I first want to say how inviting everyone was from the moment I walked into the door at 9:00 a.m. I had a scheduled massage with Destiny. She was very nice, professional and explained everything to me and what to expect during my massage. She asked if there was anything that I needed her to concentrate mostly on. She did just that. Beyond expectation's, Destiny was great! I would recommend and will be back. Please call and book with her! Take a moment for yourselves, Moms! Thank a lot!

I have been going to Dianne since 2016 for different services but had my first facial with her the other day. That was the BEST facial I have ever had! You can tell she really puts a lot of thought into making your spa day as relaxing as possible and that she genuinely cares for each of her clients. Dianne rocks!

I came here and got a message with Elizabeth on a Sunday afternoon. My experience was excellent and I will definitely be returning! The store is quiet, cute, and eclectic in it's offerings. The massage area in the back is separated by a small curtain and has a separate check-in desk. I completed a quick form on a tablet once checked in, just to verify my information and list any medical issues, and then was taken upstairs and into a room. I was given time to disrobe and get under the covers. The bed was heated, the room was dimly lit, and spa music was playing on the overhead speaker. The atmosphere was very calm and soothing. Elizabeth sprayed something that smelled amazing into the air and then got started with my massage. I found her quite professional, yet friendly, and helpful. I tend to get nervous in new places/situations and she definitely set me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. I left feeling amazing, she got all of the knots out of my neck and shoulders and I just wanted to go home and take a nap. A small complimentary water bottle was given to me at checkout and I definitely needed it. Overall, an excellent experience I look forward to repeating soon!

I am right now walking out of a sea salt scrub by Darlene and I feel like I’m walking on a cloud! I felt like a princess the entire time. This was my first sea salt scrub and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Google
I booked a last minute massage on a Saturday. Took the last appointment of the day, reluctantly. But to my surprise, it may have been one of the best massages of my life! Darlene was amazing and it was exactly what I needed. She was truly professional and sensitive to my back pain issues!

Google
Best deep tissue massage from Elizabeth. She saved me. I was in so much pain before I walked in. Very helpful and informative as well as comforting. Bought some amazing muscle relief bath salt. I'll be back!

Over four years, I received a lot of gift cards for Earthsavers. The amounts ranged from $50 - $200. One gift card was a "store credit" for a purchase I returned within a few days with the receipt. I never paid close attention to the order I received the gift cards and the order I used them. When trying to use a gift card, the lady said it expired. I gave her another card, that too EXPIRED! The manager was able to tell me how much was left on the gift card and when it expired, but would not honor my cards! Needless to say, I lost a lot of money. I would never run my business the way they run theirs.

Google
I purchased a jacket, then decided it wasn't what I needed for an upcoming trip. I tried to return it the next day with all tags, etc. Buyer Beware: they don't credit back returns to your credit card, even if its American Express, which has a return protection policy. I now have a gift card which I will never use because I will never go back there. Additionally, I made a pedicure appointment 6 weeks in advance of my trip and they cancelled on me. Poor customer service.

Deanna R.

Yelp
I can't remember the girl's name & I even asked when I left. I hate getting pedicures. I usually leave bleeding from nicks. This girl though! She was great! I will never dread getting one again. I have never experienced a good pedicure. This one was phenomenal.

Sandy S.

Yelp
WARNING be careful when choosing a polish. if you choose the wrong one they charge and extra $30.00 ....they are not separated from other colors so You have no idea it is so much more (and definitely not worth it). Been there for over twenty years (New Orleans magazine street originally) and will be going elsewhere.

Yelp
Horrible costumer service - I was told during a facial that I was using the wrong type of moisturizer and then they wouldn't let me trade an unopened container of it in towards the one she recommended. I will not be returning to this store.

Stacie K.

Yelp
Kayla is amazing! After 2 weeks of hip pain, she did a deep tissue massage on me. She also recommended certain stretches for me to continue to do and to ice my hips and lower back. The next morning, my pain was pretty much gone, and i was no longer limping. I woukd recommend her to anyone!

