Earthworks Pottery

Interesting place where you can see the work being done and the retail shop. The folks here are friendly and helpful. They have a wide and interesting selection of items. It does take a bit to get up here from the coast. And we found the prices on the items on the high side.

I just went there today after reading about it online, and although it was a little bit of a drive for us, it did not disappoint. I ended up buying several pieces for myself and my loved one’s back home, and I easily could have gotten more. I love how their pieces are authentic, artistic, durable, and extremely reasonable in price. The workers were very nice, and I would have taken the friendly cat home with me too if I could! Thank you so much for giving us something special to remember our fabulous time in Barbados! ❤️

Visited on Saturday before closing time. As a fellow Potter was delighted to see inside the studio and their store on site. Very friendly, welcoming and has inspired me further in my own pottery work moving forward.

A most wonderful place in the world. Every time we go to Barbados we make at least one stop here. The pottery is beautiful and the people are so friendly,. We found out this time that they offered 2 hour pottery classes for groups of 3+. It was very reasonable and my daughters and I had the best time. Our instructor was Pauline. She was simply wonderful. She showed us how to make mugs, bowls, ornaments and her specialties (pigs and elephants)! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing all the wonderful work they do. They have a cafe and art gallery next door. And an adorable cat snuggled right in near the register. Check out the bathroom, too--it is so cool!

I went very reluctantly to try my hand at molding clay with some friends, and had a great experience! Found out that I have a latent talent and our supervisor, Pauline, was informative, funny and helpful all at once. Go quickly because she is retiring soon! The store is full of treasures as well, but ask for Pauline. You won't regret it.

This is a really great place for pottery that displays Barbados. There's a wide selection of pottery, and they can custom make pieces. Shipping is available. They do a great job of wrapping your purchase for plane travel.

Beautiful pottery. Every piece is unique and made by different artists. You don't want to miss going. The cafe was quaint, and the fish cakes were very good.
