goats, turkeys, pigs, tortoises, farm cats and even an emu! It's definitely worth checking out. There is even a little tree house that you can rent with Air BnB with an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and shower!

Yelp

Yelp
Amazing little farm in the middle of Little Haiti. All of the animals are friendly, healthy and beautiful! It was a pleasure to bring our little 2-year old here to see animals so close to home. The message and vibe are inspiring. We look forward to returning.

Olga O.

Yelp
Awesome place to drop off compost! It literally feels like you're in the forest and not in the middle of a busy city! They have gatherings on sundays and play volleyball. The animals are loved and well kept. Love the emu, such creepy eyes but overall funny. There are many friendly cars roaming around and chickens too. Many friendly people go and hang out there for the peace and quiet.

Lesley L.

Yelp
this place was adorable and had so many things besides just the animals to look at. my girlfriend and I loved it.

Yelp
A Miami gem! Thank you for sharing your farm with visitors! Visiting the rescued animals and seeing your garden is an inspiration.