Yelp
I hate to give this store one star BUT the manager on duty, I believe her name was Heidi, really changed my mind about ever going here again. I came in looking for a new facial routine, as I am very new to skincare. I needed a lot of guidance and help. I explained my situation to one of the young girls on duty and she was not able to help me (no biggie I understand she was so young) so she grabbed the manager who I thought would provide me with some kind of guidance. Boy was I wrong , she was so rude and condescending and made me feel horrible. It seemed as though I was bothering her even though there was no one in the store. I left without buying anything and will not return. She made me feel so unwelcomed.

Yelp
Great microdermabrasion by Danielle! Horrible customer service at the front desk. No need for eye rolls and passive aggressive remarks when I wanted to double check if I tipped my esthetician... I would've left without doing so if I hadn't checked my receipt.

Yelp
Would give zero stars if I could. They do have good products and decent services, but the way they operate as a business, especially for repeat customers, is terrible. 1. Their return policy sucks (30 days with a store credit only). Be prepared to get really dirty looks for trying to return a product that gave you an allergic reaction on MY FACE. After my facial, I was guided on which products to buy. The face wash I purchased gave my skin a reaction and I tried returning it. They refused and told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. I had been going to get regular monthly facials there at $100+tip for months and they refused to return a $35 face wash. 2. You can tell they work off commission. I got my eyebrows done (why do I keep returning?) and was introduced to a sales lady in the makeup department. I bought some eyebrow gel and lip gloss and she made sure to say that I bought that from HER (as in, not my eyebrow waxer). 3. I was refused service to get my eyebrows done because I had my kid with me. Okay, no kid policy, fine. But let me know when I book the appointment would be great. Every time I try to make it work, it just doesnt with Earth Savers. Won't return again.

Yelp
The store is really nice and packed full of wonderful gifts, products, and skincare regimen brands. Going shopping there only would deserve 5 stars, but the spa is a little lacking. Checking in was strange when I was directed down the hall and not really told where to go or what to do. Vague pointing. The relaxation room is tiny & immediately behind the desk with an open ceiling shared with the store so it's like you're hiding behind a wall. Only 1 small sofa & few dining room chairs to sit on so if there's more than one person, it's tight and a little awkward. No cell phones allowed (completely understandable) but also not one magazine or reading material anywhere in sight. Imagine being in an elevator but looking at total strangers and no one talking..weird. Their spa might be good for a quick walk-in service but if a day spa with real relaxation is what you're seeking, might want to find another place to go.

Yelp
Went to this location a few days ago and let me tell you I will never be back. I spoke with Heidi the manager and she was very un friendly , it came off as that I was bothering her which made me feel uncomfortable. I did not purchase anything because of how she made me feel. The atmosphere was just not welcoming. She seemed more interested in getting away from me then helping me , I will not be back.

Emily J.

Yelp
was excited for my first facial but it was cut 30 minutes short when i paid $85 for an hour. It wasn't even all that. I wouldn't recommend for a facial here! they did give me $7 off but it should've been more.

Yelp
I want to give kudos to Ms. Keirston - Spa Manager for her professional knowledge and excellent customer service. She has answered all of my questions. I called the Mandeville Earthsavers Store and spoke with her yesterday. There was a Bumble and Bumble product that I needed, and I called to ask if this location currently carries this product in its inventory and if it was available for sale. Ms. Keirston took my phone call, answered all of my questions, and armed me with more knowledge (by intuiting my customer needs about the Store's sales events) without my asking. Background ========== She listened intently to the purpose of my call. Additionally, I called to ask about when was the Customer Appreciation Event and had I missed this opportunity. Last year, I accidentally hit upon it in early April and purchased several products, but I had no true knowledge about this event. I was impressed with the Management's style of giving back to the customer. However, she informed me that I did sadly miss this event and continued the conversation to educate me about it, by presenting some history (e. g., the date it normally occurs, its savings features, etc.). Since I missed this date, and she could sense my disappointment, she proceeded to tell me about the Labor Day Sale in September and shared some education about it. I had no idea about this one! She had quickly turned my disappointment into a promise for the future by Management - - I had another customer event to look forward to! Imagine my pleasant surprise! About Ms. Keirston ================ Ms. Keirston has a very strong knowledge about all products sold in the Store. I then asked her some questions about a few more products. Before we finished conducting business together, I purchased another product from her. Ms. Kierston has a very professional, yet personable demeanor. I have done business with her at this Store and before her employment at Earthsavers, when she was a Manager at Mandeville's Bath & Body Works. She still delivers the same stellar customer service each time that I talk with her. A Job Well Done! ============== I am and will always be a loyal Earthsavers customer. My reason for this is because Management has placed people like Ms. Keirston in the forefront. She is a true leader beyond compare. If you agree with me, then I hope that you will reward her for her performance. Thank you for your help in this matter. Take good care, be safe, and have a great weekend! Sincerely, Barbara Rivet

Yelp
My daughter-in-law and I went to Earthsavers (Mandeville) for mini pedicures. We did not expect the mini pedi to be as detailed as a full pedi BUT this was just a smidgen above a polish change at a walk-in nail shop. The massage chairs (there were two) sounded like Harley Davidson motorcycles and couldn't be regulated. Rebecca just said, "they don't work right". Rebecca used profanities that we felt were inappropriate in a business establishment although common in our society today. There were cleaning products and cloths in the corner behind Rebecca (not very professional). At the end of our pedicures, lotion wasn't even applied. We were flabbergasted! This was on December 28, 2022. The reason why we made appointments was because my daughter-in-law had been gifted a spa-day at Earthsavers in September of 2022. She had a wonderful experience and recommended we get our pedicures there. I supposed if one spends much more money one will receive a better experience. Maybe there's a different pedicure room for big spenders. It's really a shame.

Yelp
I made an appointment for a facial and massage, and booked the massage as my second service. When I arrived for my appointment they said that my massage would be first and refused to rearrange the services to the order I had booked. When I asked to reschedule, they said they would charge me a cancellation fee. I went ahead and kept the appointment, ended up with a crick in my neck from the facial, and have never gone back. When I called the manager to explain my disappointment I was told that the employees followed policy with not rescheduling, regardless of their incorrectly ordering my services. She did offer me a free upgrade for next time I come in. I will never return. The massage was decent, the facial was ok. When the services aren't amazing and the customer service is poor, I can't give more than one star.

Sylvia C.

Yelp
Good product selection, but less than mediocre customer service. The manager, Heidi, was incredibly rude and condescending when I attempted to find a product, and also seems to treats her fellow associates the same way! Felt more stressed out after I left...

Yelp
Best massages on the Northshore. Prices aren't what I'm used to having moved from Houston, Texas, but that seems to be the name of the game here in Louisiana. Beautiful store with so many eclectic items to purchase and the spa in the back is simply lovely and tranquil.

Jarden G.

Yelp
I highly recommend!!! I shop at this location all the time and just can't stop spending my money here whether it's on candles, or skin care, or even a good deep tissue massage. Every employee I've met here so far has also been great and very knowledgeable, especially when picking out the right products!
google avatar

Wes L.

Yelp
Some nice products here, however, who on earth would pay 70.00 for a frickin' candle? Well, me as it turns out. Of course when I figured out what I paid- I immediately returned the item. But you know what? No refunds! You guessed it - store credit only. Wow. Now I'm stuck spending more money at this eco-ripoff shop. I think I'll try to unload it on eBay.

Hannah M.

Yelp
Everyone was so nice and professional! I got a facial and a massage, it was great! Feeling refreshed!

Amani O.

Yelp
I come here all the time for facials. Perla never disappoints, always such a great & relaxing experience!

Landry C.

Yelp
Got a gift card for Christmas so I decided to spoil myself with a facial. I don't know why I didn't go here sooner. Mallory gave me the best facial! Everyone was really nice and helpful. Very relaxing experience. I will for sure be back.

Yelp
Spa services are subpar which is disappointing because they are a little on the pricer side. Also would NOT shop in their retail section. They do not stand behind their products, so if you buy something that is broken or doesn't work for your skin they won't even exchange it for you. Which again is disappointing being that you can easily spend over $50 on one product that you'll use once, figure out if doesn't work for you and never use again. Better off shopping at places like Sephora where they will not only exchange products that don't work for you but also give oh your money back if you just wanna return it. I've heard multiple people having this issue with them after I experienced it.

Yelp
I recently had a "massage" here and was less than unimpressed with it. I chose an aromatherapy massage and had a goft card from a birthday present. I was excited to use it because I had not had a massage in a while. The therapist did no intake, asked no questions, and mismanaged her time. I had specific areas I wanted worked on and she barely touched them. Also, the "massage" was just someone rubbing oil into my skin. There are 5 different aspects of a basic Swedish massage and all she did was rub oil into my skin. At one point, I thought i would just get up and leave and tell her this was not working for me. It was $150 for this. I could have bought the oil and done this at home myself. I really am extremely disappointed in this place. Just did not seem to be interested in the "therapy" that massage is supposed to offer. I'd rather go to a massage school where the students are learning and applying these techniques. Not good, Earthsavers. This is not a way to earn repeat business.

Ron M.

Yelp
This place was horrible, my massage was absolutely terrible and the manger Heidi is horrific. She acts like she just simply doesn't want to be there. She's rude to customers and from what I could tell she is very rude to her coworkers as well.

Yelp
Should have made this review years ago-I have never been treated so poorly in my life. A few years back I had gift cards totaling $500. I decided to use them all together on a spa day. The day of, a few hours before, i had a family emergency. I called earth savers and told them this and they said-sorry we have a 24 hour cancelation policy so you have to pay still- and stole the whole $500 worth of gift cards. I understand paying a cancellation fee but to take the whole $500?!! I was appalled. My mom tried talking to the owner also and she said we had to give her proof/evidence of the emergency to get a partial refund.... these people are TERRIBLE. Will never support this "local business" again. -- 1. from your comment Theresa: I understand a cancellation fee but to take the whole amount (which was 100% closer to $500, not $250 it was multiple gift cards I received for graduating college) is absurd!! And no I didn't call the next day, I called within hours of the appointment and told you about my emergency and got laughed at and told it was too bad and I could provide a police report if I wanted the refund. Real nice. 2- And yes you're right I did come and get my underarms waxed for my wedding that was a week away and had a HORRIBLE experience yet again!!! The only reason I went to y'all was bc it was the only place that had an appointment. And the person who waxed me apologized immensely for how bad it was and said "I'm book you in a few days for a follow up but you do not have to cancel or come if it is still bad" and when I was called to confirm the appointment, the person who called was a total bitch and said well we have to charge you bc you're canceling. After the person who waxed me said don't worry about coming or canceling!! Y'all should be disgusted with the way you treat people. And that last appointment IS THE REASON why after 6 years I decided to say something bc IT HAPPENED AGAIN!

Yelp
A little pricey, but the experience was serene. I had never had a massage to this point and I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted with pleasant smiles and offered cucumber water. The wait was short and I was led to the back. The room was filing with Lavender and I was immediately relaxed. I enjoyed the massage a lot. My only quip (and this is not a reflection of the establishment) is I wish she would have dug deep into my tissues. I need deep tissue massage and only a few specialized people know how to give it.

Yelp
5+ stars!! This place is amazing. They are personable, helpful, and compassionate. Im visiting from California and am Very impressed. They were able to fit me in on short notice . Elizabeth spent extra time with me for more information and therapy. I even left with suggestions for continuing my healing.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
This place is very hit or miss. I went in for a pedicure. They were running 20 minutes behind, which I normally wouldn't care about except they told me to be there 20 minutes early to fill out "paperwork" which I never saw. Then a week after I left, my toes were all chipped and looked awful. For a pedicure that costs $50 I'd expect it to last a bit longer.
google avatar

Barbara G.

Yelp
I had a great massage with Renarda (sp?) the first time. She was incredible. No need to go deep tissue with this lady. She gave my muscles what they were looking for. Today Renarda was off and so I booked with Elizabeth. Wonderful experience! Elizabeth worked magic on my neck and is very passionate about her job. She was knowledgeable on the essential oils and provided a very relaxing experience. Thanks ladies! The store personnel were very friendly and accommodating. May be that there are different people from previous reviews.

Tequilla M.

Yelp
DARLENE WAS AMAZING! I booked my first appointment with Earthsavers and my massage therapist was Darlene! I'm in such a great mood! Darlene was extremely friendly, professional and I had the best massage ever! I will be back to see ONLY Darlene! ONLY DARLENE! I'd recommend Earthsavers Mandeville to everyone! The staff took temperatures at the door, followed by questions to ensure everyone's safety before entering, which was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The aroma and relaxing music made the experience even better. I'm very happy!
google avatar

Jenna R.

Yelp
I always really enjoy my services here, and love the products they sell. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I go here often and always have a good experience. I would certainly recommend Earthsavers for all your spa needs!

C B.

Yelp
Very disappointed by front sales staff!! As soon as I walked in, I was looked at like I was a nuisance ): !!!! The front area sales clerk was not helpful and absolutely has no customer service skills. When I asked questions about a product, seems she didn't know much. She kept looking me up and down & very obvious about it. I used to buy gift certificates and products there. I will take my business elsewhere, those products can be found at a dozen other places and spa services can be found elsewhere too! Since the front area is so rude, I definitely have no confidence to try their spa services!!!!!!

Nancy D.

Yelp
Not customer friendly regarding exchanges or returns for store credit, no less. Too many places on-line to purchase same products for less with easy options for exchange or return. Spent a lot of money here over the years, but will not return due to unfriendly customer policies.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
Great store! Always has many options for skin care that are high quality but affordable!! Also, their shower bombs are the bomb! If you're in the area I would suggest checking them out, you won't regret it.
google avatar

Ciera M.

Yelp
The northshore location is awesome! They just released their fall candles, yay! I really love their high quality cards they offer in store. Anytime I need a gift, I can get everything I need here minus shipping supplies. I have been wanting to schedule a massage, looks very tempting

Pineapple ?.

Yelp
i really love this place, but only when i get this one specific nail tech. in my opinion, she's the only one that really knows what shes doing and does a great job. the rest of the staff either causes me great discomfort when doing my nails or does a bad job. the scenery is nice, the fact that they have TV's is nice, and the preformance is overall pretty good. little bit pricey though!
google avatar

Liz M.

Yelp
OK massage but does not live up to the hype. I had gotten much more / better service for the same price elsewhere. Having to wait in the store for your service is a bit weird.
google avatar

Yelp
A lot to choose from but make sure to get a tester, they don't take anything back if opened. It doesn't matter what it does to your skin!

Yelp
I just had a wonderful massage from Jessica. I had a free morning and on a whim called to see if they could fit me in and I was lucky! I was able to come in immediately. I routinely get massages and honestly was a little worried when a very young and petite woman guided me back. Well dynamite comes in small packages! It was a full 80 minutes of relaxation. I mentioned my preference for lotion over oil and she happily accommodated me. She also immediately pinpointed my 2 problem areas after I vaguely mentioned my shoulder and arm points of interest. She spent extra time on them at the beginning and the end. I also really appreciate the lack of chit chat. There's never an easy way to avoid light conversation without feeling like a jerk but she stay attuned to me and avoided small talk during my "me" time. Her massage and service were 5 stars; I had to give Earthsavers 4 for the location of the spa. The retail store is fun and a great spot to pick out high end face and hair products but the sound carries right up to the spa rooms and was distracting a couple times.

Darci S.

Yelp
I have visited the store to shop a few times and I have also received 2 massages and a pedicure. I have always been greeted warmly and been well assisted. My most recent massage was especially wonderful. The therapist was very accommodating in helping me relieve some pain in my lower back from a pulled muscle. She was friendly and informative. I walked out of the room nearly pain free. I love this place.

Hope O.

Yelp
Loveeeeee Earthsavers Mandeville!! Can't say enough good things about the store and the employees ... I've never had a bad experience here and I've come here for many years both for services and store purchases. Starting with spa, I am very picky with my eyebrows basically because I have few... they always do an amazing job with them, no matter who I see (although Cecile is the BESSSTTT)!! They tint and wax them, and I offer very little preference simply bc I don't know what to do about hem. I've never ever been disappointed (as I have when I've gone to walk in places). They always check to make sure I'm not using skin sensitive products prior to starting services as well, which is nice because I don't always think to mention it. I've also loved their facials and credit them with keeping my complexion as glowy and clear as it is ... they also always offer new suggestions for products for my selectively oily skin, and they've not been wrong yet. Manicures and pedicures are divine, and the entire spa environment is super relaxing and soothing! They recently renovated in the last year and it feels super luxurious. As for the store, I love all of the product lines as well as the little boutique items like tote bags, cute socks (because who doesn't love sassy socks), swell bottles etc. On my last visit a couple of weeks ago I tortured an employee over the perfect dry shampoo and she very patiently and cheerfully helped me for almost an hour... leading to my finding my most favorite dry shampoo to date (and I have many)! Sure the products are more expensive than those you find at Target or Bath and Body Works but you get what you pay for. Final point, love the location! Super conveniently located in the Premiere Center with tons of other great stores and restaurants nearby. I live on the South Shore but often make the 25 minute drive over to Mandeville just for Earthsavers and safe, convenient shopping! Can't go wrong!

Still T.

Yelp
Will not be back. They charged me for a deep tissue massage but was not deep tissue at all. I've never fallen asleep in a deep tissue massage. Also I generally like to arrive 15-20 minutes early to relax but there was no relaxation room prior to massage. You are left out in the store to shop and then brought back straight to the massage room. No slippers or robes that you would expect at a high priced salon. Finally my session was not a full 50 minutes. I was taken back into the room 5 minutes late and the massage ended at 48 after the hour. Not happy!

Michelle M.

Yelp
After being a loyal customer for YEARS, I will no longer be visiting Earthsavers for services, nor will I be purchasing products. I had a scheduled appointment for a service and called the morning of to cancel, as circumstances beyond my control prevented me to keep my appointment. The person who answered stated that if I did not keep my appointment, nor if they were able to fill my appointed time, I would be charged the entire $70.00. I could not believe this. I explained that I had been a customer for YEARS (there every to every other month for a service), but that didn't matter whatsoever. I typically purchase a product as well or more during each visit to Earthsavers. The little girl on the phone simply disregarded the fact of my being a loyal customer and said "it's our policy". Well, I do believe that consideration to those that have shown loyalty should be treated as valued customers and not charged an entire amount when you have to cancel. I checked my bank statement this afternoon and of course, there's a $70.00 charge to Earthsavers. I'm really not too concerned about the business that they will lose from me, as others shop there regularly, but what out the person who I tip quite well after every service. Seems to me that she "unfortunately" will be getting the bad end of this deal. Not to mention each time I purchase products, she gets a commission. What ever happened to good customer service?

Mary Emily L.

Yelp
Have had multiple experiences here where they shorten your massage by getting you late and still finishing at the 50 minute mark. Deep tissue massages leave a lot to be desired. You have to wait in the store front; the setting is a bit awkward. There are 3 cash registers and still it somehow takes 10 minutes to check out. Not worth the money. My husband and I won't be back.

Melli I.

Yelp
$20 for coconut oil (yeah it's organic-and in a darned plastic bottle-ugh!) No returns on purchases, they seem pretty firm about this. What's being saved, I wonder? Not the Earth, not at this store. Might as well just skip it and drive to the Whole Foods in Baton Rouge, we've decided. It's less hassle and more satisfaction.

Laurie T.

Yelp
I got my eyelashes tinted for the first time here since I have such light eyelashes. After I got them tinted I woke up the next day with extremely itchy and bloodshot eyes (this lasted almost a week) I tried eyedrops and cold compresses but nothing made them better. I finally had to go to the eye doctor and she said I had a severe allergic reaction to whatever was in the dye and prescribed me steroid drops. I do not suggest having this procedure done without doing research since nothing is done to detect if you are allergic to the dye beforehand.

Christine C.

Yelp
Overpriced. Price for mani/pedi is what I pay at high end salons and this place is far from high end. Entire set up is confusing: where do you check in? Who do you pay? Polish selection is pitiful. Manicurist was pleasant but the rest of the staff just seemed to be standing around. Salon experiences begin when you walk in the door and the retail section is unnerving.

Yelp
Go Here! ! I had a massage with Shelly and pedicure with Miss Ann. This is probably the first spa I have ever been to that didn't have that snooty uncomfortable feeling. (I've been to many). Shelly and I talked before the massage..she did exactly what I asked and checked with me during to make sure all was good! After my hour of heaven I relaxed, had some lemon water then Miss Ann came to get me for my pedicure. Very nice pedicure as I put the heat and massage on, on the chair. It really was an awesome treat! I was so relaxed that when it was time to leave.....I was trying to think "What else can I get done so I can hang out here all day". (Thank you Both!!) I had a wonderful relaxing time here. Just sorry you are in Louisiana!

Sara M.

Yelp
Excellent services, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist, Gabrielle, is always responsive and attentive to my changing needs and varying pain on a weekly basis, helping me manage my fibromyalgia. The spa area is quiet and calming -- the relaxation waiting room is cell-phone free and a delightful space to sit before your services and sip yummy infused water. I've had a number of facials with various people and always gotten great recommendations for changing up my skincare routine to adjust for little issues or changing seasons. When I got pregnant and my skin went crazy, Diana helped me rework my face regimen to accommodate my shifting hormones, and now all of my dry patches are gone and I'm glowing again! They carry top-of-the-line products and the staff knows each inside and out, I never leave with a new product without a full work up of directions and knew info.

Yelp
Super overpriced for rude customer service. A previous reviewer mentioned how she sought a little compassion from them only to be treated poorly and I recently experienced the same. I was attacked & I ended up with stitches & a concussion. I'd booked a wax for the next day before the incident. Clearly that wasn't going to happen, and with the pain the next day I completely forgot about the appointment. Someone called me at the time of my appt asking if I was coming. I apologized, said no, and rescheduled for a few days later. Well, on the day of my next appointment I got caught up at the police station filing charges & ended up hitting insane traffic. I received another call - this time from someone who sounded noticeably annoyed - asking if I was coming. I excessively apologized and briefly explained my situation. Instead of being empathetic she responded, "I'll cancel it as a COURTESY, but we need [x amount of time] of notice next time if you won't make it." I totally understand the policy & I'd never cancelled before nor was I ever late. After two hours of crying and recounting a traumatic experience her rudeness caused pushed me over the edge & I cried for the rest of my drive home. They do a mediocre job at waxing and I refuse to pay the amount I do ($80+ each month) for a crappy job & especially to be treated like that. They've lost me as a customer for good.
